Yeah, my books shipped last night! Perused the APG, skimmed Legends, glanced over the Slithering, and now to lightly eyeball Devil at the Dreaming Palace while I wait for Paizo's channel to turn on GenCon! Turned out okay.

I'm really scratching my head on this one. My AP subscription is still pending. Still no email. Didn't even charge me for the book?
I'm just happy to have the APG at least. I can wait until September for the AP stuff no problem. Just fell in a weird crack I guess.

New to subscriptions at Paizo and I didn't want to clog customer service even more with a silly question.
I just subscribed to the Lost Omens and Rulebook product lines and noticed that while the APG was added to My Downloads the Lost Omens: Legends wasn't. Both products appear on my Sidecart and I haven't received any e-mail. Is this normal?

As TriOmegaZero said, definitely not normal. This month the shipping of orders has taken longer than normal and Sara Marie was awesome enough to manually go through and apply PDF's for each of the subscription lines for people who's orders haven't shipped out. Like you and me. But some may have been missed.
If you subscribed to the Lost Omens AFTER the order authorization went through then that 'might' explain it? Order Authorizations happened on the 9th I think. The other thing I see is that you say that they are in your side cart, that usually means the order hasn't been generated and will 'ship' with your 'next' subscription shipment. If the authorization/order generated is sent then the order gets generated and goes to 'pending' until shipped. You may want to start a ticket on that too...? Otherwise it was just missed sadly.
I would leave your post here and hope they see it. But you will likely get it when it ships if not before if Sara Marie sees your post here.

I hear ya, no need to be really concerned though until they announce that the last shipment is out and it is still pending. They will tell us when shipping is complete. Until then I wait and wait and wait.

If today is the last day of shipping, this is officially the first time I have been at the extreme end of the line lol.

I am still showing as pending on my subscription order of the APG, and really had hoped to use it before GenCon.
How can I get Agents of Edgewatch out of the sidecart? There are no options, email is backed up months, and seems forum posts are as well.
Sadly, right now, those are the options. Send an Email, make a forum post, post in here and the August thread for additional visibility. Yell at anyone who bumps your forum post. Honestly I would put in all my support posts (At the Top) 'Do not reply to this unless you are a Customer Service Representative, if you have something to tell me please send a direct message'
They respond to the oldest posts firsts, each bump resets the timer.

Sorry to break it to ya. If you are really bumping by posting in it, stop doing that. They only look at the oldest posts that they havent responded to. Every bump puts you back at the back of the list.

Is bumping resetting the date they see and keeping you in the back of the queue? My strategy has been not to bump for fear of just this possibility.
