NNNOOOOOO!!!! ;_;

Why is the cat gone? :(

*Continues to cry over the poor, demised cat* :'(

(^_^) That's okay...

I'll just 'hold things up' until we get word about a game. (^_~)

Presenting 'Xane'. Strong-woman extraordinaire! Since this character would be more fitting to a 'Circus' campaign than a simple ','. :)

@Xane: You do know that there's a community add-on for Gestalt, right?

(It works amazingly well.)

Indeed! (^_^)

A friend pointed it out to me. Will be tinkering with it soon.

Just got to add 3 lvl's of Mythic.

Will tinker with my Herolab some time tomorrow and see how we go with adding things etc.

Wishing every one all the very best. (^_^)

*High fives Erik* (^_^)

Okay.. am working at editing HeroLab to allow me to 'gestalt' quicker/easier.

Here's a character made for another game where I wanted to go all. 'Hulky'. (^_^)

@Xana, ok so you made a race that makes more sense so 8 Natural Armor from race and the other 3 comes from Barbarian right. Makes more sense now. You just need to have more info on your sheet it makes it easier for the GM and others to see where things come from.

Pssst! It's "XANE' by the way. (^_~)

Added the 'How to race build' to the sheet as well as more fluff hammered out quick and nasty like. Some hooks for the DM to sink back into the character/party are included.

Much cheers and best wishes to all.

"Big and brassy!"
"Buffed and sassy!"
"Fit as a fiddle and ready to game!"

So...Xane makes sense build wise, yes?

Indeed...cestus is a Monk weapon. The question was "Why not use/take gauntlets". (^_~)

Adding more back story. :)

Tenro wrote:
I'd go with the cestus on each hand and make them adamantine. Small cost really gives you an edge, especially when you wanna hulk smash through a wall or door

Oh! Nice! (^_^)

Still waiting for more feed-back on the build. Want to make sure I'm doin' it right. (^_~)

Edit: The problem with regular gauntlets is that they 'cramp' the Monk. Cestus have the fingers 'clear' and so a Monk can do all their martial arts stuff... Weird I know... :/

Xane its hard to start with the number or errors in your build. So it looks like you may have started with Undine, but its not clear just guessing. So you dumped wisdom and Undine raised it to 9 thats fine. Cha 12 is no points and just the +2 from half dragon. Dex is 16 so no points there as Undine and young template add +6. I have no idea what you did with str it is way too high. If you spent 17points for an 18 put the +2 from level in for a 20, Undine is -2, young is -4, Half Dragon +8 for a net of +2 so a 22 No idea were a 33 comes from. Looks as you spent 1 point in int to get a 13. So that leaves 11points so you spent 10 in con for a 16, half dragon +6 young -4 is a +2 for an 18 so +4 from somewhere.

You need to have your sheet more detailed and you have to have numbers with rage and without. I did forget you were using the giant template as well right. So if that was applied first it would give you a +8 str so that gets you up to a 30. It raises the Con to where it is supposed to be but it drops your dex down to a 14. The natural armor is off the most. Young and giant wash each other and half dragon is +4 so a +7 is coming from somewhere. I have no idea what you did, I don't think you started with Undine but I'm not sure. You need to detail your sheet this is a mess.

Okay...will work up a complete "How to" that I followed with HeroLab. :)

Also...I don't think the barbarian rage adjustments are included in the build? Will have to poke around with HeroLab and see where that option is.

Um...all I did was 'plug and play' with HeroLab. :/

So... Using the 'Race Builder' found their in (Which, I assume is the same as the paper version in 'Advanced Race Guide")

We start with "Monstrous Humaniod" Cost 3,
Medium Size, Normal Speed, Standard Language group Cost 0,
Ability Scores Advanced Cost 4 (+2 to all mental, +4 Str, -2 Con)
Then we add 'Delicious' as a weakness ('Cause I think the idea of the character being 'tasty' and having negative in being grappled amusing) generates +1 point
Natural Armor cost 2
Improved Natural Armor(1st time) cost 1
Improved Natural armor(2nd time) cost 2
Improved Natural armor(3rd time) cost 3
And is maxed out.
'Advanced Str' (Gain a +2 to Str) cost 2
Low light vision cost 1
'Sociable' cost 1

So.. there is the basic 20 point race created.

Then we add 'Young, 'Giant' and 'Half-Dragon' templates.

Adjusting stats.
We ramp up Strength to max (32)
Dex to 16
Con to 20
Take a point off Int to 13
Take points off Wis down to 9
Add a point or two into Cha for 12

After that... we then work up the Barbarian in one HeroLab window and a Monk in the other.

So...same creature base. Then 'meld' the Barbarian and Monk classes.

That's the right way to do it? Yes?

Edit: Added some/more background stuff.

Much cheers to all.

Putting 'Young' in there to take some of the edge off 'Half-dragon'. :)

Assuming that works the way I think it works? (>_>)

Not sure about buffing the Will save.

Having added the 'Half Dragon' template (And adding the 'Young template' and dropping a CR) is where the 'Dragon' part of things is coming from.

The DR and immune to fatigue is coming from Invulnerable rager.

The high AC is all natural and is pretty much all the points spent in the Race Builder.

*Flexes bicep* "All natural..." (^_~)

Edit: Okay... looking at the "Amulet of mighty fists", I can either go for the 16,000 version (+2)

OR

I can buy a pair of Cestus...have them magicked up and 'built in' (Per the Dm's rule) at +2 for..um... pretty much the same price...

Decisions, decisions... :/

Okay!

There's a character set of stats behind the avatar now! (^_^)

Need to add i the bonuses for the Amulet of mighty fists, but there's things for people to look at, peruse and comment on now.

Much cheers to all.

OKay...both 'halves' done. Now to get some more sleeping time, dream of a magic item to 'be' with the character (Yes, I'm looking at 'Amulet of mighty fists', Tenro) then work on editing the thing into one, cohesive whole.....

...Hmmm...now, about the character back story....

*Ponders*

Much cheers to all. (^_^)

So...any ideas for what sort of trinkets a She-hulk might want/need?

Much cheers to all.

She-Hulk, classes not listed and I'm too lazy to go back and search

Sorry I haven't been clearer.

Going with barbarian and Monk. Invulnerable Rager and probably Martial Artist.

Just off my last twelve hour night shift and getting ready for my week end...Which, for now, will kind of include sleeping. (-_-)

Progress is being made, though. :)

Much cheers to all.
