I usually lean with Clydwell here more mechanically than thematically. The game as it's designed relies and expects a certain level of equipment or at least wealth to acquire said equipment. While I don't play materialistic and like a good sneak thief with all their greeds, the balance of the game is calculated this way. Take all the precious stones and art you like but lets keep the party evenly equipped :)

Roman is willing the lead into dangerous situation and will talk to anyone but mechanically he's not a great face and wont have the best skills for a few more levels

With what is hopefully a joking tone I say to Argil "Your particular brand of beauty is an acquired taste vith goblins but a good heart vins dere trust." striding over to the door they ducked into "Hey, little ones. Ve are not here to cause harm. Vhy don't you come out. I've got an apple you can share. Might have some nuts as vell." motioning to the other doors "Vhy don't you guys check those over dere."

Jumping back at the sudden appearance of a dog I quickly step back and grip my spear, thrusting at the angry beast!

I'm not a writer by nature so I always feel I could express myself better, but I'm enjoying the RP as well :)

I prefer to RP between characters till dice cannot be avoided. What has to happen has to happen and all that, but not my first instinct.

Taking a seat beside the dwarf I retrieve a flask from my pack and offer it up to the driver.

Dwarven:
"It's just ale but if might bring you a bit of warmth"

Raising an eyebrow to the driver's muttered comment.

Dwarven:
"That doesn't sound ominous at all" I say sarcastically.

Straining to find a comfortable position I grunt out in mild annoyance "I think I vill see if the driver wants a little company for this ride. Bit crowded in here." exiting the carriage.

I take of at a jog and return a half an hour later, breathing heavily, with a traveling pack, my longspear and now outfitted in my armor.

"Sorry. Vent as vast as I could. Short legs you see." Will this I find a place on the carriage.

With a heavy roll of the eyes I exit the room with the crowd.

I address the the carriage drive. "Vill you be vaiting avile? I need to retrieve my veapon and equipment as my choice ov arms is cumbersome to walk the crowded streets." I motion down to the south. "I vill not be long."

I speak in an accented baritone and typically smell sweetly of fruit and usually carry some on me. Once I retrieve my gear I carry a more chemical smell due to the component for my extracts.

Led into the waiting room I look to the others collected before me.
I wonder what they want with such a mottly crew I think to myself. I decide to lean against a wall and continue to eat my apple.

To Yoska: Taking a bite from my apple with a grin I take a few steps forward "Vell I'll be. Dinna expect to met another from the homeland in this city of gypsies. retrieving another from my pack, I offer a fresh apple "I'm vrum Lepidstadt, vere do you hail vrum?"

Tasked with his missive the young man sets out to deliver the summons to one "Roman Stonefitter". He was told he had taken up residency at a local Inn near the docks but when the man arrived he soon found his charge was an early riser and not prone to lounging around the inn. He was told Roman was last seen heading into town, toward the markets the said.

He found his charge after a bit of asking around and just as he was described, there he was. A stout dwarf of average height, short blonde hair and medium length beard to match. He seemed to be arguing over the price of apples...

"I'm not paying more than a copper! Look at these vuns, they're bruised!" holding up his choosen fruits.

Looking offended the stall worker replied "they were fine before you started prodding at them!"

"I'll prod you ya overgrown..."

"Excuse me, Sir?" the messanger inturrupted.

"Vhat do you vant boy?!" he quickly turned on the young man.

Not sure at first but noting the Ustalavian accent, an uncommon one for these parts, he knew he had the right man. "I've been told to deliver this to you."

"Vhat is this a about now." reading over the letter he gives a quick snort of amusement. "Not even a veek and verk finds me." stamming down his 5 coppers he takes a bite out of an apple and collects the rest. "Fine, take your coppers. I've got better things to do!" heading off in the direction of this "Crimson Throan".

The Pathfinder Society is perfect for me. Traveled from my home city of Lepidstadt after events forced me from my original path. Apprentice to a local alchemist framed for crimes against nature. I used my skills and resources to clear his name but that damage was done. He closed shop and and I took what I learned from the ordeal and traveled far to Korvosa to start anew!

I have no meaningful experience with pbp. I tried a few and they fizzled out in about a month so I can't say how to handle combat. I'm unfamilar with google slideshow but I have a roll20 account. Imgur works fine for me too.

36 y/o 3rd shift east coast US security guard. I tend to be the most active while I'm at work. My weekends are usually busy but I'll still post here and there. Been playing ttrpgs since I was about 9.

Dwarf Investigator with plans to dip into Bloodrager. Armed with a Longspear and some spiked gauntlets for close range backup. Focusing on skills.

I'm a fan of Varisia as it's a nice area full of possibility (and I've always wanted to play in Rise of the Runelords but missed every opportunity to date) but my heart belongs to Ustalov ever since I played in Carrion Crown.

I envisioned my character being at least from Ustalov as I know the area best. He's motivated by knowledge and adventure so traveling is just fine.
