============== Seren is not smart, though she thinks herself clever. Seren isn't very good at putting things together, because she much prefers to pull them apart and leave them that way. What Seren is... is nimble, quick with her attention (people insist this is being flighty, but she thinks they are crazy), and generally annoyingly persuasive. All of this is as much the spirits that follow her around and whisper in her ear than anything else. Their chattering keeps distracting her from seeing anything unusual on the mountain's movement, but she's maybe able to find good handholds for everyone to use, and then scrambles along them herself without even breaking her stride, little hops and twirls helping her reach places with ease that a larger person would shy from. And maybe, as she babbles away between herself and her invisible friends she can lure the ratfolk into half the conversation. And maybe they'll feel such pity for the probably crazy girl that they decide to help the party.

Heroism, Whispering Lore, Longstrider Seren can heroism herself, so I am fine with passing it on to others. Thank you, though! As far as the skill checks go; If Seren burns rounds of her dance she can pick of her trickster spirit for the skill checks. Which would give her 15+Stat to 1 skill and 16+stat to another. The limitation is once I pick those skills those are the two I have for the day. If we need I could make her +22 Acrobatics and +15 Heal should that help fill in the gaps!

Heroism, Whispering Lore, Longstrider I am fine with visiting those 2 first. And Temple stuck out to me as well as it was one of my earliest scenarios, and one of my favorite to run! We can figure out where to go after those two once we get there. Seren likes to be closer to the front if she's going to focus on standard DPS, but can shuffle further back if we need her to switch hit as a healer or anything else for a fight or two. And GM ZD: Seren will take a barkskin potion as her second potion from the Supply Check.

Seren paused at the door, leaned back entirely at the waist to make certain this wasn't the men's locker room, then straightened back up and scratched at the side of her head beneath the scarf there. "Oy... Um, I though' I ha' to come here for a mission... bu' this migh' be a ba' time. I coul' come by tomorrow?" She tilted her head slightly as if listening. "Zela says this is no place for a young girl, by the loo' of i'." Seren is a gutter snipe that looks barely old enough to be working for the society. She is dressed as if she fell through every closet in the Grand Lodge, with mismatched attire meant for everyone from a scholar's frock and Kalkamedes' night cap to a knight's boot on one foot and a well-worn traveling shoe on the other. The only consistency in her clothing are seven colorful scarves tied all over her body. She likewise carries a hodgepodge of equipment meant for every sort of adventurer, including more than one holy symbol and a pair of wakizashi at her waist that have clearly been tied to her belt incorrectly. Around her neck hangs a thick metal chain clasping an expensive looking amber jewel.

Heroism, Whispering Lore, Longstrider It IS indeed Seren's Seven. She's a spirit dancer medium, so she can switch it up between combats if we need more or less of something. She's built mostly to get up front and melee as Kyle said, but can fill in little holes we need elsewhere, such as healing or buffing out of combat or spending a fight as a 'cleric' to AoE undead with healing.

Heroism, Whispering Lore, Longstrider Seren, not being particular familiar with courts or really what a trial is... makes absolutely zero effort to learn anything about it. Instead she does what she's good at... annoying people until they give her what she wants to make her leave. She wanders over to one of the groups waiting for the trial to start and begins to trade nonsensical banter. She seems to believe this has to be some sort of sporting event, or concert... people showing up in huge numbers to watch the legal system simply isn't a concept familiar to her, and they'll likely spend their time trying to either explain it to her or say something to actually get her interested in the discussion. She might seem to start falling asleep at several points, but she'll suddenly yelp and flail as if poked in the side while insisting she's in fact quite awake to a nearby plant or vase. Seren is psychically staring at herself to put up Whispering lore and Heroism. WL gives me a +4 to one knowledge check that best fits the area, GM discretion. Heroism, Whispering Lore, Longstrider Hassam just has to start shakin' that booty and do a dance to inspire us! I will wait to post my actions to see if the devil is where we left him when the darkness came in. It will determine if I full attack or have to do something else! Favian, remember when I'm dancing you get an extra +2 damage when within 30 ft that stacks with Hassam's buffs!

She thought they were going to be a bit nicer, but everyone said a bunch of things and then Favian just sort of... electro-chopped it. That worked for her, or a part of her. Seren took a more reasonable path down to the devil... the stairs, though she did admittedly jump onto a desk at the end just to get a better vantage on the huge thing. As she goes her strides change from a gangly run to whirling, endless series of twirling dance moves, with her practically gliding from floor to chair to desk top. And on each rotation her face has gone more pale and her eyes further into the back of head. Her whole demeanor changes; her shoulders held wider, the grip on the two blades suddenly certain, and her teeth clenched. "Tch, respect your opponents beast. Or we shall make you regret it!" The voice is decidedly not her own, masculine and heavily accented in Tien. Heroism, Whispering Lore, Longstrider Seren stumbles into the Stylite behind Hassam and nearly runs smack into his back as her attention is more upon the decor, the colored lights, and the rather impressive view off the edge of things back outside. Her neck is craned around so much even her ghostly guidance isn't enough to let her avoid every obstacle. After managing to save herself and Hassam from becoming an embarrassing pile on the floor, and spinning around several times with her arms out to find her balance she notices the Librarian has been speaking. The little waif skips up to the man and tries to peer over the desk at what he's writing without even looking. "Hey... you're really goo' a' tha'." Then after several heartbeats of just watching she speaks again. "Sure! We can ge' ri' of tha' devil for you! Seeing as we gotta if we wan' the engram. You go' yourself a deal, buddy!" She sticks out a hand right over where he's writing to shake. That done, she steps back and stares at her hands for a few seconds, giving them funny looks, then she looks up. "I'm ready to be a bouncer!" Seren is going to cast heroism, false life, and protection from evil on herself! False Life: 1d10 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16

Heroism, Whispering Lore, Longstrider When Seren's head is snapped back something else takes hold of the rest of her body... something utterly benign as it makes her straighten out her own clothes and picks off a few pieces of clinging dirt. When her attention comes back and her eyes roll several times before falling into place, she spends a few moments staring at Seldanna and Rogar. "Wha' are ya two getting worke' up over? Tha' happens to me all the time!" Probably more than a bit too frequently than was healthy for anyone, really. It was the trouble with having a bunch of ghosts constantly trying to take over your body for their own means. "I see all KIN's of things all time!" But at their assistance, and perhaps a little prodding from an unseen hand she relents. "Okay, this time it was a lil' weirder than normal, and I didn' recognize i' as much." She'll proceed to relate to the others what she did see, with an oddly large amount of clarity to her explanation over her normal slurred way of speaking and distracted demeanor. "Y'thin' when Phoenix lady is done with this she'll le' me kee' i'? I's pretty!" Pretty enough she's trying to stuff it down the front of her shirt where she thinks it'll be... if not safe, then safer. When she arrives back at the group she rubs her chin in thought. "Besides, we have been informe' you were given it temporarily. An' suppose to return i' years ago! You've only gotten to kee' it extra because no one has come to collec' i'. But now we have with all authority and such." She nods firmly and moves her arms from spread to crossed. Gotta use those big, lawfully sounding comments with these sorts.
