Here is Rak's crunch for this build; if selected, I'll update his full profile as such.
Thanks!

This is Rak Opal, a PC I created for a different Rise of the Runelords campaign. That one fizzled, so I'm submitting him here for this game. I need to revise the build for your game; he'd leveled up and was built with 20 pts, so there's some work to be done. I wanted to get this submission in, though, so here you go.
The background is already written up and spoilered in the profile. I'll update when the build has been revised!
Hey all, I'm going to drop out of this game. It doesn't seem like we have enough momentum to continue. @GM, when you have a chance, can you please delete Rak from the active character list so that it drops off my Campaigns tab?
Barely able to see the goblin from the doorway, Rak darts in the room, slipping between Kadrian and Akuleh before circling around to strike at the goblin.
Goblin:
"Bad move, Mr. Goblin King. You'll regret this your last day on Golarion!"
I'm on the way to a music festival in the morning; I'll be away for the entire weekend, returning Monday or Tuesday, and I won't have internet access. Please bot me!
Rak nearly growls at the goblin's obvious subterfuge. He starts barking his thoughts in goblin, so as to be sure to be understood. "The fact my friends made you that offer is the only reason I'll honor it," he says, waggling the tip of his rapier. "I'd rather pin you to your throne now for all the trouble you've caused. Stand down and start begging for your life!"
Rak looks at the bloody mess down the hall. "Sure feels like we've met every goblin here... but that's thinkin' for civilized folk. Goblins ain't civilized; you never know how many of these rats might be in here." He shakes his head and tightens the straps on his gear, slightly reducing the rattles and clanks when he moves.
"Yeah, let's be quiet until we know for sure we don't need to be." He pushes the door open and moves through.
Rak looks the doors over, trying to see if they're safe. He shifts the weight of the weapons on his shoulder, pointing to the battle axe. "I've got no way to open those doors the way they're meant to be opened..." he says, leaving the obvious alternate method through unspoken.
Kolris approaches the doors, examining the bars and hooks. "You know, if we remove these hooks, the bars will be worthless; it wouldn't be hard." He looks at the others. "Should we ensure an open escape route, just in case?"
Stepping up beside Akuleh, Rak doesn't bother trying to strike the goblin from around the corner. He catches Kadrian's eye, lifts a brow in an unspoken plan, then nods at Akuleh. "Step back, my man; let's draw them in!"
Actions:
5' step Move: studied target vs brown goblin Standard: readied action to attack goblin if it steps into the flank between Kadrian and Rak
"I was actually thinkin' to try to tumble through to the other side, but that was before the infantry arrived!" Rak chuckles, though tension is apparent at the numbers they face.
He strikes with his rapier, then tries to deftly step away and behind Akuleh.
Actions:
Standard: attack purple Move: 10' at half speed with Acrobatics to avoid AoO
Acrobatics to avoid AoO, DC = CMD:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11 Note: if purple falls (and thus, Rak is no longer threatened), he will instead move 15' at full speed adding 5' in a SE diagonal to the movement already shown
I just started a new job today. Until the training and acclimation settle down, my posting will be somewhat erratic, probably shifting from mornings to evenings (EDT) until I have a better feel for things.
Shalelu, hang in there. Your well-being is the most important thing; the game can take a backseat if you need it.
Hi all! I had an extended weekend trip outside of cell service, and forgot to notify my games before I left. I'm back now, and will be checking in and posting in all of my games hopefully tonight but definitely by tomorrow (Wed). Thanks for any botting you've done, and sorry for my unexpected absence!
Door SOP for Rak: Perception +9, no Disable Device; Stealth +2 for travel at half-speed. Rapier and shield readied. Strength +3 for kicking down doors, but we should Stealth first, kick second. Rak is happy to lead the way through doors, or give way to Lelu (with that Reflex, wow!)
"I'm not hearing anything behind this door..." Rak says, pointing north. He looks unsure, and follows up with a mutter. "Door's probably real thick... can't be sure."
Unless the other Perception checks reveal a reason to avoid that direction, Rak is onboard with heading west.
Rak cups his hand to his ear, catching Akuleh's eye with a nod towards the western door, then moves to the northern door himself, where he follows his own pantomimed suggestion and listens at the door after a brief prayer to Cayden Cailean for guidance.
Rak takes up the rear, climbing slowly and cautiously. He grins and nods at Shalelu when he arrives. "Well done. Let's gather up that coin they got and make our way in."
Hi team! Festival season is upon us; I am going to be camping in the woods without cell service from now through Sunday PM. Please bot me as necessary!
"'Lelu, you've got a good eye with that bow. Wanna cover us while we climb? Then we can throw you a rope to get you up quick as possible." He pauses, scratching his beard. "Actually, who's the best climber? Maybe just one goes up with us all providing cover, and let's get that rope down to help with the rest."
Rak's climb is +3, and he's currently sporting a -4 ACP, though I'm not too sure that I'd want to risk taking armor off to get rid of that penalty, though I'll think on it while we figure out who to send up first.
Rak puts his torch away, the wetness and rot of the wood fouling his intent before he could even begin. The jangle of weapons on his backpack clank as he begins toying with them. "You find a weak spot, Akuleh, I bet you I can get through it." The dwarf finally looks the part as he selects a battleaxe and begins hefting it with a practice swing.
Rak readies his rapier and shield, puts a grim grin on his face, and follows Akuleh, stepping in front of the Shoanti when they get to the door. He hefts his shield with a wordless nod at Akuleh, waiting for the others to arrive.
Rak stops anyone from stepping out onto the bridge yet, pointing out the weak point that's been engineered to break. "But I'm afraid I'd just break it myself if I tried to fix it, anybody got an idea about that?"
Rak gives the bridge a good once-over as they approach as well, even as he continues the conversation.
Perception:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
"Yeah, I guess it's the seeing that makes the real impression, Akuleh. Actually witnessing them working together... one tribe seemingly defending the lair of another. Goblins; they barely work together to defend their own tribe, let alone another."
"Indeed... though I wonder why these Birdcrunchers were here? You don't think these tribes were working together, do you?" Rak checks his gear, tightening straps and making sure that all is secure to cross the bridge. "That would be unusual for goblins, I think, though we've seen strange enough already...."
As goblin after goblin falls to the strikes of his allies, a grin grows on Rak's face. Seeing only one still standing, he switches strategy and jumps forward, putting the weight of body behind his shield as he attempts to knock the goblin senseless.
Goblin:
"Sleep, little one, and tell us your secrets when you wake!"
Actions:
Move: studied target vs pink Standard: attack pink
"Yeah!" Rak erupts as Akuleh's flames wash over the goblins in front of him. "These gobbies love fire!" He looks for a still-standing foe, and steps forward as needed to strike at another goblin or two.
Actions:
If silver survived: Move: studied target vs. silver Standard: attack silver (rapier)
If silver died, but bronze and/or purple survived: 5' step west Full round: full attack vs. bronze (rapier) and purple (shield bash, only if both survived) - or - Move/Standard: studied target and attack (rapier) vs. bronze or purple
If none of the front ranks survived: Move: 20' (to shaded position) Standard: readied attack (rapier) vs first goblin to enter Rak's threatened area
Rapier:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12(-2 if part of a full attack action, +1 if vs studied target) Damage, P:1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9(+1 if vs studied target)
That might be the most complicated conditional attack spoiler I've ever written out. @GM, let me know if anything doesn't make sense. Way to go Akukeh, great burning hands!
"Indeed. Well, at least we know our destination now." Rak eyes the island warily before follow Akuleh back into the thicket. "We definitely want to make sure our retreat is safe, should we need it."
Hi team, my apologies for disappearing at the end of last week. My life took a bit of a messy turn, but I'm getting it back on track. I don't know that I'll catch up entirely today, it may be until tomorrow or Thursday until I get get back on track with all of my games. Thanks for any botting you've done, and please feel free to keep botting until you see a post from me in Gameplay. Thanks!
No doubt! I'm surprised you've kept up as much as you have, with that on your plate! I have no problem delaying a bit until that's settled; I know it can be chaotic.
"Let's wait, and keep our ears open. I was sure that last goblin was running for help, but it just circled around through the bushes. They may still not know that we're here. If that's true, I'd like to keep exploring the perimeter here before we approach. Let's see what's out on that dock."
"This goblin-made stuff is pretty rough, but thankfully easy to figure out. Couple of nice wands here, produce flame and treeshape. Unfortunately, these aren't spells in Cayden's domain, but Lelu or Akuleh, maybe you could use them?" He hands them off to check off.
"The cloak is a catching cape... it'll help one of us defend against a ranged attack, but it really only works once. Then it's just a pretty cloak."
The NW corner is obscured a bit on the map; it looked like there might have been an exit that way. I've moved Rak back by the overgrowth.
"Hmmm..." Rak considers the writhing vegetation. "It looks like we have to cross this mess to get through." He looks up at the others, then motions for quiet. He listens carefully, trying to detect any sounds of alarm or pursuit.
Perception:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27
After he relays what he did or didn't hear, he asks "Should we push through it now, or wait for this spell to expire?"
"Shalelu, that shot couldn't have been timed better. One more hit from that cougar and I'd be down, I'm afraid." He steps slowly and carefully out of the weeds and grasses that had vexed him so much, and turns to Akuleh with an answer. "I need healing, and bad, my friend."
We still have a wand, right? cure light wounds:1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6 cure light wounds:1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 cure light wounds:1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 3 charges will heal Rak to full
Rak nods at Akuleh; it was clear the Shoanti was trying to provide him cover to get out of the entangling plants. He breaks free from the plants' writhing grasp, and Rak wastes no time moving out of the way, joining Shalelu off to the side.
Actions:
Standard (move equivalent): Break free from entangle with Strength DC 14:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19 Move: 20'
Rak continues to struggle against the writhing plantlife, momentarily breaking free. He uses this to his advantage, striking the cougar with his rapier with a carefully placed thrust. He finds nowhere to move, however, and can't avoid the grasses re-entangling him.
Actions:
Move: Break free from entangle with Strength DC 14:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19 Standard: attack cougar
