It's a big commitment, but I would be down for Curse of Strahd. I will point out that I own it but I haven't played any of it or read it for a while (similar to Curse of the Crimson Throne).

Hidden Shrine seems cool as well, but I find running dungeon crawls to be a little tougher in pbp than in tabletop.

I'm fine with whatever you would like to do. If conversion is taking a lot out of you, I think there's a bunch of quick encounter building guidelines out there. I tend to use this one in my games just to make things easier on me if I want to use some of my older adventures.

Saul shrugs as best he can with a comatose kid in his arms.

"Sure man, but don't worry about that. What I meant is... how are you feeling now that Lamm- whatever it was- is gone? Especially given how much shiver that thing was moving it must have been hard to face him and to be around that. I just want to see how you're holding up. You've worked hard to turn this corner in your life, you know?"

Saul keeps heading away from Lamm's toward the orphanage.
"Wow. I hope no one gets hurt...."

As the group continues away from the house of horrors, Saulden falls in line with Red Feather.
"How are you holding up, Red?"

As far as I can tell, there's these two comatose kids and maybe 4 or 5 sleeping in a room on the third story. I think only the comatose kids will need to be carried- Iris and the rest may be groggy but they could likely walk under their own power, at least from what I can recall.

"A fire? Oh man. Officer Paddy, do you want to take charge of... of... Zellara's head and Harrow deck? I'm going to round up the kids and get them back to the orphanage. Not sure where most of them came from, but we can sort that out later."

He picks up one of the comatose kids.
"If one of you guys could pick him up, I'd appreciate it.", he says, nodding to the other comatose kid.

Saul is aghast in horror and disgust, dropping the hatbox and gagging from the sight.
"Dawnflower's mercy! This is awful!"

Regaining his composure, his eyes go wide.
"If Zellara's head is... then who did we... what..."

Once the kids are clearly either beyond immediate medical attention or recovered, Saul start looking around Lamm's suite for Zellara's Harrow deck.

Saul kneels down next to one of the comatose kids, placing his hand on his forehead and channeling Saerenrae's healing power.
Using 5 points of Lay on Hands to see if I can snap him out that way.

Saul sheathes his sword, going over to the kids at the table. He gently shakes each of them by the shoulder.

"Hey... you can stop that now.", he says before moving to take the stuffed bear out of the boy's hands.

Saul lashes out at Lamm, his blade crackling with golden light.

Dropping my remaining spell slot to use Divine Smite and using Inspiration for advantage. +2d8 Radiant Damage, +1d8 if he is undead or a fiend.

"You make even a fidget that I don't like and you'll end up like your creepy friend upstairs, got it?", he says in his Bad Cop voice.

Is Yargin still prone? Or does prone not grant advantage for ranged attacks?

Edit: Ah, I see. Orion actually has disadvantage if Yargin is still prone since he's more than 5 feet away from him.

Saul drags the dead orc behind some of the boxes, saying a quick prayer once he leaves him.

Saul catches his breath, sheathing his sword for a moment before touching his side where the orc broke his rib. His hand briefly sheds a golden light as the worst of the wound knits itself back together.

"Oof. That guy was creepy.. what are all these crates in here?"
