Wraith will back up and then do a running jump onto the 3rd square of the bridge, and then us a combination of stealth and acrobatics to get into position on the red dragon.

Acrobatics to jump DC 15, which I automake.

Stealth at end of my jump: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (5) + 18 = 23

If I believe that they can see me, then I'll acrobatics through yellow's threatened area then red's space. If not, then I'll only need to acrobatics to get through the red's space.

First Acrobatics: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (5) + 16 = 21
Second Acrobatics (if needed): 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (7) + 16 = 23

Seeing Warpac about to wade in, Wraith would say "Why don't you try jumping over here? I'll get out of your way."

Wraith will pull out a rope then tie one end to the plinth, then jump to the far edge, trailing the rope as she goes. Once there, she will climb the wall around to the tunnel and look for a place to set the rope.
