To my knowledge the max that you can deflect is a turn, without mythic that is, is 2. You can deflect one with deflect arrows and a second with cut from the air. But that is a lot for feats to pull this off, as a non fighter you need 4: Deflect arrows, Power Attack, Martial Focus, and cut from the air.

Level 6 Diviner Wizard with a Greensting Scorpion Familiar, improved imitative, 14 dex, reactionary trait:

Initiative: +15 = 3 Diviner + 2 dex + 2 trait + 4 familiar + 4 Improved initiative

This can get much higher at higher levels but i wanted to keep it close to the level that you listed.

That only applies to unattended items. The rules for sundering a broom of flying in use would be the same as sundering a sword in use or worn in a scabbard. You would have to overcome the CMD of the user and then deal damage.

To give you an ideal of the power level this is a tier 1 Mythic ability.

Mythic Wild Shape (Su): Choose one form you can take using wild shape. Using wild shape to take this form doesn't count against your daily uses of wild shape. You can select this ability multiple times. Each time you select it, choose another form to not count against your daily uses of wild shape. You must have the wild shape class feature to select this ability.

I had a spring attacking goblin rogue with helcat stealth and an insane bonus to stealth. He never did that much damage but the spring in stab and stealth away fighting style drove my GM nuts.

"getting Greater Eldritch heritage: fire elemental or Efreeti Bloodline. you give up 4 feats(to get Skill focus Knowlage Planes, eldritch heritage, improved eldritch heritage, greater eldritch heritage) to gain +30ft move from elemental movement"

Yes but we are optimizing for speed and as a half elf he gets skill focus anyway. So you get twice the bang for your buck as compared to fleet and you get other abilities.

Here is the best i can come up with,

level 20 Synth Summoner - first worlder
Race: Half elf for the extra elocution points
Feats 5 Extra evolution, run and the Eldritch Heritage chain (elemental fire for 30 ft movement)
Eidolon form Quadruped for 40 ft base speed
Evolutions: Fly WIngs (2 pts) 34X Flight Speed Improved (+680 movement)

Mythic
Impossible Speed (+30 ft) (Addition +120 for one hour with Mythic Paragon)
Augmented Mythic Haste +70 ft
Mythic Run

Speed: 40 base + 680 (evolutions) + 30 (Eldritch) + 150 (Imp Speed) + 70 (Myth Haste) = 970 ft per movement

Running (Mythic) X7 speed = 6790 ft/ round = 1132 Fps or 771 mph (Supersonic)

You could always go with the Hulk, or She Hulk in this case. Large and green and lots of slam attacks, grab, awesome blow, and of course sunder. (Hulks gotta smash!!)

What about using a Bag of Concealment, according to the description anything placed in the bag's pocket is "undetectable" though that may be fluff.

Yes you can,

Vial, Iron

Source Adventurer's Armory

This metal potion bottle has hardness 5, 3 hit points, and break DC 14.

If you are looking for a different flavor of fighter, the Phalanx Soldier gets Deft Shield, that also reduces the penalty by 1 at 7th level and then eliminates it at 11th.

As I understand it the monk has no off hand when it comes to his unarmed strike, so he can always make an attack of opportunity with that. Second, the primary and off hand are designated at the time of the attack. And third, I can find no rule that limits attacks of opportunity to the primary hand weapon.

Well, if you really wanted to, you could use the Eldritch Heritage feat chain along with the Robe of Arcane Heritage to get FR 20 by level 7.

Improved Eldrtich allows a sorcerer blood line and Sorcerer level -2, and then you grab the +4 from the robe.

Seems strange, this would imply that every caster knows of the existence, and the effect, of every spell in the game.

1 person marked this as FAQ candidate. 1 person marked this as a favorite.

Would a Sorcerer need to put time into researching spells so that he can grab them with paragon surge when he needs them? Or would a spell craft check cover this per the spell identification rules?

I could see it working like this, Sorcerer finds a situation that he needs to solve, rolls a Spellcraft (15 + Spell Level) check to see if he knows of a spell that fits the situation, and then if he is successful he can cast paragon surge to get the spell.
