Fairly certain we've been abandoned..

Looks like he is more interested in playing in one than running one?

Maybe to speed up checks that we make 1 by 1.. Just roll for us? Things like this will put a minimum half delay on game time. And we are already going pretty slow ;)

As the ice melts, so does the activity in this game... GM where you at?

It's the (long) easter weekend, both my games haven't updated, but I didn't really expect them to. :P

Winters Breath smiles at the Ulfens outburst and follows hastily behind him. He looks behind to call out to Larma, "Make haste, glacier. Or you'll be left behind to melt in what sun is left."

An incantation already on his lips, Winter's Breath lifts his hand and shoots a beam of ice at the zombies.

Ray of Frost: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 111d3 ⇒ 1 Ranged touch, -4 (AC 7) if I can't find one not in melee.

FML, the one thing I'm effectively useless against!

Contemplating whether or not the rest of the party would be able to handle the zombies, Winter's Breath pulls out his dagger and moves towards the party.

Standard: Pull out dagger
Move: 20 feet towards zombies.

"I have not prepared for fighting the undead, I will not be able to help much here.

Spellcraft the statue: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9 Derp derp, silly witch

"Yes, it is unseasonably cold. But this region does not know what real cold is. Any of these men from the north could tell you that." Winters Breath stands by, letting the brutish humans poke around a little more. The big stoney one moves with the grace of an avalanche...

Saturday will always be a quiet day for me.. I GM my Kingmaker game on sat evenings, so between homework + prep don't have a lot of time to post.

As a side note, what the game considers "cold" is kind of funny.. -40C/F is the norm for a winter up here in Canada!

The elf turns around as he sees more getting up and starting to get ready. "Ice does not last under a summer sun. If you are coming, let us be on our way."

"I will come. There is something I need to find out." He refuses the torch, but starts out the door without waiting for anybody.

The pale-skinned elf stands up in alarm, appearing ready to run. He waits to hear the answer to Aksum and Anniksson's questions before making any movements. Surprisingly, he speaks up quietly. "I have not prepared any healing magic today, somebody please attend to this man that we may learn more."

Winter's Breath has inattentive flaw... let's see how this goes.

More often than not the foreign elf finds himself lost in thought, making it difficult to try and overhear what is going on. He perks up when he hears talk of evil magic. This might be something to investigate. Ice, evil, I've escaped this once before. It might be time to leave again soon.

Normally one to shun such a crowded place, Winter's Breath had come to the tavern tonight to try and find obtain more information as to why it had been unseasonably cold - not that he minded it. To all that did not know he was from the north, it looked quite strange that he was comfortable wearing only a simple white robe.

He was sitting at the edge of the room, trying to eavesdrop any useful information. While he was not necessarily friends with anybody in the town, he knew them all. What a strange mix of foreigners here this evening...

dunebugg, would be obvious to someone from near Irrisen that Winter's Breath had been associated with the Winter Witches, or just that he's from the north? And how long has he been in Heldren? Just wondering how Anniksson would regard him, seeing him in town. Anniksson's probably only been in town a couple months or so.

Well if you're from the north, you'd likely recognize him as a Snowcaster Elf. He does his best to hide his witchiness. He's been in Heldren for about 15 years.

Regarding cold spells, I thought about proposing a boreal sorcerer, but then I started to worry that everything we fight later in the adventure might be cold-resistant.

Lot's of things likely will. Good thing at higher levels Winter Witches can ignore cold resistance + do pure damage ;)

First couple levels gonna be all about throwing mass amounts of snowballs at people... Not many cold spells as a witch. Thinking about trading feats for PBS/Precise.. Ranged touch attacks kill spellcasting at low levels unless you get reaally lucky.
