Guys, remember that [url]Lemgem shared that Ratrod's vehicle has an energy absorption barrier[/url], so we should only fire kinetic weapons at him. I presume that was shared with Velocity also.

With the stats provided by GM, Velocity's attack roll would be 13, and piloting be 32!
