Thank you Sam for the help I greatly appreciated the fast response. what you said made sense and was completely understandable, I was confused on how it worked. I know I didn't respond right away and I am genuinely sorry if I come off as a pain as I am still not seeing it.
You said the discount should be applied in january. On the receipt I just received it shows what I believe is the full value crossed out and the same value next to it. Just like it has been since I signed up. Even with the new subscription included in this months bundle. Am I going to need to wait until next month to see the discount or was this a mistake?
