Hi! I recently moved and failed to update my address in time. I updated my shipping info on my profile and updated card info but it still shipped to my old address. Hi I'm sorry, can I cancel all my active subscriptions except Lost omens and if possible cancel order 13548309. It says it hasn't been shipped yet, but it has charged my card. I am looking to swap the rulebook subscription for the new special edition subscription though. I have the special edition for the other rulebooks and it would be cool to have them all match. Idk if you can make that swap or if I have too. I just don't want two copies of the same book.
Hi, for some reason I have been having an issue receiving the four subscription discount. It shows the full price then a cross over it and displaying the same amount. I've had four subscriptions for a while and haven't received the discount on any of my past orders. I called in last month and the person assisting me refunded me for some of my past orders and said the problem will be resolved but the past two orders still don't show the discount. 8220582 and 8834140 are the lastest two. |
