Key to Greyhawk Maps

Is there any chance we could get the Key to the Greyhawk map as a .pdf download? I really don't want to cut up my magazine, and I'd like to frame and hang the key next to the posters (which I'm framing).

Is there a sequel to Key to the Grave?
My player's just defeated the Green Dagger Gang in Mad God's Key, so I would like to know.
At the end of that adventure it is said that Zagig's Key loses its powers, is there a way to reawaken the key's power?
