Sorry for being completely dead, I don't look at Paizo as often as I should, and I just don't really feel the same enthusiasm about PBP's as Udo does :P
It's not that I've lost interest...It's that I'm lazy and I don't really feel super-encouraged to post unless I'm directly needed. I'm not a very good player, sorry.
I've most certainly read everything that's happened, I just don't really have an appropriate response or anything to say in all honesty.
When you need him, Dick will be there. But until then, I'm more of the silent watcher type.
I can change my posting habits if you'd care for me to, I don't want to make you hate me :P

Richard stands beside Udoeak as the bandits begin to rouse, a wary eye on the odd musculature of the elf.
"You have been tried and found guilty of things worthy of your demise. You have one chance to redeem yourselves. Repent in the eyes of the law and the gods, and become a productive aspect to the very people you terrorized." Richard speaks with air of command about him, as if he is used to being in this position. "The other option is to set an example to those who follow the same path that you have. Make your choice wisely, my friends seem tense and disappointed."
He chuckles and pats a hand on Khargol's shoulder, and he motions to Udoeak as well.

Richard unhooks the hook from his wall-top mount, dropping the rope to the ground and following suit with a careful jump...
Acrobatics DC15: 1d20 ⇒ 18
...Landing safely before reaching down to untie the rope from the hook.
He'll go from Bandit to Bandit, tying their wrists behind their backs down the line.
"We are in agreement, they shall have the mercy of the law. Though if they give any true resistance, they shall meet the fate of the other two, for the mercy of those they harmed." Richard says affirmatively with a nod towards Anwel.
After he finishes tying up each bandit, he will move to the bodies of the fallen, and attempts to draw his fired bolts.

I'll post my action now, since I'm about to take a short nap.
On his initiative, Richard will reload and then fire at the bandit that is in W 15, unless Khargol is going to charge past the other and take him out. In which case, I'll attack the other one.

Readied action :D? Or was I too descriptive in the 'triggers'? If not: here's the attack roll and damage
Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Damage: 1d10 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

Richard sits on one knee on his wall-top roost, and aims his bow at the assumed leader of the group, the one who silenced the rest of the disgusting ruffians.
"You have been judged, and I am your punishment." With a near imperceptible whisper, he holds his finger firmly against the firing trigger, and waits for the rest of the group to take their actions.
Readying an action to fire at the leader, the guy in T14 I assume. If they raise arms to anyone or the doors are shut, the bolt is loosed.

Feel free to peek at my character for any secret rolls you need to make, like perception and stealth or anything else.
No problems here with you wanting to roll on your desk, I would likely be doing exactly that if I ever DM'd a campaign here on the boards.....
On that note, now I kinda wanna run a game...

Please move Richard one square to the west, to U18.
Udoeak, the signal will be a dropped stone, since you're right there.
In preparation, I'd like to attach my grappling hook and rope to the wall, so that the rope dangles to where Udoeak is standing now. Please ignore this if there is a ladder within reasonable distance.
Ready to begin :)

Sorry for the radio silence, I've been sort of burnt out on RP of any sort, and have also been distracted by a friend who's essentially moved in with me
In response to the plan:
"Yes, that will do quite nicely. Bimbur and myself would be fully effective atop the walls, and we would have sight of any who would flee. We wouldn't want them to alert whomever is in charge of our presence, not yet. When we appear at their throats to bring the sting of Justice to them, that is when. Though, are you certain that you wish to be directly at their backs, Jeremiah? You would have no legitimate escape route should they turn their ire on you."
Richard points with a bolt at Bimbur and Jeremiah as each is mentioned, placing it back in it's case after rapping it against his palm throughout his speech.
After above discussion:
"Your hospitality is much appreciated, Sir Oleg, and you will have our service in this, and any other attacks that may come again. Banditry will not go unpunished, you and your lovely wife will be safe." He places his right fist across his chest and over his heart, bowing his head as he salutes to Oleg.
Ready for advancement here when everyone else is.

Richards lines himself behind Udoeak, extending his hand to Oleg once the elf has moved away. "Sir Richard Hawke, a pleasure to meet you, sir. I take it you know of our reason for being here?"

Here's a post for you to test that out with then.

The crossbowman chuckles at Udoeak's words of his success over the bandits. "We'll certainly prove your statement true, elf, perhaps you know more of justice than you think."
While traveling, Richard stands off to the side of Jeremiah, one hand lazily draped across the hilt of his sword and the other swinging at his side.
Sorry for late response, been distracted by 15 hour-a-day sleeping and WoW. Ready to move on to Oleg's!

Richard pockets his copy of the official Charter, switching it out for a small folded paper with a purple wax seal, marked with the crest of House Manning. Written was a 'farewell and thank you' from his lord, Kevan Manning. If you'd like, I'll write something for it, but for now I'll keep it vague.
After a quick read, he smiled and tucked it away once more, finally taking note of the others gathered. Richard takes a cursory look around at his traveling companions before turning to face the speaking elves.
"You know nothing of the law, then, 'Udo'. Though you are correct this time, we keep what we kill. We will need to clear the plains of banditry, or our travels will be short lived indeed." he snorts at the taller elf's remark before crossing his arms and puffing his chest proudly.
"As for introductions, I am Ser Richard Hawke, Born of House Hawke and in service to House Manning."
Couple of questions before we set out: Are we getting DM-gifts for travel such as horses and carts, or only what we purchased? Any NPC's tagging along with us, or are we the only seven? Any special contacts one/any of us have with the houses of Brevoy?
Also: Richards thoughts on the rest of the party to follow.
Other than that, Let the journey begin!

Please see the profile for crunch and background (at the bottom of the page). I would also like to note that if selected, I would like to work out a potential history with one or more of the other players if they are interested. I think that would add to the enjoyment of the game.
"If you'd like, we could...work something out between the two of us, Lady Hazel."
Seriously though, that'd be a nice touch.
"Richard Hawke, reporting in for inspection and deployment, sire. Aim me and I shall fire true."
A short background is included on my character page.
As with Jeremiah, here are a few important notes about Richard.
- Richard is not the standard fighter, he is a crossbow user. Not the archetype, just a vanilla fighter, but a crossbowman nonetheless.
- He is a strict follower of Abadar, justice, and the law, and believes that it is his duty to oversee things and ensure that all is fair to all.
Kudos, there are no starting packages in Pathfinder books, you're likely thinking of DnD 3.5, so rolling/average gold is probably the best choice.
As far as traits are concerned, they're kind of like half-feats that give you a bit more for background as well.
Here's a link: Traits
Also, I am indeed LN, it's an integral part of Richard being 'Richard', so I hope that isn't an issue :x
