I have subscribed for 12 copies of Dungeon magazine and 12 copies of Dragon magazine on May 30, 2005. My order number is 565221. My shipping address is in CA, USA.
According to your web site you have shipped a copy of Dungeon #125 on 6/21/2005 but I have not yet received it as of today, 7/6/2005. At what point does one consider the magazine lost in the mail? What do you suggest I do to remedy this situation?
Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

That's amazing. I was about to send the same message. I placed my order on June 2nd instead of May 30th, and I'm pretty sure that the correct address was given since some misc. books I ordered have already arrived. My first magazine still hasn't arrived as of today. Does anyone have any advice on this?

My first magazine when I subscribed took a lil bit longer than normal to arrive. It might just be that their new subscriptions take a lil time to process. Just give it a lil while and it should show up.
I had absolutely no problems with the rest--which I guess is good news. :)
--and if you get a lil too concerned, email customer service. They're very nice people and will let ya know what'z up. Paizo has have to have the *best* customer service dept. of any company I know. :)

Excellent question. The magazines ship out of the midwest. Actual delivery time is at the mercy of the US postal service. They are *supposed* to arrive within two weeks within the continental US. Some customers get them within a couple of days from the ship date. For others it frequently takes a couple of weeks.
In your case, I did confirm that your subscription is in order and you were on the list for 125. I recommend that you let customer.service@paizo.com know if you don't receive it by tomorrow. They'd be happy to mail out a replacement copy from our offices.

Nope - so long as you're in our system by the time we send the subscriber list to the printer, it doesn't matter when you subscribed - the printer handles them all the same.
