Fairly certain the summoner would need to go 8 Summoner / Druid 12 to get a Seaweed Leshy as the Leshy Tender archetype feature for Druids is only unlocked if the player reaches level 4 as a Druid for it to even start working. The player who was a Summoner 19 / Druid 1 would have a 20 hit die Leaf Leshy familiar.
It is entirely possible to play a character who is a pacifist and is also helpful to the team. With the life spirit, cut your losses, sacred touch, and witch doctor archetype you would be very valuable teammate as by 4th level you will have two channel pools. Speaking of channeling, you should take the Selective Channeling feat at 3rd level to be of more assistance to your team. I find it interesting your character has very well-rounded stats; four 14s and two 13s. Which is fairly unique to see.

Also what Blind Kobold doesn't mention is that the Vehicle and Siege feats are in fact general feats. So his or her suggestion for swapping out general feats for general feats isn't a bad idea necessarily. I don't think people would honestly be that mad or annoyed that the feats listed under bonus feats was removed from the Buccaneer list when regarding PFS play. As really any legal siege or vehicle features for classes and their archetypes are either super minor or non-existent within PFS.
Hmm horn lamellar does sound like a good idea if I am going to be using medium armor. As I did kind of forget about wildshaping as it doesn't really pop up until 8th level in the progression I have set up. I also should consider Power Attack/Lunge/Combat Reflexes as I am going to be using a reach weapon that can disarm.
Well the dex emphasis is because I don't get medium armor as a barbarian. If I didn't put a dex emphasis I would have a 16 or lower AC, going into a rage reduces my AC to 14. Two-handed, I plan on using the ranseur which is a two-handed martial weapon with reach and disarm as qualities. I was thinking of a skirmisher character that does hit and run tactics due to the armor restriction. Like maybe spring attack and extra AOOs feat? I was not really a fan of the choice of domanins and subdomains I could get and I wanted to stay on theme. Some subdomains like Feathers or Fur really didn't fit the character concept at all. I am looking for feats to fill levels 3/5/7/9/11. I am also contemplating what rage powers to use. As for charisma of 10, I just wanted to give this character a nice little quirk. A very ruthless killer (against npcs) who is also fairly good at singing. I appreciate your feedback kestral287 and Blind Kobold's feedback as well.
Traits: Survivalist, Savant (Perform: Sing) Last week I played a pregen and I haven't applied the chronicle sheet yet so I will apply it to this character. Starting gold: 650
Armor: Masterwork bronze chainshirt. (250g)
Remaining gold: 50g
I'm contemplating if getting a Bonus Feat as a human is more worth it than an extra flexible +2 to an ability stat on character gen. I came up with some rough stat arrays. That aren't really set in stone depending on the version. Bonus feat version:
Extra stat version:
I'm honestly not a fan of over "cannibalizing" stats in order to min-max.
Ghoul Dust as an addictive substance would be interesting although a little grotesque. I also agree it would be neat if used for spells and dirty tricks. Like what about vampire dust? Would that increase the temporary hit points a bit of Vampiric Touch? (Like 1d6+1) if a wizard ate/drank it*.
What is a Rokea exactly? Well I am just going off of the (classic) World of Darkness book for them here.. but its a term used to describe a Were-Shark. The race I will be going with is: Human I am not sure at the moment what the stat array would look like. It will very much need STR/DEX as I don't have access to medium armors. Along with a 13-14 wisdom score as the highest level spells I will be able to cast is 3rd Level. I have a rough outline of what I want out of the concept in terms of class/archetype combinations which is: Barbarian (Sea Reaver) + Druid (Shark Shaman) with a single level splash of Fighter (Unbreakable) to pick up Diehard and Endurance in one go. Level Progression
The main drawback of Sea Reaver is:
As for Domain or Animal Companion.. its safe to say I will be going with Domain as although it maybe cool to have a shark as an animal companion, its simply impracticle unless in the right campaign *cough*skulls&shackles*cough* *cough*. So for domain I plan on taking one of the only four available (Animal/Death/Water/War), I will be going with the Water Domain, specifically the Oceans Subdomain as it fits more thematically. I feel that the feat called Splintering Weapon fits splendidly on theme and a good thing to pick up at first level. Splinter Weapon (General Feat) wrote:
Plus lets consider the pricing for a moment. For one of these "primitive weapons", the price of say a Bone Kukri or a Obsidian Kukri is 4 gold as opposed to 8 gold as both make whatever weapon made from such materials cost 50% less than its "modern" counterpart. Speaking of weapons, I am having trouble pegging down what main weapon I want to use. It will probably be made from Bronze or Elysian Bronze as I wouldn't be a fan of my weapon rusting. What are the most important things that Sea Reaver as an archetype offer that is important for theme than other archetypes could?
Spoiler:
#1) Marine Terror (Ex): "A sea reaver can hold her breath for a number of rounds equal to four times her Constitution score. In addition, a sea reaver can move normally though squares of standing water or bog that is 1 foot deep. It does not cost her extra movement to traverse these terrains. Lastly, a sea reaver ignores the normal cover bonus to AC when attacking creatures that are partially immersed in water.
This ability replaces fast movement." #2) Eyes of the Storm (Ex): "At 2nd level, a sea reaver ignores any concealment provided by fog, rain, sleet, mist, wind, or other weather effects that is less than total concealment, and any penalties weather applies on Perception checks are halved. This ability replaces uncanny dodge." #3) Sure-Footed (Ex): "At 5th level, a sea reaver takes no penalties when moving across slick surfaces, whether natural or magical (e.g., grease, ice storm, and sleet storm). She is not at risk of falling, is not denied her Dexterity bonus when moving across such areas, and does not treat them as difficult terrain. This ability replaces improved uncanny dodge." What are the most important things that Shark Shaman as an archetype offer that is important for theme than other archetypes could?
Spoiler:
#1) Totem Transformation (Su): "At 2nd level, a shark shaman may adopt an aspect of the shark while retaining her normal form. This ability functions as the dragon shaman’s totem transformation ability, but the druid may select from the following bonuses:
movement (can breathe water, swim speed 30 feet)
While using totem transformation, the shark shaman may speak normally and can cast speak with animals (fish only) at will." #2) Wild Shape: "At 6th level, a shark shaman’s wild shape ability functions at her druid level –2. If she takes on the form of a shark, she instead uses her druid level +2." What are the most important things that Water/Oceans as a Domain offer that is important for theme than other archetypes could?
Spoiler:
#1) Surge (Su): "As a standard action, you can cause a mighty wave to appear that pushes or pulls a single creature. Make a combat maneuver check against the target, using your cleric level + your Wisdom modifier as your CMB. If successful, you may pull or push the creature as if using the bull rush or drag combat maneuver. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier."
#2) Cold Resistance (Ex): "At 6th level, you gain resist cold 10. This resistance increases to 20 at 12th level. At 20th level, you gain immunity to cold." ...
I would very much appreciate and welcome the feedback that I can get.

So question to the people at Paizo: What of Gnolls for Additional Resources? Gnolls seem to have been neglected on the Additional Resources page for Monster Codex. I don't mind if it simply read "Nothing from this section is legal for play" or even just a feat or something similar was legal. However nothing is stated.
Thunder_TBT wrote: Do Kukris work with slashing grace?/are their any ways to get Kukris to dex to damage? Yep. A Kukri is a one-handed slashing weapon. Its also a light weapon. It works with Slashing Grace. There is an alternative method to get a weapon to use your DEX instead of STR, however that requires you have an agile weapon like a +1 Agile Kukri for instance which is about 8k or more in gold. As Agile makes it so even a greatsword could deal damage with dex yet you don't use DEX 1.5 for a Agile Greatsword.
With Gunslinger (Pistolero) you might as well stop after you reach the 5th level in that class as you get to add your damage to dex at that point. The deed "Up Close and Personal" gets wasted as it doesn't upgrade again until 10th level to 3d6 damage and coincidentally it only upgrades to just 2d6 at 5th level and that with the build your going for you wouldn't even reach the 3d6 upgrade to the UCaP deed till level 13, which is past your character's retirement. There isn't a level restriction on Deft Shootist Deed (feat) so to reach that really quickly you would just need to take levels in fighter to increase the amount of feats you want. As for instance you could go (X = Odd level, Y = Even Level)
Way I am looking at it is...
As with PFS your hardcapped at Level 12 at which point the character becomes "retired". As for Dex to Damage, just stick with the more stable option of Gunslinger as you get it anyway with 5 levels into gunslinger. The barbarian side is just to give you a bigger yet temporary edge overall. As for your build it gives you a +4 to your dex score and an effective +2 to your AC when you enter a rage. As long as you use your rage in a effective yet rationed manner you should honestly be fine. By taking the Extra Rage feat you would have access to 13 rounds of rage per day with only two levels of Barbarian.
Hmmm seeing as how your going to be taking some fairly hefty penalties for TWF... why not take a Kukri? Sure its 1d4 instead of a 1d8, but its still an 18-20/x2 weapon. As a swashbuckler you get your panache back on Light and Piercing weapons. In a case of having a kukri and say a pistol would the kukri count as the off-hand weapon if the pistol did more damage?
The PFS society group I knew in Bellingham required four tables at any given time. 2-3 tables dedicated to low levels, new players, walk-ins. 1-2 of those tables were for players with characters that were usually 6+. More likely though there would 3 tables dedicated to walk-ins, new players, low levels. As the only players at the Bellingham group who had high enough level characters also was part of the rotating pool of GMs who were also GMing more often than not instead of actually getting to be players. The low-level/walk-in/new player tables would normally have 6-7 players, sometimes even 8 players. ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ---- The only other factors that usually made it so it was somewhat hard to get to a high level were... A) A character perma-dying. No resurrection. Having to start from the bottom, again.
Yep that is the purpose of the Adopted trait. To be able to get traits, not racial traits, that belong to specific races when your character is a different race. For instance, it wasn't uncommon for characters to be adopted by Aasimar just so they could get the "Enlightened Warrior" trait for their nonAasimar monk characters. This was back when Aasimar and Tiefling were more common than the grass beneath the adventurer's boots.
Main reason no new system has been implemented like the Lottery that Micheal Brock purposed which got turned down by the vocal minority of the community...Buyer's Remorse. Its honestly human nature that is getting in the way of anything nice being done for the community as a whole. Buyer's Remorse being part of this. People want to feel validated that the money they spent to go to that convention to get that race boon. Yet if that is the primary reason they went to the convention in the first place, to get a race chronicle sheet, then its honestly pitiful and the investment seems not as worthwhile if that was their primary reason for going. If anything viewed as an easier means to obtain a chronicle sheet for a specific race is ever brought up, its shot down. Unless its in the boon trading thread, then its fine. What is deemed as "unfair" by the community as a whole when regarding race chronicle sheets: #1) Lottery system is considered "unfair".
I honestly wish that Paizo just put their foot down and did it. Sure you still get a vocal minority complaining but its usually the silent majority that would actually be favor of positive changes.
Its a shame there was no lottery of sorts for chronicle sheets. I personally would be a fan of more adventures having unique perks. I am in favor of three-part adventures that gives you access to something unique and out the ordinary. Like the one where you can get an axebeak. That was a fairly unique yet rewarding perk in my opinion. Like in PFS how about a 11th level adventure, 3-parter, when this trio of adventures is completed it gives you access to a race that is hard to get normally. Like an incentive to get you to make a new character so you could enjoy your reward and continue playing PFS from scratch. After all reaching 12th level as a player or getting to run that 3-parter adventure as a GM in PFS is an accomplishment in itself as its actually fairly rare. Many video games give a player a reward in their playthrough for going the extra mile so their next playthrough feels more enjoyable. So what better thing for PFS then a rare/exotic race chronicle sheet for the player's hard work and dedication to reach level 12. It is would be accessible to all members of the community. Yet it would still be rare at the same time as not every player can reach level 12 which can be a challenging task. Even GMs would have a challenge reaching this as they would first be able to have a full party of players that have reached level 11, then hope that the party succeeds in the 3-parter adventure. As it would allow for players to become more focused and dedicated to actually try and rise to reach such a goal instead of just making their 795th 1st Level character and their highest level character is 3rd Level. As there wouldn't be an "IF" or "MAYBE", there is an actual reachable goal that wouldn't require going to a convention. However this wouldn't step on the toes of conventions. As the 3-parter reward adventure could be for say the access to make ONE character that can be a Ratfolk. While you also have the chance to obtain a Ratfolk chronicle sheet at a convention. It might be said that it would be stepping on the toes of conventions, however would it? There is no denying that going to a convention gives you a better shot, yet that also means your your more money rich as you can afford to go to a convention. Sometimes not all of us want to make that tenth character that has reached level 8 but tragically died, again and we would be again denied reach the 11th level 3-parter adventure. For the community with those like-minded individuals, a convention offers that chance to get such a chronicle sheet. The second option is for the person who is more time rich rather as opposed to money rich. The 3-parter adventure at level 11 would be the reward for the players who not only stuck with a character till that character's retirement, but the fact that character survived against so many odds. Even if it took thirteen characters to reach that goal. So when they finally get to play that Ratfolk or Ifrit or whatever, it will feel rewarding. Since it would be a fairly big task to reach such a chronicle sheet to begin with, it wouldn't be like "SUDDENLY, RATFOLK ...THOUSANDS OF THEM!" like it was with the Aasimar/Tiefling. ...
At least that is my 2 cents on it.
I personally cannot go to conventions. I also got burned too many times when preordering a race book from my LGS like Kobolds of Golarion or Blood of the Night when I had the expectation that such books on preorder would have a race chronicle sheet like the ones for Aasimar and Tiefling. If it were an online charity I would be done for that. Otherwise no.
