Carrier Wave: The hero can
manipulate energy currents to support and propel his body, thus attaining a form of Flight. The energy can be any type found in the hero's environment, such as magnetism, sound, light, heat, and electricity. The hero can use only one form; the player has to decide which one when he creates the hero. The Carrier Wave can support the hero and an additional load equal to its Power rank in terms of Strength. For example, Magneto's Remarkable rank enables him to tow up to a ton of material. The carrier wave is temporarily solid and visible. Flight occurs at Power rank speed. The maximum speed is that of normal energy of the type composing the wave. For example, a sonic carrier wave is limited to Shift-X speed. It is limited to areas where that energy exists. As the limits of that energy's domain are reached, it becomes weaker and finally fizzles out. The hero continues to move in a ballistic arc before he finally crashes. Carrier waves can be affected by the appropriate Energy Emission and Control Powers. Emission can change the speed or direction of the hero's travel. The Intensity of an opposing Energy Power decreases this Power's rank. A supporting Energy Power adds its Intensity to the Power rank. Example: Lodestone possesses Incredible Magnetic Manipulation. He tries to stop Magneto from flying away. Lodestone's Incredible rank decreases Magneto's Remarkable rank to -10. Magneto comes to an inaudibly screeching halt and begins to fly in reverse at Good speed. The Optional Power is Energy Detection and an Energy Control Power of the same type as the Carrier Wave. The Nemesis is the appropriate Energy Control.

He will draw more electricity from his surroundings.
The conduit runs into the room and out the window, electricity sparking in his hands. He watches Baltrex and the others trying to figure out what exactly is going on.

At the hospital to investigate Tyler for his professor jack left before he woke to get a drink. he was on his way back from the vending machine when he heard the fight starting. hearing somethings amiss he finds a empty room and quickly changes to the conduit sapping some electricity from a nearby source as he runs to the room.
@Veshly: yeah without wisp i cant just absorb the elecrtity she gives off but i can still store some in myself. he works as a bike messenger so he carries a messenger bag around which he stores his costume.

Story::
Jack was a typical 20 year old college student studying to become a medical researcher to help develop medicines that would benefit mankind. He was a star athlete and did realy well academically which awarded him the scholarships. Due to his interest in research and intelligence showed in class, he was asked by his professor to help her out with a project she was working on. most of it was analyzing samples and organizing data. Origin:: One day he and his professor were testing strange compounds on some samples when the professor had to leave to check on some other test. While she was gone he continued testing the samples when two costumed men barged in holding guns. The men seeing him took aim but before they could fire he flipped over the table knocking some things with him. He began making his way up when he cut himself on some glass that was covered in the stuff he knocked down. Ignoring the pain he bolted out the dodging gun fire. As he ran he started to feel dizzy and decided to hind in a room. as he closed the door behind him he looked around the room and saw a machine with some kind of pad in it. unable to think straight he stumbled to it and laid his hand on it. as soon as he did a blast of energy shot out and hit him. As he felt the energy flow into him he didn’t feel any burning as he thought he would instead he felt better. When the blast stopped he noticed three things. One the cut on his hand had healed and he felt good, Two a girl looking to be around his age laid unconscious on the pad, and lastly the men that were chasing him noticed the flash and were outside the door. He quickly ran to the door hoping to run past them and draw their attention away from the room and the unconscious girl but he had no such luck. The door swung open and a man immediately aimed and shot at him. Jack put his arms out waiting for the pain of the bullet but felt none. He looked up and saw a barrier of electricity in front of him. It took him a second to realize he made the barrier. Both men began shooting but the barrier stopped the shots. As they stopped to reload jack took the opportunity the sent a bolt at each of them. He waited for the girl to regain consciousness afraid he might shock her if he tried to move her and then made his way home.
