Have I missed them somewhere?

'Nuff said...except "remember to read the installation warning".

I just noticed, this morning, that I have a new line at "My Account" on Goblinworks, under the "Early Enrollment" sub-head. It seems to track what my notes told me I bought--and adds things like the five Alpha invites I've given out--except for a couple of items I must've bought for my brother and didn't write down.

I hope it's not been there for days and I didn't notice it, but there've been so many people wanting it that I thought I'd alert folks in case it's new.

Trying to plan the next several days, and I know there's at least one thing--in my hometown, interestingly enough--that'll probably be occupying a tiny amount of Bonny's time this weekend. Is it safe to assume Adventure Time's skipping a week?

In case it aids the effort, the second tab of Caldeathe's Excellent Spreadsheet has a relatively-complete list of companies on the Land Rush Leaderboard who've announced active recruiting. If you'd like any changes, please post here or send me a Private Message.

I want to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday, the traditional beginning of summer here in the US. It's also a day of more-solemn meaning, though, and I'd like to ask everyone to take a moment to remember those who served in the Armed Forces and gave, as President Lincoln said, "the last full measure of devotion".

It's my personal belief that we shouldn't honour only those who gave their lives in service of their country, but also all men and women who serve. As my father taught me, "all gave some, some gave all"; for all of you who gave of yourselves: thank you.

I hope everyone's summer--or winter for our friends in the other hemisphere--is filled with happiness and other good things...like PFO.

My vocation is business intelligence, my avocation gaming, so this story easily caught my ear this morning. I thought, given the demonstrated breadth of interests of the participants here, that you'd like to read or hear it.
