What do you think about a rogue that have acid splash cantrip and the magical trickster feat, can sneak attack damages apply to creatures who takes only the spalsh damages (so is it possible to apply sneak attack damages to more than one creature in the same time?)

About Trick Magic Item:

"TRICK MAGIC ITEM [one-action]

You examine a magic item you normally couldn’t use in an effort to fool it and activate it temporarily. For example, this might allow a fighter to cast a spell from a wand or allow a wizard to cast a spell that’s not on the arcane list using a scroll. You must know what activating the item does, or you can’t attempt to trick it.
Attempt a check using the skill matching the item’s magic tradition, or matching a tradition that has the spell on its list, if you’re trying to cast a spell from the item. ...

Success: For the rest of the current turn, you can spend actions
to activate the item as if you could normally use it.

...
"
As we read, this feat can only be used on magic items that need no more than two actions in a turn to activate.

It's very usefull in encounter mode, but in exploration or downtime mode, why this feat could not allow to use items that takes more time to activate? For exemple why a character that have this feat can't use a teleport wand, for exemple?

I understand that this feat is designed primary for encouter mode, but why not extend it?

Thanks all for all replies.

The wizard feat Bond Conservation allow a wizard to cast more spell, but for me, what can be done with it is not really clear.

"
Bond Conservation:
prerequisite: arcane bond
requirements: the last action you used was Drain Bonded Item

By cararefully manipulating the arcane energies stored in your bonded item as you drain it, you can conserve just enough power to cast another, slightly weaker spell. If the next action you uses is to Cast a Spell using the energy from Drain Bonded Item, you gain an extra use of Drain Bonded Item. You must use this extra use of Drain Bonded Item before the end of your next turn or you lose it, and you can use this additionnal use only to cast a spell 2 or more levels lower than the first spell cast with Drain Bonded Item.
"

A written it's seems to be clear, but one of my friend tell me that you can use this feat on the extra use of Drain Bonded granted by the feat. If we says it legit, then a level 17 wizard, that have one use of drain bonded item each day can cast a level nine spell with it's drain bonded item ability, then, using bond conservation, a level 7 spell, and after that, still using bond conservation, a level 5 spell, and finzlly a level 1 spell
So a level 17 wizard could cast 4 more spell with this feat! That's amazing but not game breaking, i guess, because specialized wizard have only one basic use of Drain Bonded Item.
But if what is foolish is if we look at the universalist wizard, that have, at level 17, 9 use of drain bonded item, he can do this 9 times and could launch a very huge number of free spells each day (14 bonus spells if i have well count).

For me a FAQ is needed in order to detail more this feat.

In all the spellcasters archetypes, spell slots level could start at level 4, with a basic spellcasting feat, with one first level spell slot, and then every two levels after you gain acces to a one more higher level slot up to third level slot (2nd level at character level 6 and third level at 8th character level).

With the second and third archetypes feats (expert and master spellcasting feats) that can increase your higher level slot you also gain a new higher level slot every two character levels.

But, i found something litlle boring is the huge gap between fourth spell level slot access and third level one. Because you have to wait until your character gain his 12th level. you have to wait 4 levels between the 8th and the 12th ones...

Why couldn't you gain access to the 4th spell slot at 10th character level, instead of 12th? That's granting access to 4th level spell slot two levels after the third one.

I think that could be a good idea to grant expert spellcasting and master spellcasting feats 2 level lowers, with access to spell slot two levels lower too, no?

I have read this in PRD:

"Extraordinary Abilities (Ex): Using an extraordinary ability is usually not an action because most extraordinary abilities automatically happen in a reactive fashion. Those extraordinary abilities that are actions are usually standard actions that cannot be disrupted, do not require concentration, and do not provoke attacks of opportunity."

So the general rule is that extraordinary ability take no action, but when it's wrote that the ability need an action its' by default a standard action (according to combat rules)...

So when a rogue use hunter's surprise he can make a full attack using this ability since the first round of the ability use...

What i understand is that the rules are not clear...

I have one question about the glove of storing use on a shield.

A friend tell me that you can use a glove of storing in order to don a shield as a free action.

Me, i say that the glove only let you take the shield as a free action, but you need a move action to strapp on the shield.

I have found a post that says that this have been discussed, but i can not find the discussion. Can someone help me?

Yeah sorry, in my initial post I was reading Beast Totem as granting an enhancement bonus, which it does not. So, Beast Totem would stack with the amulet, but not with the ogre's natural armor bonus.

Ogre have no natural armor BONUS, but just a natural armor and the beast totem rage power grants a bonus to natural armor, so they stack!

First of all, i apologize for my bad level of English...

Nevertheless, i hope that you can understand me!

I don't want to see a game where care-bear can dominate the world (so i don't want a WoW like game)!

I am pleased to see that this game will take some ideas from eve online game, it's a nice game with a lot of interactions between players.

Some big differences between eve online and WoW are that players interaction make a realistic economy. And a big part of the game interest is around this economy. Crafters and traders exist and make possible a true economy. But also there are some pirates who stole trader or crafter and allow a dynamic world! An underground economy exist!

So it's realistic!

There is one thing that is upsetting me: in WoW like games, a thief can not steal anything! This is definitively a bad thing, to steal, but natural to do when you are a thief...

So, i would like to steal in Pathfinder Online (like in Pathfinder RPG, in fact...)
