This duplicates/relates to an e-mail sent separately on 9/28 that relates to a non-supplied item on the above order sent no later than 8/26.

Given its been an entire quarter since dispatch (tracking data is no longer kept for this shipment by UPS) and I can't see that there have been any new updates in the CS tracking thread since mid-November I'm raising this here as well.

I've not received the item on the above order and I've no reason to expect that it'll turn up now. Please re-supply by sidecarting a replacement for my next subscription order.

I would appreciate some indication that this has been actioned.

A lack of response means that I will need to take action via my credit card issuer to recover the charge on this order given the goods purchased have never been supplied.

Bit of a hike this one.

Activity summary:

- Original order was 8242168 (Age of Ashes 6/6), but never received.
- Replacement of this was authorised by you on order 11333519.
- That replacement has also never been received.
- E-mailed customer service (with detail) on 8 January, no reply.
- E-mailed again last week on 15 January, no reply.
- E-mailing again today as well as posting here.

Issue:

I can see from tracking (UPSMI link from order history) that neither of the parcels filling order 8242168 or its replacement 11333519 have survived hand-off to USPS. There is no POD in the same fashion as has been seen previously.

The last successful supply was on order 8204931, which shows USPS delivery confirmation.

Is there a reason that USPS wouldn't be able to make delivery of that particular format of parcel to the destination address (business address in Portland, OR.)?

If not, and you elect to re-supply again, maybe include with dispatch of shipment relating to my latest pending subscription order 8830837.

Hoping this method of getting in touch gets a response.

Tried e-mailing, but looks the Lost Omens World Guide has shipped without the Pathfinder Advantage discount applied (from the Legacy Paizo Advantage on the Order).

I'm assuming I've not missed something as it looks like others are having a similar issue.

It's just that the description of the discount on my order page doesn't match the description of the Pathfinder Advantage on the subscription page.

On the subscription page it's as it was formerly (just the qualifying conditions have changed); but according to the Legacy Paizo Advantage status on my order that discount is only applied to Adventure Path products.

Was a discount supposed to be applied (this is the second time this has happened), or has there been a change to the discount terms that I'm not aware of?
