Dresden is a sorcerer, straight up (probably Arcane). Constantine, however, is pure Occultist. He is more dabbler than mystic, more con artist than caster, and uses plenty of items to make up for his lack of pure grunt.

Weapon Master's Handbook wrote:

Advanced Weapon Training (Combat)

You are specially trained to use your weapon skills in new ways.
Prerequisites: Fighter level 5th, weapon training class feature.
Benefit: Select one advanced weapon training option, applying it to one fighter weapon group you have already selected with the weapon training class feature.
Special: This feat can be taken more than once, but at most once per 5 fighter levels.
Special: Fighters that have the weapon masterAPG archetype can select this feat beginning at 4th level. The benefits of a weapon master’s advanced weapon training options apply only to his selected weapon rather than all weapons in the same fighter weapon group, and he can’t select the weapon specialist advanced weapon training option. A weapon master can select this feat as a bonus feat; if he does so, it doesn’t count for the purpose of the requirement that it can be taken at most once per 5 fighter levels.

Copy/pasted direct from the book (no, I am not going to bother with more formatting).

Bunnyboy is right, get Shadowrun. Even if the rules don't work for you, the fluff will tell you everything you need to know.

P.19 of the WMH has a feat (called Advanced Weapon Training) that requires Fighter 5th and Weapon Training that allows you to take AWT options. Can normally only be taken once every five levels. WMs can take it a 4th and beyond and taking it as a fighter bonus combat feat does not count against the once per five levels limit.

Weapon Master gets Weapon Training that goes to +5 (+7 with Gloves) and can, per the feat, take said feat many more times than anyone else (early at 4th, plus 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th, and then also take it with the bonus combat feats as often as they want).

Tammy needs a therapist.

And if he played a small CORE race (which is what he is limited to, per original post), he would have a Strength of 2 (as noted above). His party may need a martial, but even with a Strength boost, it won't be him. He needs to avoid melee like the plague (several plagues, actually).

The clothes on his back plus some boots will put him at around half medium load. Forget food, water, a bedroll, etc. Armor is out, weapons are out, being in charge range of anything is out, is there anything that would be in?

With a 4 STR, picking up a weapon is out (at this point, picking up a book might be out). I would say human sorcerer, possibly Words of Power.

Someone give this guy a job already!

Except that, by the FAQ, the feat would have no effect as the Weapon Master would then have no "Weapon Training modifier" to base anything off of. The exemption noted does not state that the modifier applies, just that the benefits (if any) only work on the chosen weapon.

Either the Weapon Master has Weapon Training or not. Also, the class feature referred to is just Weapon Training, not Fighter Weapon Training. There is no class feature called "Fighter Weapon Training", and such a class feature would not work with the gloves or this feat. A Weapon Master is a Fighter with a class feature called Weapon Training.

I am not arguing that they have the ability to get the swap outs like a normal fighter (they clearly don't) or that they have the same weapon training as said normal fighter. Just that they are a fighter with a class feature named weapon training, and as such meet all requirements for the Gloves of Dueling (which only specifies "weapon training") and the benefits of the feat. I see nothing in the FAQ that would preclude that.

Also, please note that I am posting after working on a night off (shift 6 of 5) and while rather ticked (because of that). Any incoherency or anger should be attributed to that and not the topic at hand or any posters.

Except that the feat has an explicit call out for the archetype, allowing them to take it, but does not then say anything like "and their weapon training counts as weapon training" and Gloves of Dueling only says that if the PC has the weapon training class feature, not if they have the fighter weapon training class feature. Those two things to me say that the archetype, the gloves, and the feat all work together.

The Weapon Master archetype gets up to V (single weapon, and you have to use the feat).

Don't stand there and try to shoot at them. Get under some cover and make them come to you.

Hunt cover.

You could flip things, have demons invading Hell. Then you could have Asmodeus/random devil using the PC heroes for some of the plots to end/win the war.

CTP's Medium guide

DC = X + Spell level (or 2x SL) + Situational mods (insert Concentration checks/ASF/etc here)

Spell resistance numbers might need reworking, but could be used as anti magic "armor", adding to DC, or boosting/allowing a save.

How about Blood of Secrets?
