Advantage discount not applying

Hi, for some reason I have been having an issue receiving the four subscription discount. It shows the full price then a cross over it and displaying the same amount. I've had four subscriptions for a while and haven't received the discount on any of my past orders. I called in last month and the person assisting me refunded me for some of my past orders and said the problem will be resolved but the past two orders still don't show the discount. 8220582 and 8834140 are the lastest two.

It appears that the current problem that is preventing your Paizo Advantage from applying to your orders is that each of your 4 subscriptions has not shipped an item. The Pathfinder Rulebook and Pathfinder Accessories subscription have both been started with items that have not yet been released to ship. Those subscriptions are not considered active until their first item ships. So as far as the system tracks, you have 3 active subscriptions, and two with pending future releases. You should see Paizo Advantage applied to your January order, as the accessories subscription items are currently scheduled ot release in that month, and that will complete the 4 subscriptions needed.

There has been a lot of items pushed back in their release dates, and I'm sure it has not made it easy to get those 4 subscriptions active when the products that would do so get pushed back a month. Based on what I see currently, I would not expect to see Paizo Advantage being applied, but this should have all its requirements met next month. If I've missed anything or you have any questions or concerns about my explanation, please let us know.

Thank you Sam for the help I greatly appreciated the fast response. what you said made sense and was completely understandable, I was confused on how it worked. I know I didn't respond right away and I am genuinely sorry if I come off as a pain as I am still not seeing it.

You said the discount should be applied in january. On the receipt I just received it shows what I believe is the full value crossed out and the same value next to it. Just like it has been since I signed up. Even with the new subscription included in this months bundle. Am I going to need to wait until next month to see the discount or was this a mistake? It looks like what occurred is that back in early December we were still expecting the Game Mastery Guide to release in January, but it has been pushed to February, which is why Paizo advantage isn't applying.
