Vito does not seem to mind the dark, and walks silently, his orb of shadows scurrying along a head of the group, a good fifty feet.

My week has been pretty rough too, including going back to work for the first time for a few hours today since my injury. My toe was very red and swollen when I got home and its still that way a little.

After communing briefly with his shadow minion, Vito address the others "I have found us a potential entrance to the sewers"

Vito calls the Eye to his outstretched palm and silently begins to commune with it.

So the roll to commune is a Wits roll, but it doesn't give a difficulty. Should I go with 6?

Vito silently commands his Eye to go scout out the sewer, and await his arrival.

Vito, caring nothing for the duel despite respecting its need to take place, reaches into a belt pouch to pull out a candle. Reaching into another, he takes out some flint and steel and lights the candle, crushing it in his fist. He cries out a bit in pain, but maintains control of himself. 4d10 ⇒ (4, 8, 9, 10) = 31 Courage check

He tightens his grip, till a drop of blood drips out, hissing and smoking as it splashes on the ground. Shockingly the blood splatter cries out in anguish, and a tiny gateway into the deepest, darkest blackness blinks into existence. Out of the portal a glob of shadows emerges, bobbing in seeming obedience to the Lasombra and laps up the blood on the ground.

Vito sighs audibly when Bertrand does the opposite of what he was told "Stand aside Madman. This is an honor duel, and you would be wise to not get in the way. Do not force me to restrain you"

Vito bows slightly "Apologies, we were debating the merits of seeking out the Sewer Rats for extra information about our prey"

Speaking of tens, how are you doing them? Auto re-roll, auto re-roll if you have a specialty only? Something else?

"You mean aside from him being in Whitby? Do you hope to find his exact location from this rat, as you are unwilling to search on your own. Come, little hides from the shadows that I do not know. We shall find this serpent, cut of its head, and rid our good Baron of his infestation problem"

"Why are we seeking one of the Lepers? I am unsure how one shall I assist us on our quest."

Would it be alright if I rolled my starting blood now? I can't seem to find a prior roll for that

Vito takes one into his embrace, and feeds for a time, before cleaning up after himself. I forgot if I rolled starting Blood Pool or not

When the baron asks if there is anything extra they require, Vito shakes his head "No. The shadows provide all I need. Thank you for the offer, however."

Vito bows, ever so slightly, and begins to leave. Nope

The shadowy man arches an eyebrow "My lineage? I am uncertain what you mean"

The lights flicker and dim as Vito enters the room, and he listens intently to the information given on their task, as well as the various back and forths. When Edward of Clan Lasombra speaks, he nods "It shall be as you say"

He then turns to the Baron "Gladly will I assist you in putting down such a vile creature as a loathsome Serpent. That any still walk is an affront to we more civilized Kindred."

Sorry, I am here, and reading, just trying to think of a good response. Still trying to get a good grasp on Vito's personality.

Huh, looks I have Politics as well. Would that roll garner me other info, or is it more or less the same?

Vito, who had been sitting at a somewhat darker than normal table near one of the corners of the room, gets up as two kindred approach. He wanted to speak to Alberto about his fellow Clanswoman, but it would be rude to just ignore these others.

As he walks over to meet them, the light around him dims, shadows seem to cling to his body and there is a definite, noticeable chill in the air.

"I am Vito, of Clan Lasombra, recently arrived in York"

I'm not saying I plan to ignore Edouard, but I would like a chance to talk to Alberto before the GM moves the plot along, if at all possible.

I have a reason to want to talk to Alberto though.

Can I hear Alberto from where I am?

I was waiting to see if I was going to be presented or not officially before interacting with the PCs.

Vincent flips off some of the aggravated people he cuts off. He's been in the city his whole life and he's been dealing with New York drivers since long before he was embraced. Sensing some sort of nagging sensation he looks behind him.

Vincent packs up his laptop, pockets his cell phone then heads down to the parking garage and hops on his motorcycle. He speeds off to the Firefly, zipping in and out of traffic, not caring who he cuts off. Arriving about five minutes before the scheduled meeting, he heads in to find the Sheriff.

Vincent sits down at his laptop and gets to work, he's used to these kinds of tasks so it shouldn't be overly difficult for him.

I am ok with waiting for those needing to hunt to do so, as that is a major point of the game. Just give me sumthin to do otherwise, and I'll be good.

After checking his voicemail, Vincent checks the laptop he's used to hack into the building's security cameras to make sure nothing unusual has happened during the day. Once done, he checks his email via his tablet, and responds to anything of import.

He then calls Joe and Don, the two soldiers who roamed the halls that day to make sure nobody came by who didn't belong.

Got my Sire, Mentor and Haven done. Will do Contacts and Allies in the next day or two, and will work on a full background as I go.

Stats done, will work on back story as I can.
