![]() Vultsubai steps into the elevator. Nodding in response to the Stations response. <We're coming guys. Hold tight.> He waits until everyone else is in the elevator before hitting the button to lead them to the others. When the elevator starts moving he draws his tactical blade and readies himself for the fight ahead. ![]()

![]() Vultsubai and the rest of us are waiting by the elevator doors iirc. If it was missed on my post above when it arrives he steps on and gets to the others ASAP. Hearing Kits call on the Com Vult tried to act fast in providing aid. "Station can you run a diagnostic on all robotic units in this sector. Perhaps the malfunctioning unit is suffering from loss of connection to the mainframe." Diplomacy - Gather information from Mask Station AI: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24 "Station can we get a systems run down and controls in place for Kask Station sent to our Datapads? All he could do was theorize, he wasn't the best with computers, let alone Space Station AI for that matter, so he was outside his comfort zone. But he wasn't about to accuse the AI without due cause. He wanted it to remain Friendly with them. Or things would get ugly fast. <We are waiting on the elevator. Trying to reach you ASAP. Keep us posted Kit.> His response was lacking because at the moment there was nothing he could do... Is there any other ways down? Or just the lift? ![]()

![]() "I will definitely try Station." Vultsubai's response was exactly as he felt, excited. A short break in his usual calm as the chance to explore, to learn and maybe even download some station specs was great to him. Now that would be great! Sure, this could all be a huge death trap but this is exciting! At Snorri's comment he chuckles. <Agreed. Let's catch up with the others. Being separated isn't something we need either.> With that said he waits for the lift and enters first, keeping a hand on his datapad as they entered. He was keeping track of everything he could, for later. Then a thought came to him. Did something divide the crew of the Sigma as well? That thought chilled him slightly, because the only thing capable of that was Kask Station. ![]()

![]() Bluff: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 Sense Motive:
He is trying to hide his nervousness from the AI, Facial software, emotion recognition, he didn't know how far it could see into his body language either. He was doing his best not to betray himself. Acting like he didn't suspect anything being wrong, but still his respect for the AI's help wasn't a bluff. If I understand the scene correctly, we are standing in the area it wants to depressurize right? If so the following applies, if not still somewhat applies. Vult is trying to see if the AI falters afterall. Vultsubai clicks his tongue. He keeps speaking calmly, not authoritatively to the AI. Trying to treat the Station with the same respect he would anyone else in the Fleet. "Station, FS-XXXX Team requests you withhold any routine maintenance, sub-routines or other potentially harmful operations in area's we are exploring until we are clear of those area, please." He smiles jovially at any camera in sight. Albeit his smile was a toothy grin. "Thank you Station, I know i'm asking a lot. Really appreciate all your aid in our operations." Unlike some in the fleet and elsewhere. Vult always treated AI's, Android or any other advanced robotic helpers with a healthy respect. Just like any other species, however it was always awkward because he didn't know how Machines interpreted such pleasantries. ![]()

![]() Vult came out of FS-XXXX, wearing his standarad second skin armor, equipped with an arc pistol, arc emitter, auto pistol and an archaic looking dueling sword sized for his species. One of his hands was armed with an auto-injector unit and he some vials on his side in a bandoleer. Seeing some of the others had gone ahead he narrows his eyes as he looks around. Bluff: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 Sense Motive:
Vult is actively looking for the other smaller Fleet Members the group had, passing over Ambrose with a quick flick of his eyes. He clips on the ID band as requested, doing what he needed to When the AI informs them of a Routine maintenance he asks calmly. "Station, we've received clearance from the Fleet Command to remain armed while investigating the station please log this clearance with Station Security. Also Station, What does a Routine maintenance of airlock integrity entail? Is there a different elevator we can use to get to Sigma prior to Routine check commencement or can maintenance routine be withheld until we clear the docking bay?" Hearing Snorri and while waiting for the Station's reply, Vult replies in the closed comms. <:Ambrose, stay close to Snorri, Vagoru stick with me in case we get accidentally jettisoned.:> ![]()

![]() Seeing this a bit different disregard spoiler please. Piloting to docking bay #2 if needed: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27 "Copy and understood Station, maneuvering to docking station #2. Thanks for the assistance Station." Vultsubai types in the areas mentioned for the locations of the Sigma crew. "Agreed Bronen, looks like we may get some answers sooner then expected." Two Sigma crew are in the Aquatic section of Epsilon sector.
Now that he knew that some of Sigma crew were onboard their ship he opens a hailing frequency in an attempt to make contact. "FS-XXXX to Sigma crew, requesting immediate update on current condition, over?" He motions to whoever was ready to tag scanner control. "Can we get a scan of Sigma, maybe it'll confirm whether the crew is alive or dead at this point." ![]()
Male Dragonkin Mystic (Star Shaman) 2
![]() At the AI's response he normalized the comm's and responded. "Copy that Station." The Ai seemed uncompromised at the moment, which was a good sign. Not perfect but good. "Kask Station, can you confirm status of Sigma Crew?" He hoped to confirm whether they were alive, dead or... Otherwise. Did we get a map of the station? If not / If possible... As an afterthought he pressed his luck, hoping to get lucky in his requests. "Additionally, Kask Station, we are requesting a updated station map to reflect current station status transferred to our ship for datapad upload. Please include area where Foreign substance has spread and is being contained currently." When he mentions datapad upload he waves to Bronen. Muting the comm temporarily as he sets down the additional datapad he had acquired. "For your use Sir, fleet issued. Unless you want it on your personal Sir." ![]()

Oh I assumed you had, was just seeing if I had missed the naming of it haha. GMEdwin Do you have a link to the Starfinder Herolab? I don't see it on the main Herolab website, I signed up with the Beta test but haven't been confirmed yet. Will continue building my sheet until then! XD ![]()
Male Dragonkin Mystic (Star Shaman) 2
![]() So some questions, since I think I missed them. Is there any of us ultimately in command? Doesn't bug me either way if we are loose military or with someone leading the group in major decisions.. Do we have a ship name already? All I see is scout ship, that's it. I'm working 18 hr days at the moment, steadily getting my sheet in a format similar to Vagor's. Making adjustments as I go, normally I rely on Hero Lab but there's no Starfinder just yet so i'm slower than normal. Apologies. But I got some time tonight and the sheet is starting to fill out a little more. ![]()

![]() Who is the ultimate squad commander here? Maybe I missed it, so pleased don't take anything from Vult as orders. He's just making helpful suggestions here as afleet officer should. :) He nods to Vagoru. "Good, the equipment I requested is expendable. This datapad..." When Bronen storms out Vultsubai watches him go momentarily, sighs before getting back on point. "... is a clean slate, to record our findings for the debriefing when we return. I didn't want the fleet to confiscate anything personal. Just keep that in mind." He says that with a bit of reluctance. When Bronen returns he's unplugged the datapad from Brone's personal computer. Bluff: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17 Sense Motive DC 17:
Vult seemed thrown off by Bronen's response, he wanted to say something but was unsure how to. If this is annoying let me know haha. There's a reason for these.
When Ambrose speaks he nods when the Skittermander offered to jet over. "My Void Walking is slow. If you feel like going flyboy then I'll maintain here." He looks to Ambrose. "I trust your ability to make decisions, use the comm if we you need support..." He gives a jerk at the Stations AI hailing them, turning in the seat and responding amicably. "Copy, Kask Station, this is FS-XXXX Do we have a name yet? requesting delay on docking procedure at this present time until we receive confirmation on Station integrity." He clicks his teeth before asking. "Be advised Kask Station, FS-XXXX is noticing an unidentified object lodged in your outer dome. Can you confirm?" He mutes the comm before looking to the others. "We will stall as best we can so Ambrose can go Flyboy. Any other suggestions?" Diplomacy - With Station AI: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22

![]() Ambrose As I understand it this is our ship, no extra crew was sent with us due to its small size. Piloting - If needed: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
We have a Small and Large pilot, this is funny. Just have Ambrose sit in Vults lap as Vult mans a gun turret with his 10ft reach. lmao Vultsubai pulls out his fleet issued Datapad and jacks it into Bronen's, creating a clone of what Bronen was getting. If something happened to his, then they would be covered in their briefing. From there he keeps things steady as they go. "I can take a walk and board the Sigma from the outside. Maybe undock so we can investigate." He pulls out a small pouch and opens it. Pulling out a small comm device. "I requested some short range comm-devices for the mission. Just in case we get separated or need to spread out. I took the liberty of specing them out based on size, one for each of you." He takes his personal comm and places it inside his second skin. ![]()

![]() At Kits excitement Vult continues to move carefully. No concussions before mission. When she asks to ride on his shoulders tomorrow he nods, allowing her to do so again sometime later. ___________________________ Vults supplies allowed him to stay distracted on the trip. Though he spends every day running diagnostics and system checks. Enjoying the feel of a new ship and delving to understand ever inch of it. He entertains Kit and is sociable enough to answer questions and speak when spoken too but often keeps his own company. He checks his datapad, compiling information and making mission logs each day of the trip, tracking things meticulously. Though as the station comes into view he remembers the comm's and the need to distribute them... Computers activate system for Bronen: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14 Vault moves and presses a couple buttons on the display Bronen was working on. Trying to assist him before moving to a gunners spot. ![]() He answers Kit's questions as quickly as she can fire them off,l. "You get used to it Kit." While doing a system check out he humors the small Ysoki, still completing his tasks despite her requests. At the request for a shoulder ride he pauses, turning and looking at her for a long moment before finally reaching down with his large clawed hands. Picking her up with ease before setting her carefully between his shoulders. "Just hold onto my horns, the Commodore will gut me if you fall and get hurt." He moves with natural ease with such a small rider, his shoulders naturally evolved to accept rider and saddle. A genetic evolution among his species. The lunar glow between his scales intensifies some, giving him a brighter presence. With his rider he easily goes about his tasks. Feeling the weight only a little bit but taking note that if he needed to, he could put her on his shoulders if she were injured. bluff: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20 Sense Motive Dc 20: Vult was enjoying having a rider far more then he lets on, he was trying to hide the energetic skip in his step. Pretending fairly well to be moving at his previous speed, but he was in fact moving a little quicker. ![]()

![]() Before Vult awoke with a start, his paladin's eyes flaring open as the VR chimed with the urgent rollcall. When he got his bearings finally, he sighed. "Fell asleep in game again." He scrolls through the annoyed messages from his teammates and dismisses them as the usual banter as he reads over the summons. "Ara, ara. Looks like RR is cancelled this year." He lazily picks up his data pad and slides a colorful brochure into the trash bin before pulling off his gaming rig. As he disconnects wires from the old style VR he gathers up his things from the mess his bunk had become. He tsked as his datapad reminded him it had recorded his favorite show, pity he wouldn't get to watch it for now. He takes off a white shirt, along with some rumpled shorts and stuffs it in his dresser before pulling on his flight suit and second skin over top. He belts on his dual pistols and puts his dueling sword on his back. Whatever this mission was he'd be ready to walk the void once more. Right now though, he was late, the Commodore would have to find a different way to punish him for this infraction. Probably a lose of gaming time... Ugh... ___________________________________________________________________________ Arriving Late for the Briefing (or On time, however we roll with it) He arrived just in time for the unruly roll out, caught bits and pieces of the mission object. Recon, search and rescue and station was hit by solar flare. Sounded like it would be rough but perfect for his abilities, although he hoped there were not too many extensive injuries. He comes in only slightly taller than the Shobhad that was in the room, his thirteen feet in height and long tail made sure he stood out. Aside like looking like some glowing shadow off Dead Star Space. who he couldn't say he had any dealings with yet. His four years in the fleet were erratic to say the least. His skill set didn't allow him much in comfort time. When the Commodore's eyes finally fell on him he snapped to attention perfectly until put at-ease. Forgive me, never been in the military. So assume my character is doing things right in this initial regard. He introduces himself simply as "Vult, Void Walker Mystic, Pilot 2nd Class. Reporting..." His voice reverberating in the small room deeply, he hated just how it sounded but it was part of being a larger species after all. He performed the usual semantics accordingly, though he expected a full and utter berating for his lack of timeliness before they were dismissed. _________________________________________________________________________ Down in the Hangar Bay When they were dismissed he follows the group quietly, thumbing through his datapad over mission specifics. Occasionally he glanced down to ensure he wasn't stepping on any of the smaller members of the group. He was surprised and intrigued by the variety, after working with so many humans it was a pleasure to work with different folk for once. Once in the Hanger bay he gives the ship a once over, inspecting it inside and out beforec checking in on the cockpit. At the mention of additional supplies he waves it off momentarily. "Performing FOC, will request additional S&S based off operational deficiencies." Let me know if a Full Operation Checkout, requires any rolls. He is just looking for anything in need of repair or adjustment before setting out. Will send PM on possible items in a few hours, have to get to bed soon got another 16 hour day of work to do woo! ![]()
