Valikar doesn't even break stride now that the team has put down the ooze he's been fiddling with. When he reaches the wall he simply plants his next step into it, running up several steps before he uses his free to start dragging himself up the pillar at full speed. The last thing he wanted to deal with was this thing walking up mid-climb. When he gets to the device he releases the ooze and brushes off his hand. "Pact Postal Service. Need a signature." While he waits for someone else to show up and handle the device he gets ready to start beating the thing around to keep it on the ground. Double move to climb up and deposit our oozy friend by the last device.

I'm gonna bet on a 17, just because it's messing with you. As the others deal with the other two oozes and return to help Valikar they are met with a scene. An EPIC SCENE of daring battle, two grand combatants (A grumpy vesk and a pile of sludge) battling and harrying each other with mighty blows that accomplish little. Goop and fists flying, roars and splurting sounds crying out, and the earth not really doing much of anything beneath their feet. Despite having accomplished nothing but distracting the creature this entire time, Valikar seems to be all in all pretty amused by the whole affair. "No cold! Only fists!" Full attacking again! Valikar takes the hit from yellow, the slashing legs having trouble piercing his toughened, scarred hide. And immediately after a cascade of blaster fire rains down onto the Jinsul around him. He does the cool thing, of course, and stands tall in the middle of it like he's not even phased by the chaos. During a priest pause in his team's assault he steps up towards the pink tinted Jinsul, winds a fist back, and attempts to give the thing a nasty hook into whatever it considers a jaw. Valikar takes 9 less damage from the attack due to his DR. He steps up to pink as a move, and standards to swing at it. Hammer Fist: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (1) + 14 = 15

Valikar has never let a set of stairs slow him down. He's never let a lack of stairs slow him down either. He doesn't even miss a beat as he enters the stairwell and immediately begins taking the steps two or three at a time, his ysoki tag-along clinging for dear life to his armor plating. And when the others notice some hidden elevator nearby and get up without any effort he won't even be bothered by it, just happy he got a warm-up in. Valikar takes 10 to climb for a 39 or 44 on metal. If this is an extreme situation there is a roll below. Climb: 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (15) + 29 = 44+5 on metal surfaces

Valikar takes one look at the crowd, look down at himself and his size and decides he will try and scale one of the nearby buildings, maybe dragging along anyone else who wants to come and he can manage to carry. That mess just wasn't worth it if he could go around. Valikar has a climb speed, so he can take 10 except in hazardous circumstances. He gets a 39 (or 44 if the building is metal). Just in case this counts as hazardous, here is the roll. Climb: 1d20 + 29 ⇒ (5) + 29 = 34 +5 to climb metal surfaces.

Valikar hunches over the rest, trying to be a little inconspicuous and generally failing at it. With a grunt he waves vaguely around them. "I don't do tricky. Or subtle." He gestures over his shoulder to the small, white ysoki perched there, clinging to his armored collar and scanning the area with narrowed eyes. "The Doc there. I'm fine with doing things in that method if you like Numbat. I've only actually done starship combat maybe 1 or 2 other times in PbP, and I know that was done at least once to help move things along. And if a particular action didn't work because of what someone else wound up doing then that person could just change it as necessary.

Valikar a familiar nod before following after the more energetic Ysoki on their team to talk with Fitch. He grunts as they regale her with talk of starships. "Never been much for space combat. Another large vesk was present, though this one was more of the traditionally grizzled sort. His scales were dull brown and fading into more of a slate grey color where they weren't criss-crossed with battle scars. He wore an equally beaten and scuffed set of armor that appeared to be made from pieces of a large creature... a -very- large creature. While the others had introduced themselves he'd been slumped on the floor against a wall looking bored and feeling old as he fiddled with a comm unit. Though as Bakoyo gave his pep talk, Valikar let out a breath through his nostrils that carried a large puff of smoke with it. Then with a grunt he started to pull himself to standing at his full seven feet of height. "That's a bit hokey, kid. But the sentiment? Fine." He rolled his shoulders and felt a few things crack, which caused him to pause and look over his own shoulder a second. Was that him or his gear. He grunted again and looked at the rest of the group. "Valikar Drazen. Friends call me "Hardcover." A pause, he gave Bakoyo another look and sighed as if exasperated. 'But since we're all Starfinders. And teammates. Either works. I run point if my armor doesn't give it away. Find me the biggest, ugliest thing out there besides me, and I'll stand between it and you." "I've dealt with Jinsul, too. They regretted it.
