Background:
1. What is your character’s name? Garen Williamson
2. How old is your character? 21
3. What would somebody see at first glance (i.e. height, weight, skin color, eye color, hair color, physique, race, and visible equipment)? Garen is a somewhat short (5’6”) broad shouldered man with golden eyes. He is fair skinned and red haired, though he is normally encountered in armor. He carries a falcata, warhammer, and a shield on his person.
4. What additional attributes would be noticed upon meeting the character (i.e. Speech, mannerisms)? He is friendly but not overly talkative.
5. Where was your character born? Where were you raised? By who? Garen was born to William and Rebecca who dedicated him to the service of Ragathiel at the age of 9. He was then raised and trained to be a knight of the order from that age on.
6. Who are your parents? Are they alive? What do they do for a living? William and Rebecca. As far as Garen knows, they are alive. William was a wheelwright and Rebecca was a laundress.
7. Do you have any other family or friends? Garen has a younger sister whom he met once after going to the temple. He is 10 years older than she is.

10. What is your character’s moral code? Do not lie, cheat, or steal. He upholds his honor at all times but sees those who do not hold his moral values as being ignorant of the proper way and so he attempts to educate, not beat down.

13. What are your character’s personal beliefs? The unknown Creator made all things including the gods who act as intermediaries. Garen follows Ragathiel because he is fearless and just.

15. Why does your character adventure? Why is your character in Sandpoint? Garen travels to seek out evil and destroy it and to protect the innocent along the way. Garen is attending the opening of the Sandpoint temple as a representative of the order of Ragathiel.
16. How does your character view his/her role as an adventurer? He is the front line when evil is confronted so his allies can use their gifts to defeat the enemy. Once it is all over, he assists with healing.
17. Does your character have any distinguishing marks (birth-marks, scars, deformities)? Thanks to his celestial heritage his hair and eyes are very distinctive.
18. How does your character get along with others? He is friendly with most everyone except bullies.
