Great News!!! We finally have something from Tian Xia.

But there aren't anything about classes (with exception from Magus Hybrid Study) and many players call for oriental themed classes like Samurai, Ninja and even Onmyoji, Wu Shi, Musa, Fangshi and Mudang.

There's some prevision for such more cultural related classes? (I also miss this for Garund region I think maybe there classes related to such culture too) Because we already have many region and cultural related ancestries but the classes are all generic.

I highly doubt we'll get these as classes. I have noted that cultural and regional ideas are typically archetypes. I suspect that the character guide will be split between new ancestry content (new releases and expanded existing) as well as likely some class feats and most importantly archetypes. A ninja or samurai archetype would be plenty to cover the ideas.

Disk has definitely suffered in the incarnation. Though I do have a question, are corpses objects? How much bulk? If they aren't too much you could use floating disk to recover bodies to do a raise dead somewhere safer or hire a priest to do it.

No. If we check the spell itself, we can see that it has these two details:

"This disk is 2 feet in diameter and follows 5 feet behind you, floating just above the ground."

"The spell ends if a creature tries to ride atop the disk, if the disk is overloaded, if anyone tries to lift or force the disk higher above the ground, or if you move more than 30 feet away from the disk."

This pretty clearly states it stays just above the ground, and if you were on the ceiling it would simply stay directly below you. You could maybe use it to carry a bunch of pillows in case you fell, and then when you landed on them the spell would end, but not as a way to drop items from above.

The Daikyu just seems...unfinished. I thought for sure it would have a Composite version, and be a Monk weapon - given Monastic Archery calls out Monk bows...but there aren't any. I doesn't have any normal traits either, not even Deadly.
Yeah, I have a hard time believing the Daikyu as-printed was intended. Perhaps something got lost during layout? As written, it's not even good for using on horseback, since nothing stops you from using a composite longbow or shortbow while mounted.

This and this disagree with your statement on being able to use a longbow while mounted. As they both include in their flavour text "it cannot be used while mounted". This is more a case of them simply not having a trait that creates this restriction, and therefore it is quite easy to miss. I decided to go hunt this down in my own CRB, or well, the PDF which is up to date as of the second printing. I had to flip to the page 284, under weapon descriptions, to find this information for the composite longbow, and 285 for the longbow.

So yes, this is, in fact, there. It simply isn't where you'd check for the mechanics of a weapon, but instead two pages away.
