![]() In Interface Zero for 1st edition pathfinder psionics is mentioned several times such as the bioroid having bonuses on saves against psionics. However no classes or rules for what psionic system the developers where intending to use is described in the book. Was there a separate rule book for this or did intend to use some kind of adaptation of Ultimate Psionics for this? Does anyone know? ![]()
![]() The issue with Elans could be solved by changing the way the Psionic Talent feat works in regard to naturally psionic races. For everyone else it would grant 2 pp, but for psionic races it would also give an additional pp at every level above first. Another alternative is to change the way bonus power points are gain.

![]() While I believe that 3.5 version allows you take on the form of a object, I don't remember if the dreamscarred press pathfinder version does. As for being able to continuously shift shape while the power is active I don't think so. But as I understand the rules you can with a power with a duration longer the one round pay any augment that you haven't already at any point. For example you if you manifest minor metamorphosis without initially augmenting than pay any of its augment coast, then at any point during it's duration pay any of it's augmentations coast adding new menu selections. You may also want check out the Metamorph prestige class. ![]()
![]() As far as the rules for the astral suit go, the customizations you chose remain the same for each suit type. If customizations you chose are shared by one of the suit types as a free customization, well as stated in the rules... "If the aegis changes the type of his astral suit and the free customizations would take the suit over the maximum limit (such as switching from an Astral Armor with 3 Nimble customizations to Astral Skin, which grants an additional Nimble customization), the excess customizations go inert until the astral suit is changed to make the selections valid (by reconfiguring the customization points via 8 hours of concentration or Reconfigure ability or switching the astral suit type)." ![]()

I like the idea, but want to point out that charisma and wisdom based characters will have the hardest time with cybernetics." Maybe one alternative would be a class feature/insight/talent or what ever that grants the character a cybernetic implantation limit of, lets say 5 + class level or 10 + 1/2 class level something along that line, ignoring CON and INT altogether. ![]()
![]() I would like to add this Cryptic insight for the Circuitbreaker, not original mind you it's stolen straight form the psi-tech discoveries form Occult Realms. Patterned Cybernetics : When determining how many cybernetic implants you can have, the total implantation values of all cybertech implanted in you can’t exceed your Intelligence score + 4 (ignoring your Constitution score). The Circuitbreaker must be 4th level to select this insight. |
