Thanqoul sits down for a bit to get his bearings. He then walks over to Thuandil and gets some healing.

"Approximately how long do you foresee this trip taking? Also, if this trip might take more than one day do you and the others have food for the trip there, and back?"

Depending on how long he says the trip will take Thanqoul may want to get some rations for the party before leaving first.

Better not let Felix find out about that. I may not practice religion, but it is frowned upon in some societies.

Thanqoul sighs, glad to finally be back in civilization once again where it's safe. He nods at the grippli who approached, and reassures Rishkarri.

"Don't worry. It will be safe here, and give us some time to recover from having to travel in that jungle."

Turing back to the grippli Thanqoul decides to give voice to some questions he's been having.

"Who are those men? They seem to be capable hunters in their own right. Also, have you heard of elves traveling in the area? One of my friends heard elven in the woods, but we didn't go to far in case it was trouble."

I know some GM's like a rundown of what happens to the character after they level so here is mine.

Fort, and Reflex saves go up by 1

Everybody gets two to heal up except Thanqoul and Rishkarri. Thanqoul only gets one, and Rishkarri gets three as she also needs to heal her companion.

"Get ready for a fight. Try to prevent them from flanking you."

"Felixian would you mind accompanying me as I go speak to these fellows? And the rest of you should hide in the trees in case they happen to be hostile."

If Felixian agrees Thanqoul will walk towards the group trying to get a good look, and then if they don't seem to be bandits hailing them.

Thanqoul does take a moment to look out at the sight in front of him.

"Sometimes it almost makes you forget that we're being hunted down by those creature's masters."

Thanqoul will wait for anybody else who wants to chime in before they start moving out.

Thanqoul draws himself up, and finally decides that he has had quite enough of this forest.

"Okay this is enough. We need to get out of here, and I'll be a saurian before I let anything come between me, and my bath that's waiting in the nearest village. Rishkarri you, and your friend take up the front. Shilara, and Nyxalia you both take the middle. Felxian, and I will take up the rear. Rishkarri before we go heal your friend for as much as you can, but save one spell to create an animal if we do get into a fight. We will head for a plain like Rishkarri suggested. If the thing follows us we kill it when it's easier to see, or if it stops we continue on. Okay let's go!"

Assuming everybody is fine with this I think we will be moving out like this

Thanqoul quickly takes stock of what is happening.
"If something is following us we had better keep the wounded people protected. Let's form a circle with the wounded in the middle, and get ready. Whoever of you is hurt the most come here, and then move to the center of the circle."

Thanqoul will cast his second Infernal Healing on whoever needs it the most.

As a final plan Thanqoul lays out the worst case scenario.
"If it's too much for us to handle we'll have to run."

If Thanqoul has time for any other action besides moving into position, and casting a spell he will pull a scroll of Grease out of his backpack, and hold it, but not get ready to cast it yet.

I think that we would stop for spells. It would only make sense for us to have our party members at 100% spell-casting ability before going out.

"Elven, here? Maybe we should get a look at these elves before we talk to them. If they look harmless enough then let's speak to them, but if they seem to be violent let's avoid them."

Thanqoul thinks to himself before remembering Shilara's wounds.

"Wait, you are still wounded. I have been able to prepare my spells, so why don't I heal you right now."

If Shilara agrees Thanqoul will cast Infernal Healing upon her.
