I'm having Crythos arrive in style, but as asking for a spaceship of my own is a bit much, it's simply showcasing how the man works and gets there, and he won't be keeping it. ^^

Wonderful. :)

What else do you need me to finish off?

Ah, yes, sorry. Iron Warriors, the very techy lot who did sign up with Chaos.

Ah, makes sense. I can't edit my post now, but when I set my character shet up proper, I'll set it to the weapon.

I agree about us working as a team, and I think I'll make Cythos an Iron Hand. Would the other marines let him tnd their weapons and armour?

Cythos

Then I'll sort my character in the morning, thanks. :)

Those both look promising to me. What do you think, O GM?

Hm. That could do it, aye. :) How would the template work though? Would I be using the heretek talents and skills template, with the additional CSM advantages?

I'd like to express interest here. :) Are you planning on going the CSM route, or might there be space for a miltary based heretek?

Might there be room for a fairly miltant heretek in this black crusad game? :)

I've always liked the idea of the Omega vault. :)

Thanks, I think I'll enjoy this. :) The only things are that being a Space Wolf gets me the counter attack merit. for my chapter trapping, I'll pick the totem of the blooded hunter, which adds +1 to righteous fury results.

I considered wolf scout, but my main issue with it is the hit to fellowship it takes. Would you be willing to consider an alteration there? If I take that career, I think I'll shift my xp spending a little.

And mm, I'll take the reroll for toughness.

2d10 + 30 ⇒ (4, 5) + 30 = 39

Edit: Ah, I see the dice gods choose me for cruel jokes here.

If I join a Total War game, I'd love to be a Ratling sniper/scout. Provided they make their way in, of course.

Alright, that's Maximus armour, if you're following the optional armour tables from Rites of Battle. (If not, then I'll disregard these rolls.)

Armour table rolls:

1d5 ⇒ 1
1d5 ⇒ 3
1d5 ⇒ 1

Armour history rolls:

1d10 ⇒ 1
1d10 ⇒ 6
1d10 ⇒ 9

Edit: Reroll for third table roll

1d5 ⇒ 1

Edit: And again.

1d5 ⇒ 1

Edit: 1d5 ⇒ 3
1d5 ⇒ 3
1d5 ⇒ 1

Alright, I'll try this once more, and then I'll just stick to two histories as it doesn't seem to want to give me something other then a 1 or 3.

1d5 ⇒ 1

Indeed. Holidays should also be welcomed. :) I've no trouble at all with that background being shown, I think it's the best I've ever written, it came out of a surge of inspiration and a fair amount of free time.

I'm not used to the paizo roller, so hopefully this works.

Weapon skill: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (4, 10) + 30 = 44
Ballistic skill: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (7, 8) + 30 = 45
Strength: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (9, 6) + 30 = 45
Toughness: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (7, 2) + 30 = 39
Agility: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (5, 7) + 30 = 42
Intelligence: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (5, 8) + 30 = 43
Perception: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (7, 2) + 30 = 39
Willpower: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (5, 6) + 30 = 41
Fellowship: 2d10 + 30 ⇒ (8, 4) + 30 = 42

Wounds: 1d5 + 18 ⇒ (4) + 18 = 22
Fate points: 1d10 ⇒ 6

Power armour mark: 1d10 ⇒ 1

Mm, don't worry, I know I'm the newcomer, and I'll make sure to not waste my slot here if I'm accepted. And I'll make sure I don't get IC and ooc mixed up. :)

Hm. How should I go about creating a new character? Rolling here, or on invisible castle? I have a backstory proposal, I'll PM that onto Rook.

Thanks guys. :) If I am accepted onboard, my preference would be Space Wolf, but as you have one of those already, you may want me to go for another chapter.

Edit: And are there specialities you want to keep limited to one?

I actually think you can play a Guardsman game from the Dark Heresy books. You might need to raise the level a little a bit though, but you have three directions Guardsmen can go in, leader, heavy combat or scout/sniper. Then there's the Commissar rank option in the Inquistior's handbook and I could see pskers, tech priests and clerics having their own place in the game as well.

With maybe some altered starting packages for anyone who'd like to play a Ratling or an Ogryn.

Hey guys. I'm not sure if you'd be taking new people for this or other campaigns, but I'd like to express deep interest in 40K, and Deathwatch in particular. :)
