The answer to this lies in the nature of the campaign world. Does looking Human in anyway garner favor towards the character? Is the PC treated differently because of his appearance? I have run campaigns where I would merely make this a aesthetic notation on his sheet, campaigns where I would consider the impact of appearance to be worth a trait, and at least one game where having the abilities and powers of one race, while appearing to be another, would amount to the power a feat grants a player.
I like how as someone who naturally gravitates towards making my characters be the best they can be I am labeled a "power gamer". Some people enjoy making a character concept and then fitting it into the rules, and others like to look at the rules find what they like the best and then make their character around those choices. Neither is right, neither is wrong, with everything comes sacrifice. I should not be limited because you did not choose a class that has as powerful of options as mine. Don't get me wrong it's no fun when one character is ruling the whole party through sheer optimization, but again no one class is capable of being amazingly better than everyone else at everything. Just my 2 cents :)
My sexual preference is people. I don't think I will ever tell my family unless a relationship with a man or a trans(ceneded)gender person exceeds casual status, that said I tend prefer women physically but I find all types of people beautiful. Unfortunately people seem to be comfortable around me to use sexuality slurs, and other derogatory sexual preference words and phrases I find offensive, I presume it's because of my appearance(covered in tattoos, metal/punk clothing), it tends to make people assume I'm straight, and while I am definitely not gay, I am definitely not straight. I work with people non-stop at my day job and men and trans(ceneded)gender people are often taken aback when I flirt with them ;) It's great to see such support for the LGBT gamer community. Animals don't find the need to define their sexuality(many mammals of higher brain function have homosexual sex, primates especially so). On a some-what related note some communities in Indonesia classify humans into 5 sexes. Male,Female,Male/Female,Female/Male, and "Non-Gendered" India has a large(30,000+) community of men who remove their genitals and live as women and classify themselves as a third gender(which i can't remember the name of). In Albania women who wish to have equal social/vocational status with men often forsake their womanhood, shave their heads, dress like men, and take male names, many of these women are forced to do so in order to take care of their younger siblings if their parents die or abandon them.
"Dead girls don't say no" "Looks fine to me"(while examining a necrotic cyst on a party members back) "Instead of a Prius" "Fresh out of resurrection scrolls, oh well guess I'll have to..." This thread makes me miss my necromancer who had a large shed built to house undead so that when the ones I was using bit the dust I had more ready to go as needed.
As someone who dms a lot I am so sick of reading threads about dms who seem to have it out for players. My question: Are you having as much fun as you were b4 he found this rule? Probably not, to me this is the mark of a dm who views dnd as him against the players, and really it's sad and childish, I can understand occasionally tripping you up with the aoo(its a neat way to keep you on your toes) but it's really pathetic to essentially destroy a players main class features, as for the bombs it's hard to say, they are definitely in my mind a "magical"/"supernatural"/"etc" type thing but then again I want my players to have fun, kick ass, and at the least get to effectively use their class features
Why are you assuming the description of being silver and gold is not a visually description? It's a tough call imho, most metal armor is described as being made of steel, and they can be made of mithral as well, however celestial armor is a specific item and it's capabilities could be argued to exist solely as a product of it's manufacture, including specific base ingredients(silver and gold), unless of course again it's just colored silver and gold(a distinct possibility). That said no one would make armor from "primarily" gold and silver, it would not serve the function of armor so I assume it to be primarily steel with silver and gold etching, embossing, etc on it. Do I think it was the intention of the developers to have it be made of mithral? Perhaps not, but not everything I rule is only based off of what the developers intended, part of the beauty of table top is there is no coding disallowing me to make mithral celestial armor!
Read the Imp entry in the Bestiary, I believe it states something along the lines of "they like to f*** with people" they are allotted more time in the mortal realm than any other evil outsider, they will wait years for their machinations to come to fruition even if that means subtly influencing a wizard and his companions as a familiar.
Big damage is fun enough to watch on it's own imho, however because of the plethora of feats the fighter gets you can really make use of all the feats available. If you dont have Ultimate Combat, you need to get it before you play a fighter nowadays, even without it, spring attack is a decently fun line. Remember the reason fighters dont have rage, spells, sneak attack, etc is: FEATS, use them to flesh out your character and find fun things to do with his/her time.
When the Communal spells first came into the game, I argued this same thing with my GM and got the feat Communal Spell put in the game, much like the ways you have written it up. When doing so I took the feat and used it for nearly any buff that I was going to cast, but it's real juice came by casting Communal Sacred Bonds, Bonding with the entire party in 1 round so I could cast healing spells at a range made me essentially UBER healer. Not to mention as a life oracle I was already pretty much UBER healer, with communal sacred bonds, communal shield other, and my Oracle ability to absorb 5hp per person/per round if they are 5 or more under max basically allowed me to take everyones damage and heal myself. imagine someone is hit for 30hp of damage, 15 is taken by me immediately from shield other, 5 at the end of the round since they are 15 below max (so 30dmg really only hit them for 10 even BEFORE I cast a healing spell) If they are not being hit every round I could leave them alone and in 2 rounds they will be back to max, if not I could heal them without moving next to them and putting myself in danger. Definately a fun way to run a healer, healing just 1 person vs 5 is very handy, though when you look at my HP chart, you wouldnt envy the ammount of damage I would take in just 1 round. haha remember that the vast majority of attacks dont hit for absurd ammounts of damage, 20dmg for example (you would only take 5 while I take 15) although all of this could be done without a communal spell feat, it allows me to buff the entire party in 2 rounds (1 if quicken is used) so that they take little to no damage. Just a thought So to recap, I like the Communal Spell Feat, but it can certainly be abused. and try a life oracle with such a feat, and those particular spells. Is quite fun. (I recommend juicing con and trying to get as much HP as possible, you WILL take ALOT of damage)

I've made a healing archetype for the druid if your interested let me know.
Wow seriously? Do what I want you to do, or else I will force you to, and if I fail at that, or you retaliate I'm not going to heal you? This type of idea might fly in a solo campaign, but I'd walk out the minute I found out another player's concept was to play a character so callous and hell-bent on his own goals that he was going to force me to comply to them.
As a GM I myself am rather lenient for the most part, as many of my posts indicate. I have no issue with GM's who are more strict about certain aspects of the game(eg. ability scores, damage, spells per day) as I am strict in those ways as well, however this is a fantastical game of swords and sorcery...I do NOT care if I carrying an extra bottle puts one of my PC's monk into medium encumb, within reason of course, there are just waaaaaay too many other more important things about playing this game. My biggest beef is with GM's who are wildly inconsistent with being stringent, like oh no big deal that you didn't buy arrows in town, we can just reconn that, oh but wait the cleric's holy symbol is technically still under his armor so no channeling till he pulls it out. I think what a lot of this boils down to, is that a lot of GMs in my experience are drawn to being a GM because of the level of control it confers.
Rhumdeas wrote: I've tried the aforementioned combination before. Honestly? I had much more fun as a "simple" bladebound magus. You simply sacrifice too much by combining the archetypes, and I've found that spell recall trumps any of the archetypes in UC. Now granted, I know that the same results can be achieved by carrying a fistful of pearls of power wherever you go, but I try not assuming that any particular magic item will be made available, unless I decide to invest in craft feats. This times a thousand... loosing spell recall is the only reason every magus I play is not a kensai.
Dude, what is with all the hate towards magic items, are you really under the impression that they completely break the game? I see so many GMs on here posting about "do you actually let your players buy magic items?" (cause OMG NO WAY)and "it's too easy to make magic items", "they'd all get stolen if they had em in a shop"(yea or the shop would incinerate you on the spot cause apparently they can make amazing magical items), magic items are part of what evens out the classes as well as all around fun, thank gosh I am not, and do not have to deal with such in my games.

Seriously some people's views of movies make me so sad, Life Aquatic was a great movie, just because it went over your head, does not make it a bad movie.

HOW CAN YOU DIS ZARDOZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The idea of hand wraps for me came from DND online, they are essentially like a weapon except they use your unarmed damage and add + to hit and other weapon enhancements and simultaneously affect both hands. EG:
EDIT: No they are not anywhere in the PF rules afaik
The Flaming Lips
That's as close as I can get to narrowing it down...I listen to a LOT of music EDIT: I am loving all the classic punk bands I'm seeing so far! OH AND HOLY CRAP SOMEONE ELSE WHO LISTENS TO REFUSED!!! THEY ARE/WERE AMAZING

Imho good vs. evil is generally a larger gap than law vs. chaos, that said context is a MAJOR factor. As far as CG squabbling with LG I would note that good people/creatures are inheirently more likely to work towards the greater "good", anyone who has played good and evil campaigns can tell you which group was most often more likely to work together towards a common goal
Tome Of Battle: Book of Nine Swords, I want ma crusada! Honestly for the most part Paizo has made my dreams come true with what they've re-done so far, before UM I was dying for a Divine Caster book but UM was encompassing enough for me...except I'm still crying over losing Augment Healing feat and to a lesser extend the nullification of divine metamagic feats due to the incredible usefulness if positive energy burst, which is a far trade off :)
Wow let me just say how much I sympathize with you. While the previous argument of the gm is letting you win is valid, we want to win on OUR terms, call it selfish call it what you will, but if I know the rules say I can do X, im freaking doing X if I want to, if the GM would like to outlaw X before the campaign; more power to em but taking my sneak attack damage away or changing the way bombs work AFTER I've started playing said class imho I have a right to be perturbed. That said, I consider myself lucky that every player at my gaming table has a book and at least half of us will pull them out the instant any rule we have not memorized comes into play. The best advice I can offer to you is remember that someone else is taking their time to run a game for you, but also remember that you have a right to play your character to RAW.
