He slides his bow back into his hand, then nods, "Makes sense to me, Antoni."

I didn't grab the masterwork studded because it's only a very tiny upgrade to the regular that Yaron's wearing and he's got the bow, which is crazy-expensive, already.

I can't use the pearl, plus I took the bow.

Yaron blinks at the sight, then again at the display cases, "Impressive.... There are several things here that could help the refugees."

Yaron nods, "That is worrisome. Certainly makes me wonder about the thought of moving the camp here."

Yaron shakes his head, "I can tell you it's not Orcish, but that's about it."

Yaron shrugs, "Possible. Evil creatures often turn to even darker things to worship in an attempt to gain power."

Yaron says, "I can make the wand work."

Yaron ruhses to the druid, making sure she's alive and pulling any ooze out of her mouth and nose to ensure she can breathe. Concerned, he asks, "Anyone know if she's going to be all right?" He lets out a grim chuckle, "Normally, I'd be asking Faerith that, but she can't answer."

Yaron begins to recite another set of limericks to aid his companions, We have to get her out of there before she's a skeleton like the other..., and having no idea if it's helping, fires his bow again.

I'm about to be away for 2 weeks - but with the usual "post-trip" recovery time, I think it's safer to say I'm away 'til Jan 16th (so we can all be pleasantly surprised if I'm online sooner).

That works. Yaron can cast CLW, but the diminished spellcasting for being an Arrowsong is not his friend.

Yaron shrugs, "If it offers better protection than my leathers, it seems useful. The belt, I imagine, would be good for most of us -- quicker to aim a bow or spell, or to dodge an incoming attack."

He pauses a moment, then asks, "Are troglodytes amphibious? I'm wondering if the watery passage, though less accessible, might not give us an element of surprise."
