Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

As Ysillith finishes picking the last of the micro-mites from her flesh she too leans forwards.

"Go ahead...Doctor...you had my attention at the word...'Money'..." She purrs, the brass staff dropping loose for a moment. Absently she swings her head to brush the sable cascade of hair further from her perfect features.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Upon feeling some of the smaller machine vermin have actually made it 'on board', Ysillith's gaze upon the technician turns cold. Seeming heedless of the pain as she stops and lifts a well shaped leg to rest upon on of the table legs.

"You haven't shown me anything enough to pique my interest, mate." She replies coldly, even as her free hand effortlessly picks the tiny things from her flesh, Ysillith unflinching at the small welts of blood left behind.

"And now....ye've gone an' made me..." And Ysillith actually seems to have to search for a word to describe her feelings.

"A mite 'Put out'..." She continues to pick micro-tocking-ticks from her flesh.

"Ye'd best think of somthin' before I'm done with this triviality. Somethin' else to distract my attention." She purrs, even as her gaze remains locked upon the good Doctor Zarnos.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith sighs, the end of her staff 'clicks' open and there's a flash of green light from behind her......

As the second stunned machine simply disappears. Unconcerned about the teeny, tiny clock work horrors beginning to emerge from the smashed carapace of the first downed machine Ysillith begins to swagger forwards again, the 'business end' of her staff snicking shut.

"Yeah, yeah. nothin' the weird-docs haven't done back home...' She looks about the place.

"So...what have you got that you think is 'amazing'...?" She drawls, the staff again twirling as she again tucks it beneath an arm, her other hand absently dropping into a coat pocket. The tone of her voice showing that her opinion of the caliber level of the tech before her is of no real consequence...

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith snorts with derision, even as her staff spins. Simply smashing one of the constructs to the floor, where she plants a foot squarely upon it's back to keep it in place.

Then, keeping the momentum of the pole arm moving, shifts the direction of the arc just enough to parry the second spider-mech's lunge such that it leaps past her and slams into the door frame in front of which she stands.

"Ah...no cortex. That would explain the simple actions of the things." She replies dismissively. Even as she slams the butt of the brass pole-arm into the central 'case' of the mechanism she's pinned, causing a brief shower of sparks, oil, gear and other 'goo' to leap, squirt and skitter from the smashed carapace.

She looks around, seeming bored. "So...ye're using the equivalent of pattern plates, hey?...Or some such? Simple arcane instruction type latices, then?" She sighs, even ass the spinning pole arm comes to a halt, tucked under one arm.

"My Artexia was building better scuttle bugs back home as a hobby..." Ysillith really gives the impression of being thoroughly unimpressed by this man's simple works. Her eyes return to gaze at the fellow,

"Now.... you put me closer to the wreck of the Bonny D? And I'll show you a construct worth worrying about..." She purrs, and for the briefest of instants there is a strange, green glow in her eyes.

Oh...to be less than half a mile from where the Bonny D went down in the lake....

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith tilts her head,

"Here...that seems strangely familiar." She whips her hand about and the brass staff extends with a 'snick'.

"Have I some how threatened you before...?" She looks intently at the fellow in the lab coat.

"Nice mincers, by the way. What's the range on their cortex receivers?" She asks then, offhandedly. Switching her gaze as she leans upon her staff and obviously admiring the deadly machines which scuttle and stalk towards her.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith's eyes wander over the glowing, sparkling conduits and esoteric machinery. The sounds though, which emanate from within the cluttered center of this strange room, automatically draw her gaze to the space from which these new machines emerge and begin to scuttle towards the doorway.

'Ahhhh...now that's more like it!" She grins, even as the idiot remains standing seeming entranced by the muti0hued display of the machinery. As her hand drops into the pockets of her coat she steps forwards.

"So! Be there somat twiddlin' these things levers about? We can talk now...?" Her gaze searches amongst things for any shapes or figures of authority.

"Orrr..." And her voice grows husky as she drawls out the word, "I can start ta' take this place apart and we get to talkin' over the wreckage." And she smiles, obviously far more pleased if the second option is going to eventuate. In her hand is a familiar, collapsed, brass device.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith pauses....Turning her head, tilting...

"Here...what's that noise...?" Her gaze truns back to the spiral stair case up which they have come.

"Ye don't think Rashida's gone an' done somethin'...[/smaller]" She whispers, thoughts now divided between the japering fellow they are following and those who might be coming up behind them...

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith pauses at Ralph's words, her eye's seeming to lose focus as her gaze looks 'Some where else'....

Though, after a moment she blinks and looks to peer around the door-jamb again,

"Aye, well if we were closer to the wreck of the Bonny D, I'd show ye th' 'Intelligence of machines'..." She whispers back.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Cassie's comment/remark/reply does get Ysillith'a features to quirk in a grin.

"Aye, well...assumin' we run in't anything what's alive, we coul always do something like that as a last resort?" Ysillith responds, joining in the jape. Though her eyes try and pierce the strange, multi-hued mists that roil and shimmer through the room the strange fellow entered.

"Now...where'd that todger get too...?"

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysilith stalks along, her legs graceful curves accentuated by the cut of the dress and the high heeled, laced sandals she wears.

"C'mon, we've got to keep yon todger in sight." She says to Cassie and Palph. "Rashii should be catchin' us up in'a moment.Don't know whut she sees in them clock work tinker things down stairs. They're obviously jus' mechanika. No stitch thrall bits on 'em any wheres." She says, seeming in conversation, as she draws up besides the hatch the capering fool has cavorted into.

With stealth, trepidation and paranoia she edges closer to peer around its edge.

"Nows th' time fer wearin' pants and heftin' better weapons..." She gripes quietly, even absently adjusting the dress she's wearing. 'Might as well go nekkid, fer all th' good this silk be doin' me..." She snorts scornfully.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

At the crazed fellow's antics Ysillith almost growls.

"I swear, if'n he weren't even slightly useful..." She mutters. At Cassie's calling Ysillith points to where Rashida is moving towards their small group from where the welcoming constructs lay.

"Here she comes." Though Ysillith continues to watch the rambling man closely.

"Not far is it? To this blue feller/" She calls, trying to keep the fool's mind from wandering too far.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith shrugs, "No...no sittin' in that thing. Maybe we can dredge you up a play thing later, hey?" She cajoles the loon.,

"Here! How's about you show us all these pretty colours, then? Doesn't that sound fun?" Ysillith keeps a very good amount of space between herself and the crazed man as she too backs out in to the corridor with the others.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith just arches an eyebrow at the Lady Cassie's quiet discourse...

The crazy man's actions, Ysillith seems to discount completely.

"So, Smiley? Which way teh this 'Reactor' then?" She asks, seemingly absently of the unhinged fellow...

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

After her quick 'perusal' of the room...and not finding anything of note tucked within the closed books adorning the wall (Nor any sekrit doors being opened by manipulating them) Ysillith saunters casually after Cassie and Ralph, though slowly enough for Rashida to still be within eye blink, if not ear-cream range.

Upon looking into the room, Ysillith just sniffs..

"This is pretty plain fer a stich-tech's place..." She opines.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith gives the bumbling man one last glance before quickly sauntering into the room.

Lifting the coat and draping it over one arm. Dropping the picture into one of the coat pockets and thence pulling out first the top drawer of the desk and looking through its contents, before putting it down and doing the same with the rest. Anything of shine or value that catches her eye also disappears into a coat pocket.

Once the desk has been strip-searched, she moves to the books and begins to pull the tops out to peer at the pages and spines...

"The Hooga scent in't half bad..." She murmurs, her eyes gazing about as she searches for the origin of the smell of tobacco.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith stays standing within the door way.

"So...we give the room a quick once over to gather anything of interest and then what say we follow yon feller?" She suggeests.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith simply stares after the man.

"Did some one hit him too hard in tha' head, or somat?" She asks questioningly.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

"Flooding in the tunnel is why I jammed the doors open..." Ysillith reminds young Ralph, even as the tall woman edges closer to peer around the door frame into whatever room leads off the great vent chamber.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith finishes sorting through the 'junk' that is left of the initial servitors.

"Okay then. We go onwards..." She looks around, seeming a little nonplussed.

"Um...which way would that be, then?" She peers about for something which might be familiar within the tangled runs of pipes, conduits and ducting...

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith keeps her own council on what she might or might do in regards to her actions and simply looks back towards the door the group cam in through.

"Well..if it's a trap, then getting out the way we came in seems like the go...The faster, the better."

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith kneels, checking on the state of some of the arm-weapons. Picking up items and discarding them with a soft, disappointed huff. She watches Cassie clamber up the piping and do...something.

At Cassie's words Ysillith just tilts her head, "And why shouldn't we just smash and grab the place, then?" She asks.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith casts the remains of the wind up soldier she's smashed into the room aside, laughing as she does so. In her hands she holds one of the machine's arms and with a quick skip braces her legs.

"Ka-BOOM!"

The first loud blast only winging one of the advancing menaces, though the gun's blast more than enough to have it stumbling and falling in a heap. The Captain's other shots, now ranged in with the weapon's abilities, are far more precise and devastating. As she pumps the empty weapon's mechanisms a few more times she laughs,

"Oh YEAH! Always wanted a go at one of them clock-work guns the blue coats always sport!" She exults, though about what exactly none of the others are sure. She casually throws the spent weapon away to clatter amongst the other debris,

"Okay, what's what and what should we break next?" She calls, even as her eyes roam over the expanse of the large chamber.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith nods at the Technician's words standing and moving off towards their target. She shows Rashida, Cassie and Ralph the weird key/trinket the fellow has given her.

"Well...if this thing were chasing wants to send this place off with a 'bang', least we can do is inconvenience it, hey?' She says.

Upon coming to the first two new adversaries Ysillith seems to show no discomfort in viewing these 'new' combatants, though she does hang back and observe their motions as they com under attack from Rashida Cassie and Ralph.

Noting the slowness of their movements and the distinct lack of forethought she smiles slyly and simply removes her bandanna. With her true form revealed, she wastes no time with explanations and simply accelerates into a charge at the right-most figure as Cassie deftly begins to deal with the one on the left.

The target of Ysillith's charge seens to barely have begu to respond to her sudden appearance as the tall, horned Amazon slams into its form. The great horns upon Ysillith's brow smashing into the thing's chest and her momentum carrying it and her clean into the room, even as the loud 'Ker-ANG' of their impact rings out. The force of Ysillith's blow such that her victim actually comes apart with limbs coming away to fall by the wayside.

Too soon Ysillith's momentum comes to a halt and, though she shows little effort, with a heave she hurls the remains of her target up and into the central space of the great chamber beyond the entry portal.

Perhaps some PM'ed or otherwise imparted ideas as to where people might currently be?

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

"Hmmm..?" Ysillith remarks, obviously distracted by observing how her remedy is effecting the patient.

"Oh...these things? They're...constructs. The one's I seen here are more flesh over metal than the usual cobbled together shamblers I be used to ...um...dealing with." She frowns, "Though, if they've got th' same range of versions available, we might be in a spot of trouble. The fist of a steam-thrall will ruin yer day, sure as some one who can poke a sword through ye." Ysillith gently examines the injured person's wounds, nodding seeming satisfied with the potions results. She offers the gentleman assistance in standing,

"Come on now, luv. Lets get moving an ye can gab t'us about whut's goin' on about th' place."

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith nods, "Well...lets hope there's either less flesh or less metal on these Mark I's. The better to deal with them." And Ysillith grins,

"Hey! If they've been given weapons, the fight will be that much easier." (^_^)

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith frowns..."Well..if these 'Marks' are about the same as that thing we fought in the alley..." Her words trail off. She looks to Rashida and Cassie,

"I can always give him another dose?" She asks/suggests.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith walks along at the rear of the group, though her eyes occasionally seem to grow distant. As if she's trying to listen to something only she can hear.

Upon coming to this new wounded figure and at Rashida's promoting, Ysillith frowns when the Goddess suggests using her meager potion on some wounded strange fellow.

Ysillith shakes her head to clear what ever fugue had come over her, steps closer and kneels down to examine the fallen stranger., deftly flicking her skirts out of the way as she does so.

"Hmmm....He's been given quite the work out..." Her hands move patches of clothing, fingers gently exploring wounds and creases...

"Buggered if I'll be wasting 'Elfs' kiss' on this one..." One hand slipping into the pockets of her coat to eventually produce a vial of faintly glowing green liquid.

"Besides, with 'Trull tonic', ye don't have t'stop a person from convulsing..." She quickly pulls the stopped and administers the sluggish syrup into the man's mouth. Then hods said mouth and nose closed to force him to swallow.

After but a brief moment, the injured man does convulse slightly, feeble hands batting at Ysillith's strong arms, though he stills and when the captain removes her grip his breathing is smoother and less labored.

"Well....they want to up-chuck it less..." She admits ruefully.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

At Palph's comments Yasillith simply puts a hand on her hip.

"Bah! I've been stabbed, sliced and run through. That last one were a worry, I can tell you. Damn shadow demon thing seemed t'have me number up an' all." Ysillith remarks casually. "Now, ye don't see me harpin' on about it, hey?" She explains.

"So then, what I have is called 'Elf's Kiss' an' t'is only three doses I have left. It'll certainly cure those wee tads of scratches," She indicates Ralph's shoulder and Cassie's sprained wrist. Though Ysillith does gloss over Cassie's real amount of injury.

"BUT!" Ysillith warms, "There's one side effect of this stuff that's right nasty! So...d'ye wish t'be cured of yer ills...or don't ye? Say now since I in't wastin' somat I'm not going to get any more of!" Ysillith waits for the others reply, even as she works on opening the inner door.

"Also, who's given some though as to where abouts in the lake we are? Close to said wharf where i came ashore, d'ye reckon?"

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith saunters along at the rear of the group, her eyes taking in details but seeming not at all distracted by the view 'outside'.

"Here...how far away d'ye think we are from th' docks where I first came ashore?" She asks, then turns her attention to Ralph.

"Here, young'un. If that stratch is gettin' too annoyin' fer ye, i've somat what'll sooth the ills..." she offers.

Though there'll be a tad amount of role-playing in the administering of said unguent.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith saunters upto the door, seeming heedless of the potential view of 'outside'.

"Okay, first rule..." And she again retract her staff and tucks it away securely in a coat pocket.

"Best t'put temptation out'a me reach..." She adds, though seeming more to herself that the others. She examines the door and then the small panel besides the hatch. "Hmm...Um-hmmm...And this might mean..."

She jabs a finger at one of the small studs...and is rewarded after a short time with a small green glow from said panel.

"Ah HA! Jus' like them tech-tinkers of Cyriss!" She exclaims ambiguously. She winks to her companions "It all looks complicated...but th' todgers actually keep things simple behind all th' flashing lights an' ticking stuff." She opens another panel and grins when she sees the lever there, which she proceeds to move up and down.

"Emergency..uff..over-ride...huff...system...huff..." She explains between motions, as the door begins to wind open by fractions each time...soon having enough space for both Ralph o get their jacket out of the gap and for those of nimble persuasions to slip through.

"So...huff...how many...uff...are we...huff...expecting...?" She asks -strong arms, back and legs flexing as Ysillith works the mechanism- the portal opening ever slightly wider. Once she's happy with the space between door and rim she again fishes through her coat pockets, bringing forth what appears to be some sort of brass weapon. She expertly adjusts some small controls on the large cylinder which is projecting from the handle, with a soft 'puff' a pale blue flame appears at the gun's nozzle-d end.

"Grundel's patented flash welder torch!" She exclaims happily. "I never leave home with out one." And she begins to simply cut the lever from it's mounting. After a few short moments she turns the torch off and pulls the rod from the wall and walks down the tunnel to the far door.

"First rule, always inconvenience the todger yer chasin'." She begins to look carefully at the inner door.

(^_^)

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith snaps her whip up and braces as the end curls around an over head beam (Something which holds up the stage above).

With a flexing of well muscled legs the Satyxis kicks out and swing after the other two women. As she sails into the doorway, a deft motion of her wrist has the whip unhooking and swirling in a sinuous trail of metal about their feet.

"Well..this looks interesting..." She says looking about.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

"Aye, am on it!" Ysillith calls, her whip a living thing of razor shards which curl and scythe through the hordes surrounding them.

With her other hand she reaches into her coat and withdraws the brass staff. Again with a deft flick it expands to full length and she twirls up onto a shoulder. Turning to face back towards the stage front.

"So...people should be..."

*K-Zzzzt!* The scintillating green beam winks on and then off....leaving a hole within the front of the stage.

"There we go..." And Ysillith's voice is cut off by the sounding of...

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith, her grapnel secured to the lighting fixtures, swings down onto the stage.

As her steel spiked boots leave splinter, chipped furrows she fumbles a moment...finding that her device wont release its hold. As the stage, indeed the whole theater, rumbles to some unseen force, Ysillith's years at sea have her standing proud and unworried by the shifting timbers. With a casual shrug she flicks a switch upon the firing gun and the chord snicks free.

The tall Amazon seems uncaring that for the moment she fills the spotlight and the audience's full attention. Pocketing the gun with a deft motion, her other hand is already flicking and moving the segmented metal whip as if it were a living thing.

With the far end secure, she gives one glance out into the crowd before gracefully stepping into the dark maw of the stage trap-door.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith just shakes her head at Drake's antics,

"What? Waste good Rum?!" She exclaims in mock tones, "Whut sort'a gal d'ye take me for?" She grins, even as she extends an arm, pointing towards the cables, beams and other paraphernalia that are the working parts of the stage over head.

*Pafph*

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith sighs, even as she adjusts the grip upon her whip. She is already using the solid balustaude to make her staff collapse again.

"Here, give me a moment an' I'll have all three of us down there." She grins, "Don't want t' miss out on all the fun now, do we?" She winks. it is obvious the tall Amazon is suddenly very much enjoying things.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith pouts and puts up her staff.

"Awe...that were goin' t'be my next shot..." She shrugs, "Ah well...who wants t' live forever?" She asks no one in particular and slips her belt free. the length elongating into a corded whip of metal links which she flexes.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith grins then, with a chuckle, lowers her aiming point....

>:)

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith sighs as the...people all begin to act chaotically. Those bellow beginning to do the usual running, crying and (She's both pleased and disappointed to note) only a little screaming. At Ralph's admonition her eyes flash with warning anger, but she says nothing as the young man vaults out of the booth, blinking in realizing that Cassie has gone out before him and she's missed the action in all the other commotion.

She steps fully to the side of the booth, using the railings and balustrade as partial cover,

"Drake! protect that young snipe! Reign her in!" She calls over the growing noise... Even as her body responds to the growing chaos the smell of fear, the cries of pain reaching her ears. Her eyes lock onto the kneeling figue of Cassie even as her mind registers the sound which her ears have just heard, her mind has sorted.

CRACK!

Ysillith flicks her arm out and the brass staff extends with a telescoping 'shnick'. She lifts the device to her shoulder, even as the far bulb's petals slide open.

"Oooo...now ye've gone an' hurt me shiny..." She purrs, sighting on the blue creature, her finger caressing the activation stud.

*There is a flash of scintillating green*

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith frowns, though she begins to move towards the front of the booth,

"That's either a very good idea...Or a very bad one, luv." She spares the Princess one glance, before returning her attention to the blue fuzzy cavorting about on stage and the patrons who are scampering and fleeing from said presence.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith's eyes haven't stopped looking for threats.

People moving along balconies. Snipers scaling into the rafters. Soft clouds moving against the darkened background.

Her ears haven't stopped listening for threats.

The sound of booted feet tromping in quick time along corridors. The adjusted, muted sound of air being blocked in vents as things move about inside dark places. The subtle change in the mechankia sounds of the theater around them.

This was conflict. This was combat. Every fiber of Ysillith's being hyped up and wired for action. She smiles, sparing but the smallest glance down at Alyce and then across at Ralph.

"By all means, luv. Take it away..." She cajoles Squirrel, indicating the blue fuzzy on stage with a tilt of her head. The hand at her belt moves subtly and there's a click, even as a much shortened but vaguely familiar brass device is pulled from an inner coat pocket.

"Might want to make it quick, though. Afore ye lose its attention." She offers Squirrel the barest of winks. She still does not let Alyce escape. Not... just... yet...

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

A spike heeled boot comes down in front of Alyce face. "No ye don't. Safer here with every one else, lass." Ysillith simply steps in-front of the squirming girl as the youngster tries to sneak away. "Hey, Squirrel? Ye should be keepin' a better eye on folks. Don't want t'have t'chase stragglers all over th' place now, do we?" She asks Ralph.

Ysilith's only got partial attention on the big galoot on stage. Everything be a threat now...

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

The change that comes over Ysillith is subtle. A slight shifting of balance, a change in her breathing, her eyes initially looking only to the fresh crimson stain spreading across the stage. Her eyes tracing it back to the blue furred creature and thence to said creatures eyes. One pale white Satyxan hand instinctively clutching at a hip where a sword hilt is not currently kept, while her other reaches for a pistol not sheathed at her other side.

"Ooooo...Yeeesssss...." She breathes. For the first time something like excitement and animation being heard in her voice. Then she realizes that her usual array of 'toys' are not upon her person and her hands deftly move, one into the pockets of her jacket, the other to the metallic/plaited belt snugly wrapped about her waist.

"Now we gon'a have us some FUN." She purrs, stepping forwards.

"Ma'am?" And it is not clear whether she's talking to Cassie, the Princess or both. "I think it be very much time we made motions t' engage..." Her eyes now beginning to drift, though always keeping the blue creature in her peripheral vision.

"Any one got a name fer that, by th' by?" She adds casually.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

At Drake producing a whole bottle of Rum, Ysillith does give forth a throaty chuckle in obvious appreciation, the item also disappearing into one of the possibly many voluminous pockets of her great coat.

"Wonderful stuff, luv. I'll be sampling thiis later once we've all retired safe an' sound back on the ship..." Her dark, amber eyes rest for a moment upon Drake as she smiles and he can see a faint green sheen glimmer there. Some strange effect of the Satyxis nature becoming more evident in the darkness. Before Ysillith returns to watching the environs for trouble.

"Here...Rashida's slipped out..." She brings the Princes' empty booth to Drake's attention.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

"Bugger that other stuff...let me at the Rum...." Her voice is a husky purr at the mention of a certain beverage...(^_~)

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith gives no impression of having caught or noticed anything at all. She remains the watchful presence hovering by the Lady DuSollier.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith stands in the darkened recesses f the booth, having taken the scrap of paper handed to her by Cassie. As Squirrel and Alyce bob, bow and scrape to Cassie and the Princes...Ysillith does no more than stay where she is, though her eyes continue to take in how ever much of the rest of the theater as she can.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith continues to watch the events on stage unfold. She's glad she's using the wall to prop herself up with. Other wise she might gratuitously already be passed out on the floor. (-_-)

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

For Rashida:
Ysiilith will start out her code simply. Establishing how to 'count' as in which sounds are numbers, which are functions. Then, after a proper number reply, Ysillith will switch numbers for letters. Then we can have a tappy chat.

(^_^)

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith steps a little farther back into the shadows.....Remembering why it was she fought so hard to become a Ship's master and not have to put into a home port and deal with all the petty squabbles and jealousy of the different clan's in fighting.

Watching her own crew play tit-for-tat? Now that was amusing. Having to keep one's horns clear of randomly infused clan troubles as they seemed to randomly develop? (Sometimes with equally explosive results) That was all together too much work.

Leaning back, Ysillith lifts a leg and braces a spiked heel against the wall...her similarly bored status being revealed by the absent tapping of a steel shod boot.

Rashida Massri:
Rashida hears one of the pipes/conduits within her booth begin to thrum in a pattern of subtle knocks and bangs.

Ysillith does also sigh with boredom...again looking distractedly about the place.

Satyxis, Captain Adventurer(In Disguise)

Ysillith tilts her head a little at the Princes' words.

"Sorry, kind of lost the end of the rope here. Ye had somat whut looked like yerself turn up and some bloke turned up tryin' t'..." Ysillith's eyes drift sideways to the fellow sitting besides the Princess and she shakes her head slightly, obviously re-evaluating the woman sitting before her.

"M'self? I tend t'..remove them whut tries to take me..um...head..." Ysillith's comment changes as she realizes her expression needs self correcting.
