Jisara takes a moment to protect herself then aims her needles at Zella.

◆: Cast a Spell, Shield
◆◆: Cast a spell, Needle Darts (6th rank, silver)

Spell attack, courageous anthem, piercing damage, silver: 1d20 + 21 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 21 + 1 = 348d4 + 1 ⇒ (4, 2, 2, 1, 4, 3, 4, 2) + 1 = 23
↻: Blood Vendetta (if triggered & appropriate)

Jisara sustains the curse on Zella, then flings silver slivers at Orange.

◆: Sustain a Spell, Curse of Death
◆◆: Cast a spell, Needle Darts (6th rank, silver)[/ooc]
Spell attack, courageous anthem, piercing damage, silver: 1d20 + 21 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 21 + 1 = 318d4 + 1 ⇒ (3, 1, 3, 2, 2, 2, 4, 2) + 1 = 20
↻: Blood Vendetta (if triggered & appropriate)

Note - if Zella’s crit success last round means that Curse of Death can’t be sustained, Jisara will use that action to Step into the room and aim her Needle Darts at Zella instead of Orange.

Jisara sustains her curse on Zella, then casts Needle Darts to throw slivers from her silver knife at Zella.

◆: Sustain a hex, Curse of Death
◆◆: Cast a spell, Needle Darts (6th rank, silver)

Spell attack, courageous anthem, piercing damage, silver: 1d20 + 21 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 21 + 1 = 298d4 + 1 ⇒ (4, 2, 1, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3) + 1 = 26
↻: Blood Vendetta (if triggered & appropriate)

Jisara sustains her curse on Zella, then casts life boost to heal Vitalis before moving cautiously out of Orange’s reach.

◆: Sustain a hex, Curse of Death
◆: Cast a hex, Life Boost
◆: Step

↻: Blood Vendetta (if triggered & appropriate)

Jisara glares at Zella and focuses her patron’s power on the magus.

◆◆: Curse of Death (DC 31 Fort)
Negative damage (assuming Stage 1) + fatigue: 5d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 1, 3, 2) = 13

Then she stabs at orange (or yellow, if orange is down) with her corset knife.
◆: +1 striking wounding silver (low) corset knife: 1d20 + 21 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 21 + 1 = 342d4 ⇒ (2, 4) = 6
+1d6 persistent bleed
↻: Blood Vendetta (if triggered & appropriate)

Jisara takes a step or two to adjust her sightline through the door into the room before sending a forked bolt of lightning from her outstretched hand to orange and blue.

◆: Step/Stride (if needed, cast shield if not)
◆◆: Cast a Spell: Electric Arc (6th rank)
Electricity damage (basic Reflex DC 31): 7d4 ⇒ (3, 1, 3, 3, 2, 2, 3) = 17
↻: Blood Vendetta (if triggered & appropriate)

Holy cow!

Still hasted, Sophie drops the spell she had been casting and hustles down the ladder to get to Tara.

"Come on, girl! You aren't ready to meet your goddess yet!"

Sophie casts cure serious wounds on Tara.

CSW: 3d8 + 7 ⇒ (5, 6, 6) + 7 = 24

Peering through the broken shutters, Sophie directs the shimmering naginata to attack the raging monstrosity again.

Spiritual Weapon, BoF, Inspire Courage, Prayer, force damage: 1d20 + 5 + 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 231d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

She starts chanting in an ancient tongue, beginning to cast a spell.

Sophie takes a step closer to the trapdoor, still keeping in contact with the arcane machine. She casts a spell to protect herself, knowing she'll be in the fight soon enough, then moves the shimmering naginata of force into the lower level to attack the Promethean.

Casting Shield of Faith, +3 deflection bonus to AC.

The description of Spiritual Weapon says it attacks as a spell, not as a weapon, so I think it will get the attack modifiers for the various buffs but not the damage, right? For Blessing of Fervor, Sophie takes the +2 to attack, AC, Reflex saves for this round.

Spiritual Weapon, BoF, Inspire Courage, Prayer: 1d20 + 5 + 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 5 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 231d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Chandrabha draws her urumi and directs Sha'ar to get closer to the spider-thing and attack. Sha'ar moves around the greased area next to Brayne and strikes at the creature.

Sha'ar | bite: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 131d4 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11

grab, if attack was successful: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (5) + 15 = 20

I assume I should continue to bot Chandrabha until she lets us know she's back?

Chandrabha rides Sha'ar around the pillar. Dropping the borrowed crossbow, she pulls out her net and readies herself to throw it at the blue solifugid if it stands up.

Readied Action:
Net vs touch AC, Bless: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26

I don't think Garduk ever took back his crossbow, so...

Chandrabha loads and fires the crossbow she borrowed from Garduk, aiming for the red solifugid injured by Wolfgang.

Light Crossbow v FF, cold iron bolt, Bless: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 6 + 1 = 211d8 ⇒ 8

Sha’ar holds.

Chandrabha takes the crossbow and clambers onto Sha'ar, to fire from a better angle.

Chandrabha will shoot next round.

I don't see orange on the map, so I'll check back in a bit before posting Garduk's turn or botting Chandrabha (except for the Fort save below).

Chandrabha's Fort Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22

Note: Chandrabha has +2 vs poison and mind-affecting effects, which I did not include above.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

I think the snake only has a five-foot reach, and at size large, Sha'ar is too big to get within reach of the blue demon.

With a swift shift of her stance, Chandrabha enters Grabbing Style, then draws her whip. She holds it at her waist, letting it uncoil lazily before flicking the grip up and pulling it back. The whip lashes out as the nagaji attempts to cause the blue demon to drop its halberd.

Chandrabha | disarm (whip): 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (5) + 14 = 19
