Zane looks at the door from a magical perspective.
Zane chuckles dryly. "Well, I suppose a trail of wet footprints is better than a trail of flaming ones. It could be a trap... but we have no other clues as to what happened to Teacher, do we?"
Zane pokes around, disinterestedly.
Wriggling his nose in disgust, Zane nevertheless follows his batrachian colleague's advice, and tries to feed another beetle.
