Assuming the Sorcerer beat the other character in a Charisma check (he probably did), the other character should be doing what was commanded. That being said, it is often considered poor form to use charm or domination effects on other players. From what the OP has told us, the player obviously wants to retire his current character and the OP will definitely need to work with him moving forward. I think he should also talk to the Sorcerer about using charm spells on members of the party, that kind of behavior will often detract from the game and can be very disruptive.

No, they really shouldn't. Do you do everything your friends tell you to do, no questions asked? Charm Person, as has been pointed out earlier in the thread, is NOT Dominate Person.

You cannot command any under the effects of Charm Person to do anything. You can ask them nicely... you know, like a friend would.

Once more for emphasis... Charm Person is NOT Dominate.

That's the point of multiple damage types. The creature would be immune to say a war hammer, or a mace, but since a morning star, claws, bites, and things like that deal multiple damage types, they will still hurt the creature.

Type: Weapons are classified according to the type of damage they deal: B for bludgeoning, P for piercing, or S for slashing. Some monsters may be resistant or immune to attacks from certain types of weapons.

Some weapons deal damage of multiple types. If a weapon causes two types of damage, the type it deals is not half one type and half another; all damage caused is of both types. Therefore, a creature would have to be immune to both types of damage to ignore any of the damage caused by such a weapon.

Not to mention they very clearly stated the Destiny's Twin would never be allowed outside of the Kickstarter.

Offering it as an add-on in a cash shop would alienate everyone who backed the Kickstarter and got the Destiny's Twin perk.

Life is all about choices and information. Those who had the information about Destiny's Twin and made the choice to buy into got it. Those that did not know or chose not to buy in did not. This is working as intended.

In closing adding them to a shop for $150 is something that is doable that GW can do and should NOT do.

Good luck sspitfire1!
