I have subscribed for 12 copies of Dungeon magazine and 12 copies of Dragon magazine on May 30, 2005. My order number is 565221. My shipping address is in CA, USA. According to your web site you have shipped a copy of Dungeon #125 on 6/21/2005 but I have not yet received it as of today, 7/6/2005. At what point does one consider the magazine lost in the mail? What do you suggest I do to remedy this situation? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. |
