Dear Paizo Customer Service: I received my Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscription Cancellation Notice and subscription Order 7961754 emails. I had asked that my subscription be cancelled before AP #145, which I do not want. This order, however, contains AP #145. Please remove it from this order. Thanks, Andy
I've started running the Shattered Star AP for an online group of three players. We need an additional player or two to round out the group. The party currently consists of the following: male human spiritualist
The party could use a martial front-liner (or two). We are playing Thursday evenings from 8:00-10:00 PM US Central Daylight Time. We use D20PRO as our virtual table top and Discord for voice chat. If you are interested in joining this campaign, please post a reply to this thread or send me a private message. GM Budman
Dear Paizo Customer Service, recently a PFS regular campaign session was mistakenly recorded to my PFS core campaign character 19641-13 (Erwyn Lightfoot), making it now a regular campaign character. The GM who originally recorded the session has since moved it to the correct character number for me. Removing this session from character 19641-13 did not change it back to being a core character, however. Is this something that you can fix for me? All of the paper chronicles earned for 19641-13 are from GMing and playing in the core campaign and I would like to keep this character as core if possible. Thanks, Andy
I'm looking to form a Pathfinder (1E) group in which the GM and players participate in online live game sessions using the D20PRO virtual tabletop program (d20pro.com) along with Skype for voice chat. The D20PRO software is available as a free download and I have six guest licenses so players can also connect to my game for free if I am hosting as GM. I'm willing to initially serve as GM for the group but the GM role can be rotated as the group sees fit if others are interested in taking on the GM mantle. Before we can begin discussing adventure and campaign options, we first need to assemble a group of four or five dependable players (of any PFRPG experience level) and determine a day and time when we all could be available to conduct our game sessions, which would most likely occur biweekly or 2 or 3 times a month. My general availability would typically be as follows, in order from most to least preferred: Saturday mornings
I am located in the US Central timezone and work full-time days Monday through Friday. If becoming a member of a group like this interests you, please reply to this thread and indicate your availability. Also, if you have questions, feel free to either post them in a reply or send them to me in a PM. If we can find a common day and time that works for enough people then we'll be able to move on to the next step of discussing adventure options. Typically for a new online group like this I offer to run a homebrew campaign comprised of loosely-connected modules. For the right group, however, I will consider starting to run a Pathfinder Adventure Path. Thanks, GM Budman
Dear Paizo Customer Service: I ordered two (2) Dork20 Decks on clearance under Order 7464109 and had them put in my side cart. This month's subscription Order 7550860 shows that I'm being charged for both decks along with AP #137. However, the shipment email that I just received for Order 7550860 says that only one Dork20 Deck will be included in a shipment of 2 items, including AP #137. Can you check on this? Why wouldn't the second deck be included in the shipment? If this item has now become out of stock then please cancel the second deck and don't charge me for it. Thank you, Andy Collins
I'm looking for players for a new online Pathfinder game. I am reposting this recruitment here in the "Gamer Connection" forum (originally posted in the "Online Campaigns\Recruitment" forum) since this is not a play-by-post game. Saturday mornings US Central time would be my preferred time for running 3-hour sessions (9:00 AM to noon would be ideal). Sessions would usually be planned for 2 or 3 alternating Saturdays per month, with occasional back-to-back Saturday sessions planned based on the group's schedules. Instead of Saturday mornings I could do alternating Sunday mornings US Central time (I attend local PFS sessions two alternating Sundays per month). Alternating Saturday or Sunday evenings are other possibilities, if players cannot do weekend morning sessions. Game sessions would be run using the D20PRO virtual tabletop program (d20pro.com) along with Skype for voice chat. The D20PRO software is available as a free download and I have six guest licenses so players can also connect to my game for free. For this game, I would like to run a campaign made up of loosely-connected modules set in the Pathfinder world of Golarion, as opposed to running a formal Adventure Path. If a game like this interests you, please reply to this thread (or send me a private message) and I will send you a private message with more information. Thanks, GM Budman

Dear Paizo Customer Service, There are two items that have been sitting in my sidecart for several months. They are shown as available on their product pages but apparently are either no longer available from the publisher or are backordered. Please remove these two items from my sidecart. Thank you, Andy Collins
The Strange Aeons campaign that I'm running is in need of one additional player. We play online Wednesday evenings from 7-9:30 PM US Central Standard Time (CST) using d20Pro and Skype. We are about half way through Chapter 1. The new player will be asked to create a Level 2 PC given a fixed amount of starting wealth. The party currently consists of the following: female human paladin
If interested, please post a reply in this thread and/or send me a private message and I will contact you with more info. GM Budman
I'm looking for players who are interested in forming an online Pathfinder group. Game sessions would be run using the d20Pro virtual tabletop program (d20Pro.com) and Skype for voice chat. The d20Pro software is available for free and I have six guest licenses so players can connect to my game for free. Saturday mornings or evenings US Central time would be my preferred times for biweekly 4-hour sessions, but I could also accommodate (shorter) weeknight session(s) if that would work better for the group as a whole. My emphasis at the start will be on forming a solid group. Thus, I plan for our first few game sessions to serve as "get to know you" times. I would run a short adventure or two with the players running informal "throw-away" PCs. Once we feel that the group has "gelled" then we can discuss what we want to do for our main campaign. I am open to running a quasi-homebrew campaign made up of loosely-connected modules, or running a more "formal" campaign like an Adventure Path if that is the direction the group wants to take. If you are interested, please post a reply to this thread and indicate your preferred time(s) for sessions. Thanks, GM Budman
I'm looking to start up and GM a new online d20Pro/Skype Pathfinder group/game if I can find 4-6 reliable, mature players. I'm available on Saturdays, and would prefer earlier game times (like 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM US Central time), but could accommodate early evening sessions if that worked better for the group as a whole. Sessions would most likely be run 2 or 3 alternating Saturdays per month, but could also run on back-to-back Saturdays every now and then. Early on I plan to run a short campaign consisting of loosely-connected modules. Once that completes (and assuming the group has successfully gelled), I could start running an Adventure Path. If you are interested in joining this group, please send me a private message containing your email address and also post a reply to this thread to let others know of your interest. Thanks, Yorgi
My pending September AP subscription shipment order is showing a separate 4 lb. (!) package with a shipping and handling charge of $14.04 for the Munchkin Apocalypse 2: Sheep Impact Expansion. Isn't this expansion just a small box about the size of two decks of playing cards side-by-side? Also, why must it ship separately from my AP volume? If the additional shipping for this one item is indeed $14.04 then please remove this item from my order! Thank you, Andy
I would like to start a late Saturday morning d20Pro/Skype Pathfinder group/game. I am thinking of running sessions two or three Saturdays a month going from around 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM US Central time. Before deciding on a particular long term AP/campaign to run for this group, I would first like to assemble four to six reliable players and run a couple of short adventures to help everyone get to know one another and allow you to see how I run a game. If you're looking for a recurring online Pathfinder game and this day and time work for you please post in this thread and note your interest and ask any questions you might have. If there is sufficient interest we could start playing on June 6th and June 13th. I will be out of town on June 20th (Free RPG Day) and unavailable the next weekend (attending the Nexus Game Fair in Milwaukee). Yorgi (Andy)
Hello fellow Pathfinders! I would like to start a late Sunday morning d20Pro/Skype Pathfinder group/game. I am thinking of running sessions two or three Sundays a month going from around 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM US Central time. I am somewhat flexible, though, on the exact session times. I expect there to often be one Sunday a month when I won't be able to run a session, which is when I play in a local PFS event. I have run online Pathfinder Adventure Path games before, including Second Darkness (through Chapter 2) and Kingmaker (through Chapter 3). I have run in-person APs including Council of Thieves (got into Chapter 6), Kingmaker (through Chapter 2), and Carrion Crown (got into Chapter 3). I am running an in-person Serpent's Skull game (currently into Chapter 2), but the DM rotation has switched for awhile to another person in my local Saturday gaming group. Before deciding on a particular AP to run for this group, I would first like to assemble four to six reliable players and run a couple of short adventures to help everyone get to know one another and allow you to see how I run a game. If you're looking for a recurring online Pathfinder game and this day and time work for you please post in this thread and note your interest and ask any questions you might have. I look forward to getting this group up and running soon! Yorgi (Andy)
Can you take a look at my pending Order 3095766 which was placed on 4/24/2014? I believe both of these Goodman Games items are still preorders, but DCC #83 (the regular, non-box set print module) isn't showing up in my sidecart while the newer DCC #85 (also a preorder) does show in my sidecart. Thanks, Andy
I have items in my cart and the "May14" promotion code has been applied but when I press the "Proceed to Checkout" button and re-enter my password, it just goes back to the Paizo home page. I've tried several times to check out without success. I want to add these items to my May Pathfinder subscription shipment.
I'd like to start a new weeknight Pathfinder group online. I'd be available to GM weekly sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings from around 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM US Central Standard Time (CST). I'm open to using Skype, Ventrilo, or other voice chat programs and OpenRPG, Roll20, MapTools, or d20Pro virtual tabletop software (for which I have guest licenses for up to 6 players). Since session day/time availability is one of the most important factors affecting a group, I'd like to see if there are sufficient players looking to join a Pathfinder game who would be able to attend a game session held on one of the weeknights listed above. I'm open to running a variety of 3.5/Pathfinder Adventure Paths, but I'd like to defer discussion of that until (or if?) I'm able to find enough players who can all play at the same time. Please post to this thread or IM me if you are interested, and indicate your preferred evening if applicable. Thanks, Yorgi (Andy)
I am a player and DM looking to join other Pathfinder players in an existing weeknight gaming group or to create a new weeknight gaming group located in Dubuque, Iowa. I am unable to host a group since I live in SW Wisconsin but I am able to drive to Dubuque to participate in a group located there. Andy (Yorgi)
I got the idea of creating a custom CoT monster, the Rust Torble. Rust torbles have evolved in close proximity to rust monsters, and thus have gained the ability to rust/eat metal. I wanted to make the size of the rust torble tiny instead of diminuative. I removed its immunity to acid and dealing of acid damage in favor of the rust ability and scent metals sense. Is a CR of 1/4 too low for this creature and/or are the save DCs specified too high given the potential of this creature to destroy metal weapons when poked or sliced? RUST TORBLE (CR 1/4) XP 100

Special Abilities Ooze-Vermin Hybrid (Ex) Torbles react to ooze-affecting effects as if they were oozes and vermin-affecting effects as if they were vermin, whichever is least advantageous for the torble or more advantageous for the originator of the effect. Primitive Sight (Ex) Though it has blindsight and can operate without vision, a torble’s simple eyes give it poor sight (mainly light and color) with an effective range of 30 feet. Because they can see, they are subject to attacks that affect sighted creatures (such as gaze attacks), but as they can still rely on their blindsight, they cannot be dazzled or blinded by sight-based attacks. Telepathic Sensitivity (Ex) Torbles are receptive to the thought energy of telepathic minds. A creature with the telepathy special ability can use a swift action to mentally command one torble per point of Charisma bonus for one round, twice that many by using a move action, or four times that many by using a standard action. The creature’s control of the vermin is limited to simple commands (“attack,” “defend,” “stop,” and so forth); orders to attack a certain creature when it appears or guard against a particular occurrence are too complex for the vermin to understand. Torbles that leave the range of the creature’s telepathy immediately revert to their standard behavior. Rust (Su) A rust torble’s antennae are a primary touch attack that causes any metal object they touch to swiftly rust and corrode. The object touched takes half its maximum hp in damage and gains the broken condition—a second hit destroys the item. A rust torble never provokes attacks of opportunity by attempting to strike a weapon with its antennae. Against creatures made of metal, a rust torble’s antennae deal 1d6+1 points of damage. An attended object, any magic object, or a metal creature can attempt a DC 12 Reflex save to negate this effect. The save DC is Constitution-based. Any non-magical metal weapon that does piercing or slashing damage to a rust torble is immediately destroyed due to direct exposure to the torble’s corrosive body fluids. Any magical metal weapon that does piercing or slashing damage to a rust torble must make a DC 14 Reflex save to avoid being destroyed. Scent Metals (Ex) This ability functions much the same as the scent ability, except that the range is 30 feet and the rust torble can only use it to sense metal objects (including creatures wearing or carrying metal objects). |
