Looking through everyone I believe only Stitch and Bun Bun has Medicine. Perhaps Bun Bun uses medicine on Vardarel to remove Wounded, and leaves him with 20min more to top off anyone else or refocus, while Stitch expert medicine's himself since he's down the most?

Also I think Meat Wagon is affected by the scream, but can't be 100% without reading the ability.

Seeing the last interloper drop Stitch wastes no time fixing Meat Wagon's damage. He's really learned to speed up the process... or just recover from mistakes quicker? "STOP REVVING YOUR ENGINES ALREADY!" He screams as a wrench gets sucked into a belt.

Looks like I can only make one medicine check in the remaining time, unfortunately I need to prioritize fixing Meat and resetting stability as its the only way to keep him up in combat.

I can remove V's wounded and let others heal those who're damaged still? I believe Stitch will be, I do have a PFS healing potion I can use if needed.
