Zazz walks over to c,15 the top right corner to see what that thing in the shadows is. if it's a pully (kinda looks like it) he'll send the lights along it's cord to see where the cords head off to. Assuming nothing strange happens he'll send the dancing light to the other pully looking things to follow the cords and see where they head to

Zazz, upon noting the flanking attempts, places his hands on his chest setting the parameters for a mesmeric trick, then dashes forward to draw the attention.

standard to set mesmeric trick "Mesmeric Mirror" and will take the free action upon being targeted (assuming it occurs) to activate it. lasts 2 mins(Currently 1 mirror image created when used). Then move action to aa,22 2 tricks left today

Mesmeric Mirror: An illusory image appears around the subject to throw off attackers. The mesmerist can trigger this trick when the subject is attacked or becomes the target of a spell that requires an attack roll. One duplicate of the subject appears, and the attacker must determine randomly which it hits (as mirror image). For every 5 caster levels the mesmerist possesses, one additional image appears, to a maximum of five images at 20th level. Lasts 1 min per mesmerist level or until destroyed. Hatred is the manifestion in Zazz from before he woke up, it's not something he fully understands--part of the reason he is going around trying to learn more of the world. To find what the hatred is focused on and to better understand it. (vague, but just done quick can be fleshed out or used randomly in the story )

As a note in general in case you were hoping for more melee AND a backup healer.

I can always switch to spiritualist(well I would look at it harder first to make sure it's decent at melee, and the phantom isn't bad. Kinetcist in melee was also possible harder to pull of the cool stuff using melee vs ranged) with some random weapon in melee also. The phantom isn't the strongest, but that and the spiritualist with some weapon could be another body up there, and not be too bad AC wise if I make him Dex styled though damage would be lacking maybe. Probably would be Kukri or sometihng I can get slashing grace with, if dex, or scythe if str (though str doesn't have much ac with light armour)
damage style on a dex looks abit rough maybe.

They have some healing on their spell list, and the cool phantom touch attack thing going on. It was the other class I was interested in orignally anyway.

I would have to look up a ton on phantoms though, I just have a bare idea

Could keep the same storyline pretty much as well. I would: change traits, switch Cha for Wis, change a feat, and lose 2 skill points due to class changeover. Would have to rebuy some things.. which might be a bit wonky considering current situation. Though isn't exactly much to accidently metagame with anyway.
So some skills wouldn't be as effective as they are currently, but I'd follow the same path for the character's personality and such.

how much "ground" does it need to push ooff of to hover?
I.e. could we shoot two grapples into a building somewhere, tie them to a tall tall tree, and ride along the boards on top of the two guide ropes?
That'll be some useful gear.

Is there an action for the ionic bonding? or does it cost an ychargers?

Do the hover sleds simply hover and not move by itself? is it via hourse pull only? or is it the type you can push/kick off etc due to low wind drag and such

Or are these in the tech guide and I just can't find them? Which is quite possible I've had trouble finding things in that for some reason.

Haha. I was surprised at the "kill me quick thing" since I figured we'd have to end up taking him back to town. but I guess he' rather die then get caught later having had this stuff occur.

the grappel guns are just neat.. and I bet would be plenty useful for some cool plans. though I don't have prof.. but it could be pretty amusing to yank people into the darkness for a melee person to gank haha.

I'm rarely if ever the guy trying this.. So hopefully I rolled what I was suppose to roll and worded that enough to be intimidating.. Hah This game I've been playing a very different style than before.. Hopefully i'm doin it right!

*whistles at the grapple rifles* "Too bad that looks a mit beyond my skills.. but boy is that shiny......" Zazz longingly stares at it a bit longer before shifting his attention to the prisoner, looking around for someone to join him, and throwing Calvarot a smile of not quite understanding- going on the assuming it's Calvarot's usual annoyance and ignores him for the moment.

Assuming anyone makes motion to want to come question with me I'll wait until they've finished what they're doing. So feel free to wait until others have pipped in actions

Purposfully looking at the captured fellow, Zazz crushes a piece of chalk, scoups dabs his finger in the fellows blood (he's gotta have a few wounds) and mushes it with the chalk into a paste, mutters to himself and smears half on the fellow's forhead while smiling. Then takes a step back and shows a dancing colour shifting chalk figure in my hand.
Casts prestidigation while I walk up to him, Swift action to Stare (-2 will saves.. doesn't matter but I imagine its a creepy feeling), lastly I set my cyber art clockworks a moving. mix the blood/chalk making it bubbly and change colours while I mix before I set it as red and apply to his forhead. Then I form a very crude colour shifting facilimle of a person, with an unchanging red dot on it's forehead mimicing the man.
"Ah Now that thats done. Lets get down to business shall we? You will tell us what happened here, what happened to the crew, who is involved and where the rest of the items are. Lying will not be appreciated."

bluff check if needed for applying the chalk+blood as a creepy act: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
Intimidate to get information out of him: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 Is this the same day as the performance I put on? If its been long enoug hthen I will use my once a day nanite surge on my intimidate check. In the above discription I would like to set it off during the mumering over the chalk and blood mixing. Zazz rushes up to the manically laughing man. "Do us a favor and don't fight back. Ok?" Zazz juggles the cog in his left hand, shifting its grip, and whales on the laughing man's face.

Move action to next to the downed laughing man. Attacking attempting non lethal damage:
Melee cog wheel attack.
Nonlethal: 1d20 + 6 - 4 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 6 - 4 + 4 = 20
+6 normal finesse attack, -4 nonlethal attempt +4 for being prone

Zazz sees the winding machine and thinks of a splattered Calvarot being dragged for miles. Realizes he needs to hold up the rider, the steed or both.
Is the.. hookshot? for lack of better term, connected to the rider? or just being held? Is the rider bound to the sled as well?
Two different sets of actions depending on the cirumcstances.
If gun is not bound to the rider, or the rider is not bound to the sled then option A.
If bound to the rider and bound to the sled then option B.
Perc check if needed to see if bound to sled or bound to rider: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Option A: Swift actoin to stare at HH,23 enemy. and in an attempt to have him drop his weapon or fall out of the sled casts Hideous laughter. Then move action to get as close to the hopefully disabled person so he can try to work the harpoon, and capture for questioning.
Due to stare, -2 vs Will Saves, Spell DC of 14, 2 round length.

Hideous Laughter:
This spell afflicts the subject with uncontrollable laughter. It collapses into gales of manic laughter, falling prone. The subject can take no actions while laughing, but is not considered helpless. After the spell ends, it can act normally. On the creature's next turn, it may attempt a new saving throw to end the effect. This is a full round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. If this save is successful, the effect ends. If not, the creature continues laughing for the entire duration.

A creature with an Intelligence score of 2 or lower is not affected. A creature whose type is different from the caster's receives a +4 bonus on its saving throw, because humor doesn't “translate” well.

Option B: Swift action to the HH,23 fellow to activate Stare. Move action to 21,ee (I think that works for the cone requirments, if not adjust if possible) and cast Colour Spray in an attempt to stun and hold up the horse and the hookshot guy. Hookshot guy -2 vs will saves, Spell DC of 14, 15ft cone

Colour spray:

A vivid cone of clashing colors springs forth from your hand, causing creatures to become stunned, perhaps also blinded, and possibly knocking them unconscious. Each creature within the cone is affected according to its HD.

2 HD or less: The creature is unconscious, blinded, and stunned for 2d4 rounds, then blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, and then stunned for 1 round. (Only living creatures are knocked unconscious.)

3 or 4 HD: The creature is blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, then stunned for 1 round.

5 or more HD: The creature is stunned for 1 round.

Sightless creatures are not affected by color spray.

Seeing the more experienced combatants moving into place. Zazz Figures his spot out and moves forward following their battle hardened lead

Working on the assumption that the riders are coming in from the area between the rock and the raised ground Mayze is on ((S to X 42)):

2nd round (after buffing myself or Dwindey, depending on her choice) Assuming the rocks look easy to climb like the rocks near the grass, and high enough to conceal for a stealth roll.
I'll move and attempt to climb to R,34 and stealth. and wait for the arrival to act.
If I fail the climb check or the ledge appears more difficult or too low to properly hide up there. then if time available run to cc,34 and stealth

edit: interesting.. when I previewed stealth it was a different number(15), it changed after I wrote in the climb check and submitted.. Good to remember to write out all things at once before testing my forum command lines I guess

I'll move to follow suit with the more combat experienced fellows- who have proven themselves more knowledgable about it.

Mesmeric Mirror::
An illusory image appears around the subject to throw off attackers. The mesmerist can trigger this trick when the subject is attacked or becomes the target of a spell that requires an attack roll. One duplicate of the subject appears, and the attacker must determine randomly which it hits (as mirror image). For every 5 caster levels the mesmerist possesses, one additional image appears, to a maximum of five images at 20th level. Lasts 1 min per mesmerist level or until destroyed. This is an illusion (figment) effect. --Only one image at this level.

Zazz will start looping around the right side of the rock. Still attempting his version of being stealthy and still attempting to look for any signs of anything. Leaving the dogs and such to the group-Thinking to himself; Rather prefer not to have to kill innocent (ish) dogs unless he has to-remebering a troup pet fairly fondly-for an android.
Looks like he'll get roughly to W,5 this round. Almost forgot stealth movement is slow~ half speed.
