About Yuko
Yuko works in the Dark Archives as a Librarian. She doesn't go out much. Occasionally the Society annoys her and sends her out to do something. She goes because A) she doesn't want to lose access to the Archives and B) she might find interesting things on the way.
But, usually what happens is she runs into people or things. So, she messes with their heads: makes them unlucky or confused, or even puts them to sleep. If that doesn't work....she sets them on fire. That's almost as good as finding interesting things.
