sorry for the double post but how would people be able to transfer them would it have to be mail or would you have to be there to hand it over? i know email is out because that would be copying which is bad. so anybody know? and agian i apologize for the double post

ooh having a racial boon for my birthday would be awesome i would love that or i would have gone to get one but i live in maine oh well hope they come out with other ways cause maine is such a hard state to play in. anyway i was wondering does anybody know if there will be a chance in the future to get them without going to cons for people who cant for fairs sake? PS my birthday is the 5th so i think I take the biggest priority lol
