Anyway thanks for the games Niles, I've enjoyed this campaign immensely and the Falcon's Hollow Hollow mini-AP before it.

Uncharacteristically Seventeen paused as Kohnnir Bane spoke. She blinked cocked her head and froze. He spoke again and suddenly the spell was broken and she found she could speak. "Yes" she replied urgently, "We found what we sought, it was guarded by a Neh-Thalggu, one that we drove off but where unable to kill." She then looks at him sharply, "Do you wish to speak with her?"

Seventeen suddenly notices J-12 and remarks without inflection, "Your wounds are extensive..."

She rummages through her collection of scrolls and selects a pair. Looking at J-12 she whispers a nonsense word and suddenly some of the damage he sustained is repaired.

Make whole: 5d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 3, 2, 1) = 15
Make whole: 5d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 1, 5, 3) = 19

Not sure if we currently have a wand although we should have one.

Unusually animated, Seventeen exclaims "Father! Are you hurt?" She looks him over and seeing he's unharmed she returns to her monotone as she continues, "Indeed. We have come to help, what the Technic league have done shall not go unanswered."

Once more Seventeen's violent little storm spits out a fat bolt of lightning which strikes the stunned gearsman.
Electricity Damage vs red: 6d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 4, 3, 5, 1) = 20 Reflex DC 23 to negate. If it hits, it needs to make a fort DC 23 save or be stunned for 1 round.

Hoping to hasten it's end, Seventeen repeated her spell sending another volley of missiles which unerringly struck the robot blasting away fragments of twisted metal.
Magic Missile: 5d4 + 5 ⇒ (1, 4, 3, 3, 4) + 5 = 20

Seventeen's mind gently pushed the energetic little storm towards the next gearsman and it spat out another fat little arc of lightning which struck the robot's metal body.

Ignoring the damage she'd taken, Seventeen pointed once more and a volley of missiles spring from her outstretched hand to blast the robot.

Seventeen's summoned storm spits out another fat lightning bolt onto the same target.

She takes a step out of the room and points at the stunned Gearsman and whispers an arcane word. A volley of miniature missiles streak out unerringly to pummel it.

Seventeen produces a small lightning struck twig and whisperer a strange word. Suddenly with a thunderclap a miniature thundercloud appeared, from which a fat bolt of lightning arced to wards the closest gearsman!

She cast Aggressive Thundercloud Greater.

Seventeen's combat routines had noted and assessed the danger the staff wielding robots posed. Acting on the information displayed in her HUD, she decided the best thing to do was to manipulate the temporal flow. She unfurled a scroll and softly spoke a strange word, "Accellerandum!" and suddenly it seems all the robots where moving through treacle, although from their perspective everyone was moving with blistering speed!

She cast haste from a scroll. BTW don't stand next to the wall of light!

You can get bows with stronger pulls which add up to X strength damage. Bracers of archery might be worth buying.

Not sure if Seventeen needs to move out side to cast this, she will if so.
Sheventeen calmly stops looking for Khonnir Bane, turns round and noting the large number of aggressive robots she stats casting a spell designed to hinder them. With a click of her fingers, a chip of mica and spidery words, suddenly a tall thin wall of impossibly bright light winks into existence. The ferocious flux of photons threatening to overwhelm the robot's sensors.

She's casting [url=https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/w/wall-of-light/]Wall of Light aimed to blind most of the robots but not J-12. The fort save is DC 24 to not be blinded for 1 round.[/ooc]

@Niles how much time has passed since Seventeen cast fly?

I don't think so, the check is to act in the surprise round so you can't take 10.

Distracted by the memories the place evokes, Seventeen fails to notice whatever is approaching.
Perception : 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (1) + 14 = 15

"That's what all Khonnir Bane's charges called him." replied Seventeen immediately, "Of course none of us are biologically related. This body was created in a laboratory possibly on another planet although I am lead to believe I am new. Omo was borne somewhere near Torch but he never knew his parents. The thing we have in common is Khonnir Bane who rescued us from destitution and quite probably the Technic League."

Omo is a former player of a Ratling alchemist.

Seventeen examines the remains of the robots. In her usual monotone she reported her findings, "There are various magiics that can deactivate robots. Father knew several, perhaps this is his work. Lets check his residence to see if he's still there."

She will lead the party in that direction, while several subroutines keep careful watch for danger.

Perception: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (11) + 14 = 25

I guess it must be a summer thing, posting rate is way down in every game.

Seventeen starts walking forwards, "I plan to fly over to that entrance and. Lets see what we find within." She whispers a pair of spells and vanishes and rises above the ground. She'll be flying invisible, and will go directly towards the nearest entrance. Lets hope the rest of the party has the same plan!

As seventeen flies over the destruction she tries to spot Khonnir Bane's house wondering what became of it.

Perception: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (4) + 14 = 18

Regardless she soon returns to her companions and informs them, "The League have attacked recently and there are Gearsmen still here. We must proceed with caution. I suggest we try and find Councillor Khonnir Bane, if there is any resistance he will be involved."

Using three of the scrolls she penned, Seventeen impressed the irrational concept of Heroism upon her companions. Naturally a purely logical creature such as her self was immune to such things... The Heroism will last 120 mins. 3/20 used.

Perhaps we should stick together? Getting into a fight while separated sounds like a bad idea.

Niles I know we've left town but before we did so, would Seventeen have been able to copy a few spells?

Seventeen inclined her head when Lanyssa made to follow. Speaking softly but
tonelessly and without emotion Seventeen said, "I am uncertain of the welcome we may receive in Torch. I intend to go openly. A provocation if the league have taken it, but I think we are not unprepared..."

Niles Seventeen will cast fly when she gets a couple of minutes away from the entrance. Sooner if anything hostile occurs.

Seventeen had spent much of the time penning scrolls while they traveled in the comfort of the Dusklight.

I think she'll pen another 16x Scroll of Heroism (0.5* 7200g), 5x Animal growth (0.5* 7500g), 4x Magic Circle vs Technology (0.5* 4800g), 4x Remove Radioactivity (0.5* 4800g)

When they where within a few miles of Torch Seventeen suddenly spoke "We don't know what the situation is in Torch. Omo please find a place to park, I'll head there on foot and see if we can find out where Father is."

I'm hoping she won't go there alone!

Seventeen suddenly looked at Omo, "Brother, we should travel to Torch and see what happened to Father."

I guess I'm good to go unless anyone had anything to add.

Perhaps Omo could drive us most of the way and we walk the last bit? I wouldn't want it to fall into the clutches of the technic league.

"Yes. To set ones enemies against each other would be logical." said Seventeen in her customary monotone, "We must leave soon, but first we must ensure we have sufficient supplies. Perhaps I should pen some scrolls."

Niles does anyone in town have an ANTITECH FIELD scroll Seventeen could buy? Plan would be to copy it into her spellbook when she levels down the line.

"One thing is certain, we will need to travel there." noted Seventeen before suggesting, "Ideally we find somebody who has been there recently first so we don't walk in blind."

She asks Lady Altouna, "Is there anyone here who has traveled there?"

Seventeen had a cloak of resistance +2, let's upgrade to +5 that's 25000-4000 = 21000g spent.

She had a headband of vast intellect +2 let's upgrade that to +6 for 21000+ 36000g-4000g = 57000g spent.

Let's buy a greater rod of giant summoning, 24500g + 57000g = 81500g spent.

Let's buy a necklace of adaption, 9000g + 81500g = 90500g spent.

Let's buy a Numerology Cylinder, 5000g + 90500g = 95500g spent.

I'm away from my computer but that probably brings her close to WBL.

Niles what's the maximum price for magic items available? Seventeen has 26k worth of gear and WBL is 108k for level 12.

When Lady Altouna had finished Seventeen rather over eagerly blurted out, "It's called Unity, the threat below silver mount. It would enslave us all, but before we can reach Unity we must deal with the technic league once and for all."

So I guess the plan is to leave Omo, Isuma and maybe Jarreck here while we travel to the silver mount?

Let's fast forwards. Jarreck was keeping track of the loot at one point but there doesn't seem to be anything recorded for a while. I suppose we could go back 40 pages and count all the loot or so but maybe it would be more pragmatic to fudge it based on wbl?

Re scrolls, Seventeen had 1845g left according to Jarreck's spreadsheet.

I think Heroism is a useful buff so let's make 4x CL12 heroism scrolls. Cost = 4*3*12*25*0.5=1800g

He's not posted for some time in my game too. Something must have happened.

Niles will Seventeen be able to scribe a few scrolls on the way to HH? I'm actually not sure what her coin reserves are like, I think she had some left over from before this book so she could conceivably still have some spare ink.

Seventeen replies immediately in her customary monotone, "The probability of her being 'good' is about 97.6427% based on past behavior. Lets return to the Dusklight, it will allow us to travel there quickly."

After hearing about Unity Seventeen becomes perfectly still as if she isn't breathing as all her processing power was diverted to running various simulations. Without any notice she suddenly asks Casandalee, "Is there a way to power Unity down or has it transcended too far? We will need to deal with the Technic League, they will try to hunt me and J-12 down. Do you have any suggestions?"

Seveteen offers to help and summons a huge earth elemental and instructs it to dig a deep trench. While the elemental is doing her bidding, Seventeen asks Isuma, "What will you do now? Perhaps you might travel to Hajoth Hakados with us, if anyone can help you find your people it is Lady Altouna."

Thanks for the heads up. I'm about to take the family on holiday for two weeks. I'm expecting to have internet and should be able to post as normal but if I can't post for some reason you know why.

Niles assuming nobody has any objections Seventeen will head back to the power source and set it to blow. The we can run away and enjoy the fireworks.
I suppose there's loot in here still but Seventeen doesn't tend to think of such things.

Seventeen eyes the carnage before replying in her strange flat voice, "The Dominion agent is most formidable, we would be sorely pressed if we had to engage it again today. Of course that means it goes free. I do not think that is a good thing."

She turns to Ishuma and asks (in Andoffran before translating), "The power core can be overloaded. Should we destroy this place to ensure it can't return here?"

Seventeen nodded and replied in her emotionless way, "Very well. We must first deal with the remaining Dominion agent. It escaped from us and is very dangerous."

"Oh." was Seventeen's autonomic reply. She paused statute still for going on ten seconds as her damaged neural cortex ran several simulations of this unexpected scenario. Suddenly she moved again and stated flatly, "Lady Altouna is known to us. Something must have happened, is there news of Hajoth Hakados?"

Seventeen glanced at the pair suspiciously before whispering in a monotone to Ishuma...

She then glances back to the half orc and asks in an emotionless monotone, "Who sent you? How did you know where to look?"

"So it would seem." remarked Seventeen, "It appears we have little time for explanation. Anyway for now suffice it to say we found and dealt with Hellion and Furkas Xoud's ghost on the way."

She then hurries after Guaire.

I hope there isn't going to be much combat because Seventeen is practically tapped out.

Niles? Did the facets Seventeen installed do anything?

Seventeen regards Casandalee intently, whispers something and suddenly she too has dark blue lipstick - albeit inexpertly applied. She's using prestidigitation

Then without any emotion at all she informs Casandalee, "Indeed. Perhaps these facets will restore some of your functionality..." Without consulting anyone she plugs in the Compassion and Ingenuity facets. A moment later she asks in a monotone, "Did that work?"

Lets hope this makes Casandalee compassionate towards us!

Surreptitiously, well not really it might as well have been a stage whisper, Seventeen asked Casandalee something her neural processors simply couldn't compute, "I agree Unity is of great concern, but why the green lipstick? I've observed other females wearing it, should I wear it too?"

Niles does Seventeen recognise the woman? I presume that's Casandalee right?

Seventeen's brain, damaged as it is tried to understand what she is seeing.
