Liberty's Edge

Sunder is the maneuver you are looking for and yes you can do it.

Liberty's Edge

Kill THe Witches, with Supersitious!!!

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Cry me a river. It's nothing like the crap I have to swallow for a Bull's Strength.

Liberty's Edge

Have you considered Overrun instead of bullrush?

Improved you knock them down, Greater you knock them down and get AoO, Charge Through you do all that while running up and hitting the next guy.

I do this with sunder so I can leave a trail of downed armorless foes in my wake.

Otherwise, raging throw?

Liberty's Edge

Not my fault, witches fault I broked all your stuffs.

Liberty's Edge

With Fortuitous I could leave a path of naked bodies in my wake with greater overrun, charge through and sunder.

This will be fun.

Liberty's Edge

With my battle scavenger ability I would get +2 damage with it and it wouldn't provoke an AoO, so not necessarily worse than punching.

UG! True horror story here.

Ran a adventure with a 3rd level superstitious Barbarain, who did NOT have a CLW wand. I ended up using 7 charges from my CLW wand healing that Barbarain up.
Was grouped with that same Barbarain the next session. I asked that Barbarain before the session started if he had picked up a CLW wand. His reply back was "I'm a Superstitious Barbarain, I don't believe in that stuff, so the answer is 'No'."
After I picked up my jaw off the floor I replied "If that's the case, you're to superstitious for me to do any healing or buffing for you".

On top of that YOU'RE A WITCH!!!!

Liberty's Edge

Nah, I buy all my battle debris from Slorg's Junk Shop so everything is certified usable.

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Yeah, I think I get a +30 to my diplomacy by the time I get them down to their underpants using the earthbreaker.

EDIT: I'll also add that I don't think I've ever run across a PC built around sunder, as a GM or a player. So even if it's a problem, I don't think it's a big one. I have run into several grapple and trip builds.

HI!

Which is why I am looking forward to running higher level games where a lot of enemies are just monsters.

I've contracted the bard to hand the BBEGers mundane items using beguiling gift in such instances.

Liberty's Edge

Favored enemy human is a popular NPC choice...grumble

Liberty's Edge 2/5

Did someone call for bashing Andoran?

Liberty's Edge

Yes, you are thinking too much as barbarian. Clear your mind and just use your (Su)!

Liberty's Edge

I'm not awayre of any equal enhancement bonus need for using sunder. As I understand it magical enhancement only adds to the hardness and hitpoints of the weapon.

Liberty's Edge

YOr killing dis thred with reson.
Sunders reason.1d20 + 15 ⇒ (11) + 15 = 26 for 2d6 + 18 ⇒ (1, 5) + 18 = 24

Liberty's Edge

Maykem ragin barbarians!
RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!

Liberty's Edge

I swear it was self defense. I tried diplomacy 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (7) - 2 = 5 but they just got hostile. ;P

Last night we were playing Stolen Heir and were about 4/5 through the adventure where our cleric of Besmara had cast a number of spells, handled most of our diplomacy, gather information, bluffs etc. Generally coming off as being a pretty Shady Character. Same character in first steps 2 who had to be tied to the mast for the entire voyage to keep our original low price for passage because he offended the captain so much.
The player then says something about being a cleric ooc.
GM's response: You're a cleric?

Liberty's Edge

If they badguys have improved sunder + I don't see why they wouldn't.
If they don't I sure would like to see them try.

Liberty's Edge

Pfff...hardness.

Our party was arguing about how we should "handle" some people. We were mostly a bunch of thugs and our paladin was about the highest INT character in the group. So we decide to have a show of hands on what action we should take.

Paladin deciding to be feisty: Ok, good, i'm the only one who can count.
Me: You only one can count, but you only one who doesn't.

High fives and much smashing. Good times.

Liberty's Edge

Breaker archetype for half your level as damage to sunder and Battle Scavenger at level three for using improvised and broken weapons without penalty.

Do you need smasher power if you're using an adamantine weapon?

Liberty's Edge

I don't think, but if I did I would think hurler barbarian.

Liberty's Edge

Smaart peples always think the answer is on the inside, is why always they have head stuck up own backside. I sees it all the time.

Smartest wizird we had, has all right things for any sitewashun but bag was full and couldn't get across rum so never made it to sitewashun while it was. Wizirdz not right tule for most sitewashuns.

Dont cares much bout flanks cause me cant be and me's hit stuff hard anyway smarts peples smart nuf to flanks wit me do cause then they can hit stuffs too, tho not hards as i.

Liberty's Edge

STUPID SMART PEOPLES CREATE ALL PROBLEMS ME HAVE TO BREAKS.

Liberty's Edge

Hey, if no one has punched you in the face yet, keep it up until I can get there.

Liberty's Edge

Well, a medium sized wizard would do 1d10. Just need an enlarge to wield it, i'm guessing this would create a hole in the wall large enough to walk through.

improvised weapons: wrote:
Sometimes objects not crafted to be weapons nonetheless see use in combat. Because such objects are not designed for this use, any creature that uses an improvised weapon in combat is considered to be nonproficient with it and takes a –4 penalty on attack rolls made with that object. To determine the size category and appropriate damage for an improvised weapon, compare its relative size and damage potential to the weapon list to find a reasonable match. An improvised weapon scores a threat on a natural roll of 20 and deals double damage on a critical hit. An improvised thrown weapon has a range increment of 10 feet.

I'd guess a broken greatsword would do about longsword damage, but you'd have to work out with your gm what different broken items might work as.

Liberty's Edge

If you used the breaker archetype you wouldn't have to carry any additional weapons at 3rd level you could just use whatever you find as an improvised weapon with +1 to damage every 3 levels after.

Of course for the best effect you really need the body bludgeon rage power to go along with it. This club is so WIZARD!!!

Liberty's Edge

Great, now I have to use one of my limited skill points for proffession bartender.

Kool-Aid!!!!!!!!!!

Liberty's Edge

Yes, smasher would work against equipment being used.

Smasher (Ex): wrote:
Once per rage, whenever the barbarian makes an attack against an unattended object or a sunder combat maneuver, she can ignore the object's hardness. This ability must be used before the attack roll or sunder check is made.

Smash on!
