Hi! I recently moved and failed to update my address in time. I updated my shipping info on my profile and updated card info but it still shipped to my old address. I checked the tracking info and it's being returned, is there any chance I could get it shipped to my current address in Chicopee? Paizo Order #36632118 Shipmen.

Hi I'm sorry, can I cancel all my active subscriptions except Lost omens and if possible cancel order 13548309. It says it hasn't been shipped yet, but it has charged my card. I am looking to swap the rulebook subscription for the new special edition subscription though. I have the special edition for the other rulebooks and it would be cool to have them all match. Idk if you can make that swap or if I have too. I just don't want two copies of the same book.

Thank you Sam for the help I greatly appreciated the fast response. what you said made sense and was completely understandable, I was confused on how it worked. I know I didn't respond right away and I am genuinely sorry if I come off as a pain as I am still not seeing it.

You said the discount should be applied in january. On the receipt I just received it shows what I believe is the full value crossed out and the same value next to it. Just like it has been since I signed up. Even with the new subscription included in this months bundle. Am I going to need to wait until next month to see the discount or was this a mistake? If you need the order number it is 9672083.

Hi, for some reason I have been having an issue receiving the four subscription discount. It shows the full price then a cross over it and displaying the same amount. I've had four subscriptions for a while and haven't received the discount on any of my past orders. I called in last month and the person assisting me refunded me for some of my past orders and said the problem will be resolved but the past two orders still don't show the discount. 8220582 and 8834140 are the lastest two.
