If Dulomak moves up and has a reach weapon, he should be able to reach the demon. The only thing he would have to deal with is the demon having cover. I will 5 foot step next turn, but being where I am wouldn't allow him to attack, as it is too close to use a ranged weapon.

I would suggest that the GM bot Ehm for a couple of days to see if he shows back up. Once it hits a week with no posting, I would drop him. It might make the scenario a bit more difficult for the rest of us, but it isn't fair to the GM to have to bot someone through the whole scenario.

Just my opinion.
