I was floored when I heard about Wizard's/Hasbro's intentions to change the OGL. The OGL made gaming what it is today & allowed for many companies to offer new and innovative products and ideas for players and GMs. I'm so happy that Paizo is creating a new license and that they won't own it and will instead find another entity to manage it, which will be in the best interest of the gaming community.

This is totally what I was thinking. They could add High Visibility dividers between each book within the PE. It is something I have seen before. These dividers could also be the thickness of 2-4 regular pages, but not much more than than otherwise it would mess with the binding.

It might be better to shift to a 1.5 edition than a straight up 2e. Make some major changes while also making it feel the same. Worked pretty good for D&D 3 to 3.5e. Personally I'm more a fan of AD&D 2nd Ed than anything else, but I also liked THAC0 and things where you had to subtract as well as add. Sorry, but even basic math is fun to me.

Garretmander wrote: A lot of them are a bit short for a pocket edition, but for example: I'd probably buy at least two copies of an AA1-3 combined pocket edition. That is true and I would love a combined AA and Armory. Though, there are plenty of books in the PE's page size that are a forth of the thickness of the others and reasonably priced as well. It would be hard to combine some of the other titles both due to context and tackling how to self them when it came to titles.

I would really love some more Pocket Editions of the other Starfinder books, but it seems like we are only going to get the CRB. When I looked at PF2 there are 6 books already available and another 3 with preorder dates. In relation to System release dates the PF2 CRB PE was released 7 months earlier than the SF CRB PE, this even after so many players had ask for them after launch. Yes, I understand they said they would not release a PE earlier than 18 months from release of the Hard Cover, and that PF is more popular than SF, but still many of us were willing to buy and even wanted to buy multiple copies of the SF CRB PE. I in fact bought 5 copies of the SF CRB PE and gave away 4 copies during Displacement Con 2020. Those 5 copies are what I said I would buy as a minimum prior to them announcing the product. I would love to buy even more Pocket Editions of the other SF books as I plan to have them as Store Copies at the store I run Society games. I have already purchased most all the PF 1st Ed PEs, but have not bought the 2nd Ed PEs since we don't play much PFS2 and at this point I don't want to support the PF2 PEs if we are not going to get more SF PEs. Can someone from Paizo give us an explanation of why we are not seeing more SF PEs, other than the fact that PF2 is more popular? Are the sales not there, even for a minimum print run? I do use my PDFs more, but there are times I either forget my tablet or the power dies and I forget my charger and having nice portable copies at the store or in my bag is wonderful. Heck, I can look info up in a book much faster than people with tablets and the PDF loaded.

So, I finally got around to checking this one out and at first I was really excited when I saw the word "INTRO". Here I thought we were going to have Intro scenarios like we did with PFS, but this is just 04-01 with Intro instead of 01. Really Disappointed. Why not just call this 04-01, that is what it is after all and how I will be listing it for events? I don't want other fellow old PFS players seeing INTRO and mistaking it for something it is not.

I would suggest calling the last carrier that physically had the package next time. A couple years ago this happened to me and I knew UPS had delivered it to USPS, but it had not yet been processed after 3 days of sitting there and it should have gotten to me the next day after it arrived. I called USPS and gave them the information I had on the package. Come to find out, the person that normally handles the inductions at that facility was on vacation. I got my the next day and also got a call from the Post Master of my post office that they have gotten the package and that it was out for delivery. I was not expecting a call like that, but it reassured me.

I am having the same issue with a PaizoCon Online Voucher I tried to use on Nov 30th and sent an email on the 1st. Voucher technically expired on Dec 9th. After messaging Alex, he told me that they are having an issue with a number of PaizoCon Online codes as coming up as invalid. I wonder how many other Conventions are having this issue. From what I see, they are still working on emails back in August. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

I have already posted this in the Website Feedback Scetion, but maybe I can get a response if I post it here as well. The reporting page is not working. I have been trying to report sessions all week and I believe that the last session that was accepted was Wednesday, I was able to report 3 sessions before it stopped accepting them. Since then I have tried to report more sessions, but they don't show up in my convention's listing of reported sessions. Can someone PLEASE look into this issue?
Pathfinder Adventure, Lost Omens, Maps, Rulebook Subscriber; Starfinder Charter Superscriber
I was able to enter 3 session since my last post, before it stopped working for me again. Last night when I tried I was not able to get any sessions to enter. Please look into this, people want their sessions reported and I'm tired of telling them that I cannot due to Paizo's site.

Trying to report session and get Backtrack too far when I hit Save and go to new session button. Then I check my Session to make sure it didn't post and it is not there. Tried 3-4 times, logged back in, all I am doing is copy and paste, so very little time has past from when the form loads and I hit the button. Scenario is PFS2 01-01 - The Absalom Initiation Convention is # 2,701,152 Displacement Con 2020 I will give this a rest for now, but I have 70+ more tables to enter.

Thanks for the plug for Displacement Con. Come and play with us: Join the Discord and sign up as a GM or just hang out as a Player We have close to 150 people registered on Warhorn and are in need of more GMs so people have games to play. We have Eyes of the Ten scheduled and we need GMs that would like to run those scenarios. While we have GMs signed up for PFS2 and SFS, none have signed up yet for our PFS, PFS Modules or PFS2 Quest offerings. This is the time to take your pick and get the time and scenario you want as a GM. Players, check out our announcements for information on when player sign-ups start. GMs the sooner you sign-up to GM the sooner you get to sign-up for your player slots, don't miss out on the slots you want.

Just noticed that the link to our FB Page is not available in the OP. Join our Facebook page here. Now as to the original reason I came here: While we were considering opening up GM sign-ups this weekend, we are delaying that for a short bit of time in order to add to the schedule. We will be adding the whole of the available PFS2 catalog to the schedule for GMs. In an effort to improve our PFS1 offerings we are providing an opportunity for GMs to reserve a time-slot of their choosing. The conditions are as follows:
GMs will that participate will also be allowed to sign-up to GM 2 days prior to GM sign-up opening up to everyone. While there is no guarantee that we will have GM incentives, something we are working on providing and more news to come, these GMs will have 1st pick on offerings, in order of their submissions. Submissions must be made as a reply to our original Facebook Post about this opportunity, replies made to this forum post, and replies made to other replies to the FB post will not count and may cost you the opportunity if someone else claims the scenarios before the error is corrected. We reserve the right to end this offer at anytime and it will end prior to the opening of GM sign-ups for those participating in this program.

Displacement Con
Originally replacing Grand Con 2020 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, we are looking to be a replacement for all canceled gaming conventions that have been canceled during Labor Day weekend. Displacement Con is planning on trying to create the best full convention experience of an in-person convention in an on-line format. In addition to multiple gaming tracks we are looking to include a Vendor Hall, Artist Alley and Cosplay Parade. We will be offering Pathfinder Society 1st and 2nd Editions, along with Starfinder Society, Adventurers League, and Board Games. There are plans to include some card games, but we are still working with organizers for those events. You can join our Warhorn Listing for our Society offerings here. We will be using Discord for Voice Services and more. Join our Facebook Page here to get links to our other Warhorn Listings for other game systems and types. Displacement Con is looking for GMs, HQ staff, and knowledgeable Discord users in addition to those willing to run other systems not listed. If you are interested in helping in any of these positions, please PM us through Facebook. Thanks, The Displacement Con Team

I'm organizing a convention over Labor Day Weekend to replace the Convention that was to take place in-person that weekend. When I ask people to suggest scenarios, something I do every year to no avail, someone mentioned running modules. I went on to ask him what if he had any modules in mind, he said "No". So here I am, coming to the community for suggestions. I know Master of the Fallen Fortress and Risen from the Sands are both ones that can run in a normal 5 hour slot. Crypt of the Everflame is fun and runs in 2 slots, but other than those I am not sure on the others, even though I have played a couple more over the years. What I would like to know are your suggestions and how many slots (5 hours) that each one should take without the GM being pressured to push through. Thanks

I only wanted the items in Order 10459234 canceled, not the items that generated Order 18556802, which is my subscription. Please restore those items, I hope this doesn't mess up my subscriptions or the shipment of those items this month.

Hello, I have 2 vouchers for Convention Reimbursement that I wanted to apply to my order. Can someone contact me so I can provide them with the voucher codes and they can apply them to my order. I guessing that I didn't get the option as I selected for the items to ship with my next subscription. Thanks, maldar

Ravanazar wrote: offer us an empty box for purchase to place on our shelves next to our other boxes in the series Not happy that these are not boxed. I rely on the boxes to help me organize my sets. I actually make my own dividers to create rows and then movable dividers to separate pawns, not one for each creature, but spread out to help find things easier. It is a lot of work, but everyone that has seen what I have done ask me to do that for theirs. I would happily by some empty Boxes for all the pawns I have that didn't come with some, just like we can buy little boxes for map-packs that were made prior to them being sold with the box. I do hat to think of the cost as they cannot ship flat, unless Paizo can design one we can assemble, which I think can be done.

Just checked again with the FLGS and they checked again and none of the four warehouses of their distributor have any in stock. The distributor is Alliance. I have told the manager at the FLGS that they should nudge their Alliance Rep to contact UltraPro, but I don't think that has happened. If you can nudge on your end that would be helpful. Thanks for the information about the discount code, but I get a better one from you already and I get an even better one than that from the FLGS. ;)

I am organizing Society Events for a Convention Labor Day weekend and there is no option to add Second Edition Scenarios to my Event Listing. I have been checking into this every week or so for the past 2 months and assumed it was due to the fact that they had not released as of yet. Well, it is past that time and I really want to list these scenarios for my event. Can someone please look into this issue? Thanks, maldar

VOs might want to email them if they have not got the PFS2 scenarios yet. I email them and received mine the next day. Hopefully they will get it worked out for everyone else soon. Since this is a Special, you will have to buy it separately from any subscription, or that is how it has worked in the past.

One of the reasons I like the old RPGA system is that you avoided all of these separate ranks for each system. All GMs no matter what system(s) they GMed all had the same point pool and the points you earned were based on player rating the GM at the end of each game. If the GM was knowledgeable on rules and good at Role-Playing then they were ranked higher by the players, and lower if they were not. The better one was at GMing the more points they earned and the faster they achieved higher ranks. Just like with the higher Star/Nova levels, the higher levels in the RPGA also required someone higher in the Organization to approve the rank after watching the GM run a game and assessing their abilities.

I just spent over an hour writing a product review and when I went to submit the review I got the message "You have Backtracked too far", which for this site tends to mean that I have been logged out of the system. When I clicked back, the text field was totally blank. I know there is coding to prevent the loss of data from text fields, not sure what it is, but I have been to other sites where I have not lost all that time and productivity. Make it so that even if I'm not logged-in that the system retains the data, and ask for my log-in credentials. Not sure when I will get back to rewriting that review, it was worth the time I had already spent, not sure how much more I'm willing to spend.
