Well I happened to see it. And I am interested. Let me look into Dungeon World some. I always enjoy learning new systems (Just tried some of the FATE system variations out a few weeks ago ^^). I also want to see if work is going to start eating all my time up again before I fully commit.

My apologies for all my silence. I've been working long days, upto 12 hours and even worked last Saturday. Today is looking long as well but I didn't want to leave you in the dark.

None here. Is that cleaver or anything else (minus the spell book) magical? Might as well work on them as we make our trek.

Though Muhoro wanted a moment to himself, which may be the reason he wasn't asked. But feel free to help out on this, she did ask for help aloud ^^

"I can help." Zayva moved assist Siri with the identifying of things. "Are any of the other items enchanted?"

Wasn't sure if there was anything besides the wand that wasn't identified that was magical.

Her looks is confused only for a moment before she realizes what he was going on about. She gave him only a sad smile, letting him retreat and collect himself. She made sure he stayed within 30 feet of her, that everyone was within 30 feet of her. "To die, is to give up, which lets them win." She whispered to herself, as if muttering a mantra. A burst of soothing warmth and life expanded from Zayva to swirl around each of them. It healed on their wounds, if they even had any, before it vanished away.

Channel Positive for Healing: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9 Including myself in this. Everyone heals 9 HP upto max.

As she waited for an answer, she took the time to look the others over, see how hurt they were.

I know I and Alaria are injured, is anyone else? Depending on how many are injured and how bad determines which method of healing I expend.

Her stomach settling as they once again hid in the sewer, she turned to the others "Which way to the lake? We are heading there next yes?"

Zayva noticed the others starting to search, and moved to help so they could get out of here sooner.

Zayva suddenly felt like she was going to be sick. She stumbled along the wall trying to get out of this horrible cloud thing.

The fire hit Zayva and scorched her good. "ओह! ओह! ओह! आग! हॉट! हॉट! हॉट!" Zayva moved back, trying to get out of sight, before she started trying to get the Calamari off of her.

Do you need me to make a Perception Check or something because he seems to be in shock? It's not like she can understand him and he did just swing at her.

Zayva gave her multi-armed attachment a glare. "मुझे जाने दो!" Before moving that look the one who thought he could hit her with a rolling pin. "कष्टप्रद अस्पष्ट वक्ताओं."

She sung her morning start at the rolling pin guy. Really. A rolling pin?

Annoyed, Zayva muttered in infernal a variety of things, portraying her annoyance at being covered in Calamari, but luckily still moving. She took some swings at the kitchen helper now between her and Siri.

She must really not want to even hurt the poor kitchen helpers...

Zayva tensed, adrenaline rushing through her vanes as the door flew open. Once again the words said changed from understandable to gibberish. She looked confused at the duergar female spoke, well more yelled at them. She stayed ready. Maybe she would just berate them with gibbe--nope. Her eyes grew wide as the cleaver flew at her, hitting her, before narrowing.

"यह दूसरों पर चीजें फेंकने के लिए अच्छा नहीं है."

She moved to start taking care of the helpers. She didn't want them to rally to the female and overwhelm the others while they tended to the cleaver throwing menace.

I had all the best intentions of posting today. Then, work decided today was going to exhaust all of us. Tomorrow is not looking much better, but I will try to get something up tomorrow after some sleep. Sorry for delaying things.

Zayva gave the now once again unconscious drow a glare, before looking at the others. "Hide them and hide ourselves? They may think it's a false alarm." She whispered, just loud enough for Siri and Muhoro to hear.

"Did you find anything of use? Do we need to wake them still? Or, should we just leave them here. They'll likely be out for a while unless I heal them. Even then, might not see or think straight. I'm not sure they will even remember us, with the blows to the head they took. It might be best, to leave it that way instead of waking them?"

You two sure have been busy this morning.

After the two fell, Zayva had moved to check both of the drow males' conditions. Deathwatch at Will If one or both were still alive, yet dying, she simply touched the one that was closest to death first, willing it to live, before moving to the other and doing the same. If one of them was already dead, there wasn't much she could do.

Wasn't sure if one of the drow was within 5 ft or not with them setting on the line. Depending on if they are or not, one of the following conditional statements is true.

Her Curse, feeling the rush of adrenaline, took hold. All the drow spoke was gibberish to her.

If they are within a 5ft step:

Zayva took a five-foot step twoards them and attack the drow in front of her.

Zayva gives Muhoro a look along the lines of 'I thought you said there was no one.' Slightly panicky but after a moment she steels herself, looking at the others. She motioned back downstairs before motioning towards the noise with a questioning look on her face. Mace in hand she was willing to ambush if the others were as well, because how much longer could they keep running and hiding?

Congrats guys! I'm going to be without internet starting soon for the next 24 hours or so. Glad you are back frogfoot!

Zayva turned towards the others and mouthed Kitchen before moving to the door on the other side of Siri, listening there as well. Just going to take 10, making this a 12. She didn't dare move closer to the stairs, thinking she'd make too much noise.

Zayva quietly followed (or the attempt there of) trying her best to not be the klutz that got them caught. She tried to move to one of the other doors, (the one opposite of Siri) and listen there, wanting to help.

"Either works." Zayva gave a small smile. "Let's just, get this done. Maybe we can take our time heading back after?"

"I'm not that stealthy, and the others will likely face more harm. It'd be best if i go with them as support. I don't... want to get the stealthy group caught because I trip or something. I do like the idea. We could, pull most if not all the guards our way to make it even easier for the stealthy ones."

"Thanks." Zayva gave a small relieved smile when Muhoro helped her inside. "I'm not that good at sneaking. Obviously."

'Yes, trip and fall flat on your face. Very stealthy.' She berated herself and her klutzy stealthing.

She looked around some, looking at the barrels and crates. She was careful where the placed her feet. "So where to from here?"

Good to know ^^ I know it does interfere with things that are language specific like Charm Person and Charm Monster if they can't understand me. Wasn't sure if it was language specific or not.

I'll treat things with command words like that as if it's spell casting then.

Zayva had laid there on the ground waiting to even think about moving till the guards went away, or well far enough away to feel safe moving. When she felt it was safe, she carefully got up and moved towards the window. Pointing upward at the window, she whispered the command word, "Choan." The moment she landed, she said "Choan" again to release it.

Is the command word for the rings something that even if my curse kicks in I can say? Or is Zayva just out of luck in those instances?

Part of why I haven't posted with Zayva (besides life getting so chaotic on me) is that I was waiting to see what the result of her last stealth check caused. She was even klutzier than the one that sent her behind the statues.

Yeah, Zayva stubbed her toe, likely tripped over something... Possibly got her wings or horns caught... Yep. Perfect example of stealth right there.

@Aleria and Alec: At least you are stealthier than Zayva?

It has been a long day of RL, Work and stress, even though i'm not supposed to work weekends, they threw a project on late in the week due monday and after it was almost done threw a curveball that made it invade the weekend. They wanted it done yesterday when they asked for it. My brain has gone numb and I can not think straight. I'll post when I can think (hopefully in the morning), again, sorry for this. Also, wasn't sure if Zayva's last action was processed, hence a reason why I've waited as well.

Zayva's mind began to fill with panic. 'I knew it. I knew it. I knew it.' She had likely just got them caught or increased the risk. She carefully tried to keep sneaking and avoid the guards and the spotlight till she could get close enough to enter the room via the ring. Though in her panic filled moment she likely crashed through bushes, stubbed more toes or otherwise had more klutzy moments. Her horns got caught on something?

Stealth: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (4) - 1 = 3

Zayva slowly climb the ladder peaking out looking for the spotlight before she exited. If it was heading her way, she'd duck back down quickly. 'Don't be a clutz. Don't be a clutz.' She began an internal mantra to herself, because she felt she just knew in her gut she would be the one to get them caught. 'Sneaky thoughts. Sneaky thoughts.'

If the spotlight was far enough away, she would quickly get out to move behind a statue. Before using the statues to move closer to the others.

Stealth for Peaking: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8 (+2 dex - 3 ACP = -1)
Acrobatics if needed: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (13) - 1 = 12 (+2 dex - 3 ACP = -1)

Well she did try not to get you caught. Not sure if she succeeded on being sneaky.

Zayva smiled her thanks as Alec and Alaria helped keep her from falling in. That would not have been fun. She tried to listen above to see what was going on with Muhoro. It didn't sound like combat up there.

"I... I'm not sure I can make that jump again, I barely made it this time." Zavya said quietly while looking down. "I'm not exactly stealthy either." She feared she would get them caught.

Yay healing focus. She might not can be stealthy but she can keep you all nice and healed up.

Zayva pulled out her mace, holding it in hand. She hung more to the back, more as support than a frontline fighter. They were about to fight, and likely kill. The thoughts kept running through her head. She glanced at Alec, not yet having gone up the ladder. Taking a deep breath, she made a running leap to jump across the gap.

Didn't see anyone else roll acrobatics to jump besides Alec. Rolling just in case.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 2 - 3 ⇒ (11) + 2 - 3 = 10 +2 dex, no ranks, and -3 ACP

Zayva was keeping quiet. She wasn't that good at sneaking. When the grate screeched, she froze (and panicked a little inside).

Perception: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Zayva activated Detect magic and focused on the trapdoors.

Spellcraft: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

"Is it?"

She paused, and returned to the body, curiosity overcoming her want to move away. "What's this?" Reaching for the silver chain, she lifted it from beneath the shirt to reveal what was hidden.

"His throat is slashed. He upset someone. Possibly his master." Zayva moved away from the body not wanting to stay near it much longer.

Zayva, already down that way moved closer to take a look as the cause of death.

Heal: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9

Oh yes, he's dead. Very dead. Doornail dead.

Well, it had been worth at least checking out. "Do you think... he made them mad? Or... did they kill him just to kill him?" She looked back at the others, "How often do you think they come down here?"
