Constitution DC 14: 1d20 ⇒ 6 Riven monkeyed his way through the rigging with a sure handedness that was more than reassuring with the storm having its way with the Womrwood. It was backbreaking work and the typically jovial sailor succumbed to exhaustion. His last thoughts were...and dis be what happens when you louse da whole damn crew up with with dat vile grog each an every night, it is...

from the PFSRD - Survival DC 15:
Predict the weather up to 24 hours in advance. For every 5 points by which your Survival check result exceeds 15, you can predict the weather for one additional day in advance. Riven eyed the storm front with unease. Storms were dangerous and unpredictable at best but certainly able to be handled with a good crew...oh aye, but with dis here group of cutthroats already on edge dis is gonna be downright disastrous, it is... He kept his mind on his work and made sure every know was extra tight and kept an eye on that front.

Riven returns the grin with a mischevious smile. Well den, lets get to it. I do be thinking da owlbear deserves a little comfort after da display of humiliation he went trough today, it is. Right dis way den. The salty pirate will lead on to where he found the giant not at all surprised to find the goblin there playing a game. Hey now Mugwort.

The typically jovial man frowned and shrugged his shoulders. Oh I be understandin ok. You might have da right of it after all, it is. Was just looking to be making another ally with da big brute. He could come in real handy when all da shiite hits da wind, you heard? But no worries at all. It do be better to not piss off ole sour Mr. Plugg. The wily pirate bids the lass good day and saunters off to find his mates.

Not wanting to interupt a private moment but also wanting her help; Riven approached Sandara but kept his distance until her reverie was concluded. Once she ackowledged him he would put on his best smile. Hey now lass, could I trouble you for a spell...literaly dat is. I found da giant Owlbear in da damn hold blubbering like a newborn babe and warcked in pain, it is...and well, I just cant be standing to see him dat way, you heard?
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
Riven wasnt the sort of man that typically felt sympathy for another man but the sight of the giant crying alone in the dark of the hold did something to him...it be damn near shameful how dey be treating dis here man, it is... so Riven kept as quiet as he couldand approached cautiously with arms well away from his steel. hey now big fella. no worries right? what be da problem now lad? do ye be wantin anyding? Stealth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21 Diplomacy: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18

Riven relaxed quite a bit and found himself moer comfortable in these others company and he found himself nodding at the gnome's wise words and clapped him heartily on the back. Right ye are shorty! We be pirates after all and tis aint da first time some of us be pressganged into service, it is. Better iffen we act just like one of da merry crew dan garner more of ole Scourge's 'tension.

Riven took Ryzern up on his offer of cleaning his gear. Most of it was soiled through and he wasnt too sure about the thoroughness of salt water alone...Bah!...me steel 'll still need a good turn with da whetstone... Id say da bastard taught ye right well wizard. Mighty impressed with how ye delt that brute. That will be givin' da rest of dem louts some pause afore takin' a crack at us, you heard? But now what? We be needin' to figure out where we be headed and da why of it.
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
Riven looked at their things in disgust. Now dat dere wont do nothin' mate. Dont ye be knowin' that shiit floats? No, dat wont do nothin' at all. It be best iffen we cut him up into itsy bitsy pieces of bloody chum, it is; and lets da fishes feast. He waded into the muck and was a little relieved that he didnt really have any gear that couldnt survive a dunking...gonna be needin' some oil for me steel and leathers though... He he gathered his things and helped the others sort theirs before strapping up...cant believe dose bastards left me coin...dumb sons of mudders dey be, you heard...
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
Riven laughed aloud even as the whip cracked. Ho! Ho! Now who didnt see dat coming? He wisely kept the curses for Mr Scourge to himself for the time being and scurried back up into the rigging. He'd seen a lanyard flapping loose earlier anyways. Work Diligently Actrobatics: 1d20 + 10 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 10 + 4 = 26 That night he sneaks off to explore the hold. Sneak Stealth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26 Perception: 20 + 4 = 24

Riven pushed his way through the thinning crowd with a grin and a suanter. He walked right up to Ryzern and clapped the man on the back a bit surprised at the hardness of his flesh. Ho now! Dat dere was something to see. Yous a good man and a right smart one at dat, it is. The pirate was eager to get his blades back and especialy the coin he had stashed in his pack.
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
Riven could hardly believe what Ole peg leg was up to down on the deck...dat dere wizard has balls of da shiniest brass, it is...and either has some nasty magicky trick up his sleeve or isnt near as smart as I dought, you heard... He made his was down the rigging to get closer to the action and to back up the man if it came to it.
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
This is how I picture the Owlbear High up in the rigging; Riven laughed right along with everyone else but deep down the whole spectacle sickened him. This was saying alot from a guy that typically found almost everything funny. He silently vowed to free the oaf and put the chains on Ole Mr. Plugg as soon opportunity presented itself.

Riven answered Kess with as much honesty as a pirate could. Oh aye, Ive considered that witch be just doing her duty for yon Mr Scourge but I'll take da healing none the less. We cant be getting into da quarter masters til I be putting me grubby paws on some tools...you know; of da trade. Picks or some such. Be keeping your pretty eyes open for dem, you heard. ---------------------------- At the sight of the tar and feathered man the next day Riven barely suppressed a shiver before laughing with the rest of the crew. ...dat dere just be a nasty warning to da lot of us to walk da straight and narro', it is...dat damn man has lost his marbles...
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
Riven welcomed the healing touch and added on to Alistair's thanks. Ay, you have my gratitude Sandara. What's an angel like you doing in this pit of demons? Riven flashed her his ready smile and waited til she left to go sneak around the quarter master's digs. He wanted his old equipment...and me blasted loot dem damn scurvy sons of fleabitten dogs!... and guessed this was the best place to look. Sneak: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
Riven is indeed working diligently and safely...at least safely from mr Scourge...up in the rigging. The sun darkened pirate watched from up in high as Ryzern tried to get friendly with Mr Scourge and shook his head while chuckling and muttering to himself...and here I tought dem wizards were smarty pants, it is...poor bastard...
male Human Rogue (Pirate) 1
HP = 2/8 Eh, dat dere scallywag be lost to us. Either over da side willin or not. I'll take dat mace and you keep da armor. Dat also be leaving us four gold each with an extra gold and da silver to Ryzern who didnt take any steel. Fair enough mates? Riven will wait while Alistair dons the armor and then get back to the deck to see whats in store for the rest of the day.
