![]() I'm usually all for keeping what is found, especially when it has great flavor, but I would rather sell the shield than be in debt . It was fine enough to use it since we had it, but I can just stick with the Heavy Shield and not stay in debt for the next 2 levels. All I would be missing is the low level save to avoid swarms, a small bonus on saves vs death effects 1/day that I can cancel and get a cure light wounds spell. Not sure that is worth 2200 when I can get more useful things. Sell it ![]()

![]() I am good with selling the armor. I have the scarab shield at the moment. I am ok with keeping it as it has a couple nice side powers, but otherwise I am ok with selling that as well if we need the money for other things. ![]()

"I cannot tell what the potions are, but this armor is interesting. This armor has the traditional Orisian design, but it has a couple of interesting properties. First it protects better than typical padded armor, but it also will close up cuts enough so you won't bleed out. In addition it appears to help aid someone react quicker to danger, but I think it has a limited use. After using it you may have to wait a day before the magic has built back up enough, but hopefully there isn't more than one case a day where the danger is bad enough you need it. ![]() I was thinking about doing my house rules I used from Rappan Athuk. I have also been thinking about doing almost the opposite of a Core Rules game where you have to pick a non core race and class. Combined with the house rules of having the Character Points (Race Points+Build Points), that could make for some fun and different characters. I also have come across a random background generator that is super awesome and want to do that for my game where it would convey some small side bonuses (An extra skill point or trait here and there). If you guys started higher level (5th for RA or maybe Slumbering Tsar or Sword of Air) I could roll an event for every level you gained! :) ![]()

![]() I'm having a great time with the AP, but struggling with time lately as you all know. So hopefully soon things calm down in my world a little (On call this week so not likely for another week at least). But in the meantime enjoying the little slice of mummy goodness. Oh and I do like dungeon crawls pbp or not. Maybe because when I first got D&D we would draw random maps on graph paper and populate them with monsters and trap for no purpose. I sometimes feel like I have a foot in both worlds, I like Pathfinder, building characters, and AP railroady stories as well as lighter rules, nonsense dungeons, and an open world of anything goes. ![]()
