I had a question! My players are super resistant towards 2E. Can I use this module but with 1E rules? I know everything is statted for 2E but I don't mind remaking tokens and sheets for 1e myself but keep the premade maps, music stuff and the interactive kingdom sheet and hex map!

I own both PDFs for Kingmaker 1E and 2E so it shouldn't be an issue restatting. I just want to know if it's possible.

I am a little new to foundry but from what I understand it's highly customizable! Can anyone who has purchased the Kingmaker Foundry license confirm this for me perhaps? I would really appreciate it!

Unsure if there is anybody here that has tried it yet since it was just released. I am new to Foundry. I know the new Kingmaker Foundry VTT was made for 2E. My question is can I load the module but use PF1E rules and sheets instead? I know it was written for 2E. I just want to know if I can edit the tokens and stat them differently.

My players are stubborn against 2E and want to play it in 1E. I don't mind restatting tokens and such. I have both PDFs of 2E and 1E so it isn't an issue for me to do a little work.

I do like all the maps, lighting, doors and even the hex map is already done for me. Since the kingdom sheet uses an agnostic system, I am not worried about it so much. It'll work fine if I use it for 1E.

Any insight would be lovely! Thanks.

Hello everyone! Pardon me if this was asked numerous times. I cannot seem to find a clear answer for this.

I am planning on running Kingmaker 1E for my players in the near future. I was going to pick up the Kingmaker bundle on roll20 along with the 1E addons to help me with prep time so I can focus on homebrew stuff and personal hooks for individual players.

I know it's primarily made to be run using 2E but the 1E bestiaries (Kingmaker 1E Bestiary and the 1E Bestiary) help with that.

From what I understand people are saying the Kingdom Building rules and Warfare rules are simplified and ambiguous that they can be used in 2E, 1E and DnD 5E. Is that correct?

I saw the Rules Lawyer have a video on it where they claim that this is the case but then in the same video I see the rules they show on screen are clearly 2E with critical successes and failures, etc.

I had originally planned on just using Ultimate Campaign from 1E and be done with it but if these rules are simplified and work as written for 1E.. I can just use them.

Can anyone who has purchased the bundle on ROLL20 comment on this for me? Share some experience? Perhaps give some insight. I would really appreciate it!
